hii arielle! so now that is summer i would love to rest and take a long break but also keep my days productive, like having a good morning and night routine as well as doing chores and feeling motivated enough to do them, etc, but i'm literally always mophing around feeling really down. what would you recommend for that?

have a great summer!! from a pinterest girlblogger <3

Ahhh hiii love!! Tysm for asking this 💗

Summer Lifestyle

Hii Arielle! So Now That Is Summer I Would Love To Rest And Take A Long Break But Also Keep My Days Productive,

“I don’t chase, I attract. What’s mean’t for me will simply find me.” - Kendall Jenner

Hii Arielle! So Now That Is Summer I Would Love To Rest And Take A Long Break But Also Keep My Days Productive,

Routines!! Your morning and night will impact your summer A LOT. Just in general, having routines will impact your life. If you don’t have a set routine it’ll be hard to stay productive. So, make sure your routine(s) are always adjusted to your schedule. Whether that means time for chores, exercise, or your hobbies. Just try your best to fit it in. Also, try not to overpack your routines with loads of stuff. Making your routines too long could make you unmotivated throughout the day. So try to keep your routines short. That way you don’t rush everything on your to do list. Also, having a short & flexible routine will let you have more freedom throughout the day. For example, maybe you forgot to do a chore from yesterday? Well, with a flexible routine you should be able to do that chore. Without having loads of stuff to do on top of that.

2. Self care days!! Summer is the season to REST! No more stressing over exams and no more drama. It’s time to take a step back and rest. Meaning, take time to care for yourself. Do your nails, skincare, steam your face, make yummy food, watch a movie, romanticize summer, journal, read, develop new hobbies, take a everything shower, spend time in nature, etc. Whatever you can do to refresh your mind, I’d do! Even if that sometimes means rotting in bed. If you’ve been stressed out DEFINITELY take time to, rot in bed, spend time in nature, watch a bunch of movies with popcorn, etc.

3. Make a list of activities to do!! Me personally, I love making bucket lists. For example, this summer I wanted to go blueberry picking, get baptized, go golfing, make lots of flower bouquets, etc. I always like to make bucket lists for different seasons. Especially bucket lists for summer. That way I’m not bored 24/7. It’s like a fun adventure that I do every year. So, I would definitely recommend making bucket lists. It’s the perfect way to stay occupied with different activities. Or if you don’t want to make a bucket list, try new hobbies. You can simply list things you are interested in doing right in your notes app. Then do them whenever you want!!

4. Practice self love!! Doll, it’s summer! We shouldn’t be down bad crying at the gym. We got love to give ourselves!! It’s time to acknowledge how wonderful you are. 2 Timothy 1:7 says “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” We all were created beautifully and with care!! There’s no reason why we shouldn’t love ourselves.

5. Motivation!! Unfortunately we aren’t always going to feel motivated. Which is why I constantly will tell you dolls to work on having discipline. It’s something we will all struggle with time-to-time. However, we have to push through and do whatever we have to do anyways. Pushing through may even help you become motivated. But just because it’s difficult in the moment, doesn’t mean it will be difficult forever. So, keep a positive mindset and keep going!! You got this doll! 💗

6. Get off your phone and go in nature!! I know, I know you dolls probably don’t like to hear it, but seriously. We spend so much time on our phones. Our dopamine levels are probably through the roof. So, take time to slow down and go out in nature. Maybe all you do is run away from bugs, people watch, read a book, or pick dandelions. However you spend time in nature, make sure you actually breathe. Take time to look around. Romanticize those moments that you run away from bugs or read a book.

“You can help as many people as you want but you also have to remember to check in on yourself.” - Kendall Jenner

Love you dolls!! Remember to enjoy all moments in your life 💗

Xoxo, Arielle 💋🎀

No-Excuses Movement: How I Stay Active Even When I’m Over It

by Soleau Club / www.soleauclub.com

No-Excuses Movement: How I Stay Active Even When I’m Over It
No-Excuses Movement: How I Stay Active Even When I’m Over It

Let’s be honest—sometimes the motivation just isn’t there. Not every day is a “woke up at sunrise, green juice in hand, ready to do Pilates” kind of day. Some days I’m tired, bloated, PMS-ing, emotionally drained, or just deeply uninterested in doing anything beyond rotating between my bed and the couch.

