when making cauliflower, I cut off the little stems cause they're mid and it makes it less g so less kcals, but I still cook the stems to give them to my cats. fuckers love that shit but only cooked, good for them fellas

I felt bad for not exercising so I did my arms (since it's the only muscle currently not burning simply from existing) using my bf as a personal trainer B) also using the fact that he has weights at home and I don't. it was muscle intense, not really sweaty so probably didn't burn much kcals, built muscle for sure tho
