I’m entering a weird mode when I need someone to 3@t with either way I would just skip it until dinner time
I basically forcing føød in my bødy right now just to keep it functional and I’m exhausted because it’s the finals and I’m really active + I don’t wanna g@!n all the w3!ght back so I have to be extra careful to 3@t “enough” from now on
I have mixed feelings about the stage that I’m in right now lmao
Im gonna stop with the c@lør!3s.. I started tracking them again but it’s just stressing me so much and it’s not good for my goals so I will go back to estimation and focus on portions cøntrøl (this worked well with me)

I’m not really active because I’m in a school trip. It feels like it’s also to test to see if I can r3str!ct myself while hanging out with my friends for three all day.. so far it’s working I said no to the morning snacks, just drank a coffee to stay in the vibe and didn’t even finish my plates (I hate throwing out food but I was feeling so full omg) proud of myself hehe Wish me luck for dinner, I’m setting the limit at 1800 since it’s also c@lør!3 deficit limit :)
Maybe one day I’ll be able to see myself the way other perceive me.

Breakfast~ 1 ice Americano Lunch~ smoothie bowl + cheddar sandwich + 1 ice Americano Snack~ 3 bites of bread + 1 ice Americano Dinner~ my regular egg bowl + Greek yogurt with toping (granola, chickpeas and fruits) + 1 green tea
Total:~ 1600
I wake up
No bloating
No sadness
And the light defining the h!ps bønes that’s start showing