And yet... I still move. Not because I’m obsessed with burning calories, but because I know movement is medicine. It lifts my mood, de-puffs my body, clears my brain fog, and reminds me I’m that girl—even when I don’t feel like it.

Here’s how I stay active with zero excuses, even when I’m over it:

I Lower the Bar (On Purpose)

On low-energy days, the key is doing something. Not a 45-minute workout. Not a 10k run. Just something. I don’t aim for perfection—I aim for momentum. Five minutes counts. A stretch in bed counts. A grocery store walk? That’s cardio, babe.

What this looks like IRL: – 10-minute YouTube Pilates class while still in pajamas – Walk around the block with a matcha in hand – Dance to one song while getting ready – Legs up the wall while deep breathing = passive recovery queen

I Romanticize the Hell Out of It

No one wants to “grind” when they’re already exhausted. So instead, I make it feel cute. Movement becomes a vibe: I light a candle, put on a cute set, turn on a chill playlist, and suddenly I’m a Pilates princess in a wellness documentary—not someone dragging through a workout.

Tip: Stop calling it a “workout.” Call it movement, stretch time, dance therapy, or a hot girl walk.

I Have a Backup Routine for Low-Energy Days

This is my secret weapon. I have a go-to “bare minimum” routine that’s gentle, short, and still gives me that post-movement glow.

My personal fallback plan: – 5-minute stretch – 10-minute core circuit or glute bridges in bed – 15-minute walk outside with sunglasses on (main character mode)

That’s it. Enough to get my blood flowing and my head clear.

I Remember Why I Started

It’s not about chasing a certain body—it’s about becoming the most energized, magnetic, glowy version of myself. I move because I want to feel good in my skin, not because I’m punishing myself. On days I need motivation, I think about that post-movement glow. The clarity. The serotonin. The “I actually feel hot again” feeling.

I Make Movement a Lifestyle, Not a Chore

Once movement becomes part of your identity, it stops feeling negotiable. Like brushing your teeth, you just do it—because it keeps you feeling fresh and put together.

Some days it’s a Pilates sesh. Other days it’s walking in heels at the mall. It all counts. And it all adds up.

language learning guide

Language Learning Guide

Learning a language can be an excellent skill and hobby that can help you to understand a whole new world, from music and movies to traveling to a new country. Personally I'm learning french. Here is my guide to learning another language.

୨ৎ ditch duolingo and find a better app

This might be controversial, but duolingo really isn't helping you to learn your language of choice. They don't even reach you grammar, let alone culture, which is essential for understanding any language. I recommend Airlearn.

୨ৎ journal daily in your target language

simply writing about your day in the language that you want to learn is a great way to practice your target language and realize what vocabulary you are missing.

୨ৎ watch shows/movies in your target language

listening to people having realistic conversations in your target language is a perfect way to get better at it! you get to practice the language you want to learn and watch a show/movie that you like! its a win/win. If you are a beginner I recommend watching children’s shows. They are made for people who are new to whatever language they speak.

୨ৎ listen to music in your target language

listening to music is something that (if you’re like me), you do all the time. it’s a fantastic way to learn your target language without even realizing you’re doing it! (my playlist of french songs)

୨ৎ make the default language of your phone your target language

let’s face it, we’re all addicted to our phones. making it so that you can't read what’s on your phone without understanding your target language forces you to adapt.

