I am 19 yo as of this year (2025)!

I use the name Naya for online and foreign languages, but I myself am polish!

I have a bf whom I love very, very much and he's great.

I've been anorexic, as in starving myself and crazy exercising, but my current approach is just to move more and eat under the deficit (much healthier!).

I've gained a bit of weight since I just allowed myself to be happy, but I wanna bring it back down again. ik u can't control mental illnesses, but I'm trying.
