what I eat in a day 1

the days starts with:

-1400kcal (as this is how much I plan on eating)

-230kcal running / walking (about 45 min on the treadmill)

breakfast:

eggs, scrambled, on butter, with a dash of milk (165kcal, 13g of protein)

2 rice cakes on the side (80kcal, 1g protein)

+245kcal and 14g protein

What I Eat In A Day 1

ended up eating only 1 rice cake as it was too boring...

-40kcal and -0.5g protein

green tea

-150kcal (roughly?) workout + stretches

1 bite of chocolate (prolly +20? kcal)

another green tea

dinner:

400g of ground beef (1016kcal, 69g protein),

1 whole paprika (20kcal, 1g protein),

430g of passata (120kcal, 8g protein),

200g mozarella light (314kcal, 38g protein),

seasoning and a handful of lettuce (not even gonna count that, pointless I'd say)

400g of pasta (760kcal, 35g protein)

so roughly in total: 1445g, 2230kcal and 151g of protein

the serving I took out of that is 500g

the rest is for tomorrow and maybe for my boyfriend, I also made it spicy

What I Eat In A Day 1

500g means I ate about

+772kcal and 52g of protein

supper:

+185kcal of chocolate (I really needed a sweet treat gang..)

and some green tea againnnn

that's it!

end: -598kcal so in a deficit! I also ate 65.5g of protein

(absolutely cannot guarantee the accuracy of my calculations ToT)

bfs brother again, I asked my bf how many kcal smth had and the brother said "a shit ton, eat it, you're gonna be so fat".

I actually feel unwell and I think I should eat smth, but bro is successfully leading me away from it ToT

-1400kcals start

i am at boyfriends, can't monitor food perfectly, I was given semolina (idk if that translation is right bruh, kasza manna in polish tho) and I refused since it's pretty high in kcal and not that much protein to justify it so I'm gonna start the day with dinner and either skip breakfast or eat it after I get back home

dinner:

+530kcal MAYBE? and 28g protein MAYBE?

I didn't cook it, I didn't plate it, I'm full on guessing, please correct me if I'm way off

What I Eat In A Day 4

supper:

+144kcal, 20g protein pudding

i also added cinnamon again

+400kcal on chocolate idgaf

and lots of tea

end: -326kcal and 48g protein

I need to stop being sick ASAP, I need exercise

yeah so turns out you can't control eds, I just wanted to have a calorie deficit but starving makes me feel so good now. I'm not gonna let myself relapse, I'm still going to eat because I don't wanna completely lose it but oh it's so back.

+690kcal wine with friend...

+238kcal, 10g protein bar

+1050kcal, 48g 19 mcdonalds nuggets (around 940kcal for nuggets and the rest I'm guessing for 2 sauces)

-444kcal walking

end: 392kcal, 78g protein

I used to be skinny and clearly anorexic and I've semi recovered I think. I feel so weird using the ana community to lose weight again but it's genuinely so effective omg, I've done it before I can do it again. I no longer wanna be the skinniest but I need that weight down like does anyone get this or feels the same?

+150kcal of random shit because I was snacking while cooking for bf again

+37kcal chocolate

+50kcal, 4g cauliflower

dinner:

+423kcal, 27g lasagne, same as yesterday

-25kcal workout

+113kcal chocolate

end: -210kcal, 61g protein

+90kcal, 1g toffifee

+265kcal, 19g I made a mug cake with my new protein powder and it came out SO dry so I only ate half of it + some Nutella off the top

end: -567kcal, 45g protein

I don't even know if there's a point in counting today, Easter + birthday is gonna go over limit for sure so...

and also I don't have a scale at my bfs house! so it's not like I can weigh portions, either way that wouldn't help cause I didn't cook the food so I know nothing about it, I'm gonna just be very easy on myself today I guess

probably ate around 2000kcal, I was very active today, running around and stuff, so probably burned some too. but as I've said, counting was impossible to do besides just guessing so...

my bfs brother is a great motivation. he brought mcflurry for all of us and I said no I can't have that. he asked why so I said that I'm fat and can't. he said I'm crazy but that I should definitely eat so I do get fat so that he could laugh at me lol