୨ৎ read books in your target language

this is mostly for people who are less of beginners, but if you can understand enough of your target language to actually read a book, this is a fantastic way to boost your comprehension.

guide to a evening routine 𝜗𝜚⋆₊˚ 🐈‍⬛🎀✨

Guide To A Evening Routine 𝜗𝜚⋆₊˚ 🐈‍⬛🎀✨
Guide To A Evening Routine 𝜗𝜚⋆₊˚ 🐈‍⬛🎀✨

your night sets the tone for tomorrow, which is why having a peaceful and intentional evening routine is so so important. its your special time to unwind, reset, and wind down. of course you can do these steps in whatever order feels right for you, your routine should soothe and support your needs. a good evening routine helps improve your sleep, lowers stress and creates a space comfortable for mindfulness, self love and peace. sweet dreams and enjoy! 🎀

UNWINDING:

unwinding at night is all about slowing down and letting your body know it’s time to relax. i love dimming the lights, playing soft music or subliminals, lighting a candle and just breathing. you can journal, reflect on your day, or just lay in bed and check in with yourself. your energy deserves softness after a long day.

SKINCARE:

your skincare routine should feel like a ritual—not a chore. it’s a moment just for you. cleansing the day away, moisturizing, and pampering yourself makes you feel clean, dolly, and cared for. even just washing your face and applying your favorite serum can boost your mood.

STRETCHING + YOGA:

doing 5-10 minutes of gentle yoga or stretching at night can completely shift your energy. it helps calm your nervous system, release tension, and reconnect with your body. plus, it feels so good to move with intention.

READING:

reading before bed instead of scrolling is such a dreamy habit. it calms your mind and helps you fall asleep easier. you can read anything you like—romance, fantasy, a cozy self-help—but even a few pages helps. it feels so much better to end the day with words than a screen.

WARM BATH OR SHOWER:

a warm bath or shower is one of the best things you can do for your body and your mind before bed. it literally rinses the stress off you. add bubbles, oils, salts—whatever makes it feel soft and special. when you step out clean and cozy, it’s like becoming a new version of you, ready for rest.

GRATITUDE:

before sleep, take a few moments to say thank you. list three things you’re grateful for, even tiny ones. this shifts your mindset into peace + abundance. it’s such a simple thing, but it makes a huge difference. gratitude reminds you how amazing life already is.

xxx, belle

Your Life’s Not Boring—You’re Just on Your Phone Too Much

Your Life’s Not Boring—You’re Just On Your Phone Too Much
Your Life’s Not Boring—You’re Just On Your Phone Too Much
Your Life’s Not Boring—You’re Just On Your Phone Too Much
Your Life’s Not Boring—You’re Just On Your Phone Too Much

If you’ve been feeling glued to your phone—especially apps like TikTok and Instagram—you’re not alone. So many of us are stuck in this loop, and it can seriously mess with our energy, motivation, and overall health.

One thing I’ve struggled most with lately is comparison. Feeling like what I do just isn’t... enough. If you’ve felt that too, this post is for us both. A little reminder that:

✨ You are enough, just as you are. ✨ You’ve survived every hard day, and your inner child and I are so proud of you. Don't ever forget how far you've come as a person! If all you did was make your bed and hydrate today, that's a win worth celebrating. You're doing just fine, and you'll do all that you wish to on your own divine timing.

And yes, your life isn’t boring. You might just be too distracted to see how beautiful it really is. So instead of escaping it, let’s try to romanticize it!

10 Ways to Romanticize Your Life & Be More Present

Wake up a little earlier. It doesn’t have to be 5 AM (unless that’s your thing). Even an hour earlier can give you quiet time to get things done without distractions.

Take an "everything shower." These are pretty meditative for me in a way. I like to imagine the water washing off all my stress and stagnant energy I may have accumulated throughout the day. Like a reset button!

Make a breakfast you’d actually get out of bed early for. Pancakes? Fruit? Whatever makes your inner child happy.

Play jazz or soft instrumentals while doing everyday activities. Instant cozy vibes.

Read outside. Sitting on your porch or even by a window gives you that vitamin D and a fresh perspective.

Find a screen-less hobby you enjoy. Try crochet, painting, poetry, LEGO kits, pottery, etc. Block-building kits are my fave—they’re so fun and satisfying. Just remember to take breaks and stretch!

