So I broke my 24 hr fast today but.... I definitely stayed under 1000 calories and that makes me happy 😊
Things are gonna start getting tight around here-
This is my plan to lose weight-
I will eat only what is on my safe food list
I will eat no more than 500 to 600 calories per day - I mean it this time
I will take a multivitamin and eat some protein powder
I will drink lots of water
I will not worry about the pain of being hungry as hunger just means I'm losing weight. And it means I'm burning fat
I will stay away from my trigger foods
I will purge if I eat to much food or if I go over my calorie intake
I will distract my self if I'm hungry. I want to lose weight.
I'm gonna weigh myself daily as well when I wake up from my nap
Breakfast - 4 cups of ice water 💧0 Cal!
1 mug of vanilla chai tea with splenda 0 cal
Today's Breakfast-
9 egg whites (18 cal each) 162 cal

This is my first time trying Coffee-Mate zero sugar coffee creamer and it's a pumpkin spice version and it is only 15 calories per tablespoon! I am super shocked how good it tastes. So for now on I'll be buying the zero sugar kind for my coffee creamer. The second one I have is a terrainy salted caramel sugar-free kind which has zero calories and that too is also pretty good. I'm tempted to toss out all my other high calorie coffee creamers and coffee syrups but that's a waste of money so I'll just budget my calories accordingly and next time I'll just buy the sugar-free kind
