I used to be skinny and clearly anorexic and I've semi recovered I think. I feel so weird using the ana community to lose weight again but it's genuinely so effective omg, I've done it before I can do it again. I no longer wanna be the skinniest but I need that weight down like does anyone get this or feels the same?

ive always been pro recovery, even at my worst, but I can't apply the logic to myself. I wanna up my goal weight, cause I realised I actually looked good at a few numbers higher too, but I was definitely healthier and I feel less valid? like if I up the number it's like I gave up and lost, and am still a fat pig.

ffs Id still have a six pack and a thigh gap, isn't that what I wanted from the beginning? why does that number matter so much?

I'm actually dumb, had wine yesterday and today I'm having blood tests. just googled that I should not have been drinking for at least 3 days before the test. I mean we only care about the tsh and iron results so sugar and whatever doesn't matter but damn, dumbass.