Re-watch something comforting or start something new. That show you keep skipping past might become your next obsession.

Connect. If you’ve been stuck in your room all day, talk to someone. Call a friend, hug your pet, or chat with family. A quick convo with my mom always boosts my mood!

Learn something new! When was the last time you went out of your way to explore something you didn’t already know? (and nope, school doesn’t count.) Take a moment to find a subject you’ve never looked into or dive deeper into one you already know a little about. Pick up on a new language, study an unfamiliar culture, or even try learning a random skill just for fun. Expanding your mind keeps life feeling fresh and exciting.

Travel (if you can). I can't stress this one enough!! Even just getting out of town for a single 24 hours can give you a whole new perspective. A change of scenery does wonders, especially when life feels repetitive. It doesn't have to be far, either. You can travel to the next city over and explore what it's like there!

Remember: Social media is NOT real life. That influencer who’s always partying in Miami with a closet full of designer bags? You’re seeing their highlight reel, not the full picture. Some even goes as far as faking luxury lifestyles for the views. Don’t compare your behind-the-scenes to someone else’s curated feed. At the end of the day, it's all for the aesthetics/entertainment.

Be gentle with yourself. You're doing better than you think, angel. xo, Kay 🪽

Crafting a Life You’re Obsessed With (No Manifesting Required)

by Soleau Club / www.soleauclub.com

Crafting A Life You’re Obsessed With (No Manifesting Required)

We all love a good vision board moment, but let’s be honest—no amount of sage or Pinterest quotes is going to replace actual effort. Manifesting is cute, but crafting a life you’re genuinely obsessed with? That takes moves, not mood boards.

This isn’t about “waiting for alignment” or “raising your vibration”—this is about designing a life that makes you excited to wake up, look hot, make money, and not spiral every time something doesn’t go your way.

Here’s how I built a lifestyle that feels like a luxury product—without faking it for Instagram or pretending meditation fixed everything.

Start with clarity, not chaos

You don’t need a 5-year plan—you need to know what lights you up right now. What do you keep daydreaming about when your mind wanders? What’s the version of you that feels so magnetic it’s lowkey intimidating? That’s your blueprint. Not some vague “dream life” concept with no soul behind it.

Design your day like you’re the creative director

What do the little pieces of your day say about you? Your coffee ritual, your phone wallpaper, your Google Calendar—it all matters. A hot life is built from hot micro-decisions. Romanticize your systems, not just your skincare routine.

Audit your inputs

Who are you following? What are you listening to? What’s on in the background when you cook? That stuff is programming your brain whether you realize it or not. If you want to live a luxe, confident, energized life, you better be consuming energy that actually reflects that. Delete, mute, unfollow. Zero guilt.

Build habits that give ROI

I don’t do things just because the internet said so. I walk because it clears my mind. I journal because it calms my nervous system. I strength train because I like looking toned in backless tops. Every habit I keep adds value to my life—not pressure. That’s the new standard.

Find your fun again

Productivity culture tried to convince us that if it doesn’t “scale,” it’s not worth doing. Boring. I started dancing around my room again. Taking myself on flirty solo dates. Baking banana bread I have no intention of eating all at once. The joy is the glow-up.

Cut the noise, boost the main character energy

You’re not behind. You’re not late. You’re not supposed to have it all figured out. You’re building. And when you approach your life like a creative project—not a checklist—it gets way more exciting (and honestly, way more successful).

You don’t need to visualize yourself in a silk robe on a balcony sipping green juice in Paris. You need to build a life where your Tuesday morning feels almost that good. That’s real abundance.

The Scalp-to-Toe Guide for Girls Who Want Silky Everything

by Soleau Club / www.soleauclub.com

The Scalp-to-Toe Guide For Girls Who Want Silky Everything

Let’s cut to it—softness is a power move. Silky skin, shiny hair, glazed lips, even smooth elbows? That’s not just self-care. That’s strategy. Because when your scalp’s flourishing and your ankles are moisturized, life hits different. You feel luxe. You feel aligned. You feel like the human version of soft lighting and whispery R&B.

