ive always been pro recovery, even at my worst, but I can't apply the logic to myself. I wanna up my goal weight, cause I realised I actually looked good at a few numbers higher too, but I was definitely healthier and I feel less valid? like if I up the number it's like I gave up and lost, and am still a fat pig.
ffs Id still have a six pack and a thigh gap, isn't that what I wanted from the beginning? why does that number matter so much?
