i am at boyfriends, can't monitor food perfectly, I was given semolina (idk if that translation is right bruh, kasza manna in polish tho) and I refused since it's pretty high in kcal and not that much protein to justify it so I'm gonna start the day with dinner and either skip breakfast or eat it after I get back home

dinner:

+530kcal MAYBE? and 28g protein MAYBE?

I didn't cook it, I didn't plate it, I'm full on guessing, please correct me if I'm way off

supper:

+144kcal, 20g protein pudding

i also added cinnamon again

+400kcal on chocolate idgaf

and lots of tea

end: -326kcal and 48g protein

I need to stop being sick ASAP, I need exercise

ok so my fav food is chips and nuggets and I'm really craving it so i might go over the limit today but I'll try to eat very little before dinner time

my bfs brother is a great motivation. he brought mcflurry for all of us and I said no I can't have that. he asked why so I said that I'm fat and can't. he said I'm crazy but that I should definitely eat so I do get fat so that he could laugh at me lol

+178kcal, 3g cheddar rice cakes on a walk

+150kcal McDonald's fries (my bfs brother is a menace)

i was EXHAUSTED and fell asleep, and I'm not gonna eat at 4am so I guess see you next day around 10 ¯⁠\⁠_( ⁠ಥ⁠ ⁠‿⁠ ⁠ಥ⁠ )_⁠/⁠¯

end: -712kcal, 3g protein (probably more but idk how much was in the crepes and I'm not counting Nutella protein)

hiii hope this is okay to ask. I really like your blog because I have a similar experience (accidental recovery? Lol sort of) in that my goal is just controlled weight loss atp. I wanted to ask how you stop your stomach growling all the time and everyone noticing? I know it slows down after a while but that hasn't happened yet and people keep buying me food I have to refuse and giving me looks.

yes ofc it is!

my mum doesn't check up on me so she wouldn't know. my bf knows about the weight loss and is supportive of it (to a certain weight). I don't really spend time with anyone else. also my tummy doesn't rumble often? idk why, it's never been a rumbler, even back when I starved.

as for tips:

whenever it did decide to rumble tho, if I ate something small in the morning and then nothing it would rumble. so I guess if you're doing OMAD do the meal later in the day? like a dinner time meal, not breakfast.

also water and drinks, warm is better. they kinda fill up your stomach and you just sound like a water bottle instead lol

eating veggies is great cause they also fill you up, but are low in kcals.

and as for buying you things, I just refuse or give them to my bf. I recently got sweets for my bday and I just put them in my cupboard for a day where I have a big enough deficit, or when I'm satisfied with the weight. it works if they don't expect u to eat it right then and there.

you can try avoiding tensing your abs around people, cause sometimes my stomach rumbles even when it's full if I flex. idk why, seems random to me but u can check if it's the same for u lol

dinner:

+550kcal, 41g chicken fingers + veg

and then we went to the movies and got a huge unplanned popcorn and idk how to count cause we all shared around so I can't even count % of the bucket that I ate

+1200kcal I'll guess idk tho no fucking clue

-50kcal exercise

end: +/-479kcal, >41g protein