Here’s your full-body roadmap to feeling silky, slippery, and scandalously touchable—head to toe.

Scalp: The Root of the Glow

A glossy blowout starts before the brush. Your scalp deserves the same energy as your skincare routine.

Weekly detox: Scalp scrub or clarifying shampoo to reset buildup.

Oils, but make it active: Rosemary or peppermint oil to stimulate growth and boost shine.

Scalp massage: Fingers or a massage brush—do it while watching Bravo or overthinking texts.

You’ll feel the vibes and the circulation.

Face: Like a Pearl, But Hotter

Smooth skin is built in layers—don’t skip steps.

Double cleanse, always. First to remove the world, second to nourish.

Chemical exfoliant > physical scrub. We’re team lactic acid, glycolic, or PHA.

Hydration sandwich: Mist → serum → moisturizer → oil (if you’re feeling extra).

Gua sha or ice globes: Because lymphatic drainage is the new face lift.

Finish with SPF like it’s your religion.

Neck + Chest: Stop Neglecting Your DĂŠcolletĂŠ

Your face doesn’t stop at your chin, babe.

Same skincare rules apply: Exfoliate, hydrate, protect.

Try a “mask extension”: Rub that leftover sheet mask serum down to your heart chakra.

Silk pillowcases: For your hair and your chest lines.

It’s giving “ageless heiress.”

Arms: Soft, Shimmery, Subtle Flex

Your biceps can be strong and smooth.

Dry brush before showering: Always toward the heart, always with intention.

In-shower exfoliant: AHA body wash or a sugar scrub (bonus if it smells edible).

Body serum: Yes, this is a thing. Think niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, or peptides.

Luxe lotion or body butter: Massage it in like your life depends on it. Because it kinda does.

Hands: Your Subconscious Status Symbol

Hands age fast, so treat them like the queens they are.

Cuticle oil on deck at all times.

SPF on the back of hands. Yes, even in the car.

Night treatment: Slather them in shea or Vaseline, then sleep in cotton gloves.

Bonus: Hand massage. Sensual and circulation-boosting. We love a win-win.

Booty + Legs: The Softest Power Play

Soft thighs, moisturized knees, and a peach that feels like satin? Yes please.

Exfoliate 2-3x/week: Use a body peel, mitt, or scrub.

Ingrown treatment: BHA + gentle retinol.

Moisturize while still damp: Lock it in, lock it down.

Glow drops or shimmer oil: Especially for a date, brunch, or any excuse to stun.

Shiny legs = main character energy.

Feet: Because Crust Is Canceled

Soft feet are the final boss of full-body glow.

Foot peel mask (biweekly): Warning: It will shed like a lizard, but you’ll emerge reborn.

Daily TLC: Pumice in the shower + thick cream before bed.

Sleep in socks like you’re doing it for your future lover. Or just yourself.

White polish or a nude chrome pedi? Always.

Being silky isn’t about vanity. It’s about energy. The smoother you feel, the more you float. The more you float, the more you radiate.

So oil up, gloss down, and glow on, babe.

How to Prep Your Meals Like a Hot Girl (And Actually Stick to It)

by Soleau Club / www.soleauclub.com

How To Prep Your Meals Like A Hot Girl (And Actually Stick To It)
How To Prep Your Meals Like A Hot Girl (And Actually Stick To It)

Meal prepping sounds like a dream—until it becomes a nightmare of Tupperware, random ingredients, and not being able to tell the difference between your quinoa and your brown rice after a long week. But if you’re here, it’s because you know the secret to looking hot, feeling good, and living your best life is consistency—and that starts with what’s in your fridge. So, let’s break down how to prep your meals like the boss you are (and actually stick to it).

1. Keep It Simple, Babe

One of the biggest mistakes I see is trying to meal prep like you're about to enter a Michelin-star kitchen. Newsflash: You don’t need to be gourmet to eat well. Keeping it simple is key. Think protein, veggies, and grains. It’s easy to mix and match, and you won’t feel overwhelmed by 15 different ingredients.

