I know that this is pretty much the same as the other but it really motivated me in my journey to do this kind of challenge every day so here we go again lol

Stats: CW≈ 53 • H~ 150 • BM!≈ 23,6 • Wa!st~ 65 • Arms~ 26-27

Expectations: To reach my GW and løøse at least 3 before coming back home.. løøsing my p3r!of would be great too

Everything is m3@sur3d and cøunt3d in cm and kg but I’ll be extra careful cause i don’t want to be str!k3 again so I’m not using them a lot

Okay so it’s been 3 weeks since I started and I think it’s time to add a “m3t@b day” to the routine First as a challenge, to prove myself that I’m in control and that I won’t f*€k everything up this time Second, because I don’t want to damage to much my m3t@bøl!sm and g@!n everything back just because of a wrong day And last but not least, as an experiment to see how it will affects my bød¥ (did I g@!n3d, løst or st@gn@t3d) But honestly I’m supposed to 3@t more than 2000 A DAY ?? and I really don’t know how I’ll try tho, it cannot be that hard

Lunch: toasted bread with eggs and a salad with dragon fruit

Diner: 2pcs of tofu, 1 eggs, beansprout, 2 teaspoon of sambal, kimchi and rice + 2pcs of tempeh, cucumber, papaya + 1 bag of dry seaweed + 1 cup of green tea

Total≈ 1300

I usually don’t count the c@l that I burn but today is a special day because if I don’t do it the culpability will be even worse

I had a HUGE breakfast this morning because we went on hiking during the night (2am to 7am) for 5 entire hours and I felt really weak after

I burned more than 700 c@l during this hike and I’m currently using this number to calm myself down when I think about breakfast (I ate a lot of veggies, fruits and protein but still in an enormous quantity)

I’m not sure but I’m thinking about sk!pping at least one m3@l.. maybe both we’ll see

My friend told me tonight that she could see my back and arms muscles!! I’m so happy like- That means that I’m not l00s!ng muscles mass (I might be in denial for this one haha) and it really helps me f!tt!ng my bødy dysmørph!@ right now Love her<3
