I don't even know if there's a point in counting today, Easter + birthday is gonna go over limit for sure so...

and also I don't have a scale at my bfs house! so it's not like I can weigh portions, either way that wouldn't help cause I didn't cook the food so I know nothing about it, I'm gonna just be very easy on myself today I guess

probably ate around 2000kcal, I was very active today, running around and stuff, so probably burned some too. but as I've said, counting was impossible to do besides just guessing so...

my bf told me to eat a spoon of honey before working out as it is a natural pre workout. babe, it has like 60-70kcal. that's a little under half of my breakfast. I told him that and he said I'm crazy cause it's barely anything. FOR YOU!! my BMR is 1400, his is 2200. 65/1400 is way more than 65/2200. it's not even comparable. for him it's nothing, for me it could bump me out of the deficit.

(it is a great pre workout tho so don't worry about the kcals if you can)

bf tried to take the packaging away from me, I'm 57kg and he's already like slow down with the weight loss girllll

gonna have to get used to the BMR being only 1300

the whole day my bf was like don't worry about food omg it's not that much come on. CLEARLY IT IS!! I'm only 131 in deficit but I've worked out so much. this is stupid. idk maybe if I counted the walk outside but I made a rule not to do that. stupid stupid stupid!!

i can't stop snacking today idfk, I hate days where I have to wait for people to eat dinner, makes me snack because I'm already hungry I don't wanna wait for u!!

dinner:

2 cloves of garlic (8kcal)

I also put a bit of cinnamon in the vanilla one for an immunity and metabolism boost

+15kcal energy drink during a walkie (we don't count outside walk calories over here)

I felt bad for not exercising so I did my arms (since it's the only muscle currently not burning simply from existing) using my bf as a personal trainer B) also using the fact that he has weights at home and I don't. it was muscle intense, not really sweaty so probably didn't burn much kcals, built muscle for sure tho

-50kcal let's say

my bio chem boyfriend just told me our bodies don't process alcohol calories. and actually it takes more of our energy to process the alcohol than the amount you drink. can anyone smart confirm this?

+425kcal, 32g rice againnn, it would have lasted me a week probably but my bf just ate 600g of it so thank the lord, I was getting bored