Protein: Chicken, salmon, tofu, ground turkey, eggs—whatever floats your boat.

Veggies: Broccoli, kale, bell peppers, spinach—buy a few of your favorites and get creative.

Grains: Quinoa, rice, or sweet potatoes—these are your base.

If you stick to a few basic ingredients that you love, you’ll be able to rotate meals easily and always have something tasty (and hot girl-approved) waiting for you.

2. Invest in Quality Storage (Trust Me, It's Worth It)

Hot girls know the value of a good container—it's not just about looks, it’s about keeping your food fresh and your life organized. Invest in airtight, stackable containers that you can grab easily when you’re rushing out the door. Bonus points if they’re clear, so you can see what’s inside (no one has time for mystery meals).

Pro tip: Get a set of glass containers. They’re durable, microwave-safe, and won’t stain with your marinara sauce. Plus, they look way more Instagrammable than plastic containers.

3. Plan Your Week, Then Prep for It

To keep the meal prep vibe smooth and easy, plan your week first. Are you going to be extra busy one day? Maybe prep a bigger portion of your favorite salad or stir-fry. Are you going out on the weekend? Plan your meals around that so you’re not scrambling to cook the night before.

A simple plan for the week can be as easy as:

Monday/Wednesday/Friday: Salad bowls with grilled chicken, avocado, and quinoa

Tuesday/Thursday: Stir fry with tofu, veggies, and brown rice

Snack: Pre-portioned hummus cups, protein bars, or fruit

Planning ahead means you won’t have to think about what to eat at the end of a long day—and we all know, decision fatigue is real.

4. Make It Fun with Flavor & Spices

Nothing gets boring faster than bland meals. Hot girls don’t do bland, and neither should you. Spice things up with a range of herbs, spices, and sauces that can turn your meal into a masterpiece.

Herbs: Fresh cilantro, parsley, thyme, basil. They’re easy to add and totally elevate a meal.

Spices: Cumin, smoked paprika, turmeric, chili flakes. A little spice goes a long way.

Sauces: Make a batch of your favorite sauce—think tahini dressing, spicy mayo, or balsamic glaze—and drizzle it over your meals for an instant flavor upgrade.

By mixing up your spices and condiments, you’ll make each meal feel new and exciting, even if it’s the 4th time eating it in a week.

5. Prep for Busy Days (And Don’t Forget Snacks)

The key to sticking to your meal prep routine is being prepared for those days when you’re too tired or busy to cook. That’s where snacks come in, and trust me, having your go-to snack stash will save your life.

Healthy snacks: Think pre-portioned bags of almonds, protein bars, yogurt, or even pre-chopped veggies with hummus.

Meal components: Have cooked protein and grains ready to go so that on crazy days, all you need to do is assemble. Mix-and-match bowls are your friend here.

Hot girls never let themselves get hangry. Prep for your busy days, and you’ll never fall victim to fast food again.

6. Get Comfortable with Batch Cooking

Batch cooking doesn’t mean cooking for hours on end. Instead, cook a big batch of something versatile (like grilled chicken or roasted sweet potatoes) that you can use in different meals throughout the week.

Roast veggies: Roasting a big batch of veggies (sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, zucchini) means you’ve got a flavorful side dish or base for bowls that’s ready to go.

Grill protein: Grill or bake a large portion of protein and store it in your fridge for easy additions to salads, bowls, or wraps.

Batch cooking means you’re saving time and energy, which makes sticking to your meal prep routine way easier. And trust, once you get into the groove of it, you’ll feel like a wellness queen.

7. Make It a Ritual, Not a Chore

If meal prepping feels like a chore, you won’t stick with it. Hot girls don’t do things they hate. Instead, turn meal prep into a relaxing, fun ritual.

Put on a podcast or your favorite playlist: Set the mood while chopping veggies and grilling chicken. You’re not just cooking, you’re curating your wellness.

Get creative: Experiment with new recipes, sauces, and combinations that make your meals feel more like a treat than a task.

