Breakfast~ 1 ice Americano Lunch~ Salmon wrap Snack~ 1 ice tea + 1 ice Americano + 2 lowc@l lychee candy Dinner~ Japanese Soba salad and 2 pcs of tofu filled with meat + 1 serving of shirataki + 2 apples and 1 matcha ice cream

Total:~ 1200

Love the people around me, they gave those 2 pcs of tofu out of nowhere, it was delicious 🌺They are so nice <333

I almost fck up my day with a craving but I found apples and lowc@l ice cream so it’s okay I’m at my limit tho

I’m not really active because I’m in a school trip. It feels like it’s also to test to see if I can r3str!ct myself while hanging out with my friends for three all day.. so far it’s working I said no to the morning snacks, just drank a coffee to stay in the vibe and didn’t even finish my plates (I hate throwing out food but I was feeling so full omg) proud of myself hehe Wish me luck for dinner, I’m setting the limit at 1800 since it’s also c@lør!3 deficit limit :)

Lmao i just thought about summer, I’m working in a restaurant next to the beach during this time and the good point is that I’m gonna move every day like crazy and dancing/partying every night but the bad side of it is that I will only survive on pizza and alcohol hahahaaaaa

I’m mean it’s the vibe and I shouldn’t be scared because, even with my poor summer d!3t, I always somehow loose w3!ght during this period. If it worked before why would it be different this time? But I’m still afraid.. I’m starting in 1 month and a half

I’m thinking one pizza a day + couples of drinks (and probably some extra snacks added) should be my maintenance actually 😭 I won’t have the time to count my daily intake anyway

Idk if I’ll be able to journal during this time because it gets really busy during the season so if I disappear, it’s probably because I’m doing fine, just busy. Also I won’t be able to w3!ght myself during this time but I will try to continue m3@sur!ng myself to track my progress or maintenance (and reassuring myself too let’s be honest here lmao)

Bonus points: my boss shows 3d patterns but don’t really link them to it. She always making small remarks and constantly comparing herself to me so I don’t know how I’ll be able to handle it this year.. I mean the cheque is good soooo yeah MONEY HAHAHA

Okay soooo, didn’t do it. I tried, really… I even ordered some føød but I don’t know if I’ll be able to eat it. I really wanted to achieve that but I feel so sick right now

Wanna know the funniest part? Even with this potential diner I wouldn’t have reached the 1800...

Okay so it’s been 3 weeks since I started and I think it’s time to add a “m3t@b day” to the routine First as a challenge, to prove myself that I’m in control and that I won’t f*€k everything up this time Second, because I don’t want to damage to much my m3t@bøl!sm and g@!n everything back just because of a wrong day And last but not least, as an experiment to see how it will affects my bød¥ (did I g@!n3d, løst or st@gn@t3d) But honestly I’m supposed to 3@t more than 2000 A DAY ?? and I really don’t know how I’ll try tho, it cannot be that hard