Meal prep doesn’t have to be boring—it’s your chance to take control of your week and fuel your body like the goddess you are.

8. Don’t Beat Yourself Up

Sometimes, life happens. Maybe you forgot to prep one week, or you get too busy and skip a meal. That’s okay. The key to sticking with it is not letting one missed meal prep session throw you off completely. Take it as a learning moment, reset, and come back stronger the next week.

Perfection isn’t the goal—consistency is. So, be kind to yourself and just keep showing up for your wellness.

So...

Meal prep doesn’t have to be a daunting task. With a little planning, some quality containers, and a pinch of spice, you’ll have your meals ready to fuel you through your busy days. The secret is to keep it simple, make it enjoyable, and never stress over a little imperfection.

The 6 Month Project

The 6 Month Project
The 6 Month Project
The 6 Month Project

the concept of 'glowing up,' is a popular one. a simple idea that you can change yourself, and be more attractive. and now i can't pretend that the idea of 3 month, 2 months and 1 week glow ups haven't motivated me. of course, there's some truth in drinking 2 litres of water and sleeping 8 hours, that brings a change to your life. but i want to focus on something bigger, more than just simply appearance. i want to turn my life around and be me again. so this is my plan for the 6 month project.

step 1) establish goals

whilst i'm sure that success is possible without absolute direction, i'm not willing to risk my chances. therefore the first good step to any project, is to establish the goals or what i want by the end of these 6 months.

to make everything absolutely organized i split all my goals into 7 areas:

physical health (this refers to diet, sleep, exercise)

image (skincare, haircare, style, makeup, etc.)

finances/current career

future career (networking, becoming a linkedin warrior, etc.)

hobbies

intelligence (any sort of learning, or hobbies that push me further)

mental health (coping mechanisms, general wellbeing, managing stress)

step 2) research

this step, i'd argue is the most time consuming. for every goal, i did a bit of research to fully understand how i could achieve it. for example, for the 'physical health' goals, i researched how to sleep better and how to eat a more balanced diet. or for 'image,' i researched skincare and different styles to figure out which one fits me. although, this can be done in extreme detail, i've tried to not use this step as a tool to procrastinate actually getting started

step 3) make a timeline

to make sure that i stayed on track with all my goals, and due to the sheer amount of steps/goals i made a timeline. as to not overwhelm myself, i decided on picking up around 4/5 habits everyday, cutting out 3 negative things and doing one off changes (mostly to appearance) once a week.

step 4) start

with nothing else left to plan or prepare, simply start.

How I Plan My Week to Fit in Pilates, Money Moves, and Friend Dates

by Soleau Club

How I Plan My Week To Fit In Pilates, Money Moves, And Friend Dates
How I Plan My Week To Fit In Pilates, Money Moves, And Friend Dates

Let’s be real—if it’s not in my calendar, it’s not happening. Between trying to stay fit, flirt with my goals, and not ghost my friends, I had to figure out how to actually plan a week that lets me be the boss, the beauty, and the balanced goddess I want to be. Spoiler: it’s not about doing more. It’s about doing it cuter, calmer, and way more strategically.

Here’s the ritual that keeps me toned, rich(ish), and socially fulfilled—without spiraling.

Step 1: I pick my non-negotiables first

Pilates, journaling, and one friend date per week go in my calendar before the meetings, the errands, or the random “can you hop on a call?” texts. If it’s part of the hot girl vision, it gets protected like it’s a standing date with my future self.

Step 2: Monday is for money and movement

I treat Mondays like a soft launch into the week. I always book a Pilates class to move stagnant weekend energy and do a full money check-in: look at accounts, set my financial intentions, follow up on invoices, romanticize my budget. I even light a candle while I do it—because wealth energy is sacred.

Step 3: Midweek is for momentum

Tuesday–Thursday is where I let myself grind… gently. I stack my “power moves” in this window: content creation, strategy planning, client meetings, etc. These are the days I’ll sometimes do two-a-day movement (a walk + a class) and eat meals that are high-protein and high-vibe. Basically, I become the CEO of my own energy.

Step 4: Fridays are social or sensual (or both)

I block off Friday evenings for friendship or flirtation. Whether it’s a date, a girls’ dinner, or a solo evening with my foam roller and a face mask, I make it a vibe. Hot girls don’t let the week end in burnout.

Step 5: Sundays are sacred

I don’t care if I’m hungover, in love, or in a deep-clean frenzy—Sunday mornings are for the reset. I map my week, grocery shop, do a lymphatic drainage routine, and reflect on what worked (and what didn’t). It’s not a chore, it’s a ceremony.

My secret weapon? Theme days.

Money Mondays

Wellness Wednesdays

Flirt Fridays

Self-care Sundays

Not every week is perfect, but this flow gives me structure without strangling my spontaneity. I stay active, abundant, and adored—without sacrificing my sanity.

✧ if it doesn't align with the dream life, it's a distraction ✧

✧ If It Doesn't Align With The Dream Life, It's A Distraction ✧
✧ If It Doesn't Align With The Dream Life, It's A Distraction ✧
✧ If It Doesn't Align With The Dream Life, It's A Distraction ✧

hey lovelies!! 🦢

omg, so, i was literally journaling last night & this phrase just hit me like… so hard. "if it doesn't align with the dream life, it's a distraction." i had to stop writing and just sit with that for a min.

because honestly? i've been feeling so scattered lately. like my energy is going in a million directions but none of them are taking me where i actually want to go. and i realized that's exactly what happens when we don't have clarity on our it-girl blueprint.

so what even is an it-girl blueprint? it's not just aesthetic or vibes (tho those matter too!!) but it's this deep knowing of who you're meant to become. it's that version of you who wakes up excited, who feels aligned, who's living in her dream apartment with her dream career and her dream people. she exists!! she's waiting for you to become her!!

this post is a bit different from my most recents, i wanted to take a little tinyyy break from my pop culture series', like the pll x glowettee and vampire diaries x glowettee series' and just focus more on self-improvement again. i also wanted to take a break from the overwhelming aesthetics i've been using in my posts, and justtttt write~~ (no small text, no crazy colors, just my thoughts) and i realized that distractions have been very prominent in my life lately... so i wanted to address it in this post, and some possible solutions <3

✧ what's actually distracting you? ✧

okay so grab your journal rn and let's get super real about what's pulling you away from your dream life, feel free to use these prompts:

that situationship that makes you feel anxious every time they text (you know the one)

the hours of scrolling that leave you feeling empty inside

saying yes to plans when your body is literally begging you to rest

the "friend" who always has drama and makes everything about them

that project you started because you thought you "should" but you actually hate

staying in that job/class/situation because you're scared to disappoint someone

comparing your chapter 1 to someone else's chapter 20 (guilty!!)

i've been doing this work myself and it's kinda scary how many things i was pouring energy into that weren't actually taking me anywhere i wanted to go??

✧ getting clear on your actual dream life ✧

before we can align with our dream life, we need to know what it actually looks like! not what instagram or your mom or society thinks it should look like, but what YOU want.

some journal prompts that helped me:

when do i feel most like myself?

what activities make me lose track of time?

who makes me feel seen, safe, and supported?

what would my perfect morning routine look like if i had zero obligations?

what kind of spaces make me feel calm and inspired?

what would i do with my time if money wasn't an issue?

what parts of my current life would i keep even if i could change everything?

i did this exercise last weekend and realized that so many things i was chasing weren't even in my dream life blueprint?? like i was stressing about getting into this super competitive program but when i really thought about it, it wasn't even aligned with what i actually want. wild.

✧ how to actually make decisions that align ✧

okay, so here's my little framework for making choices that actually build your dream life:

the body check: before saying yes to anything, check in with your body. does it feel expansive and light, or contracted and heavy? your body literally knows before your brain does!!

the future self question: what would the version of you who's already living your dream life do? she knows!! trust her!!

the energy audit: does this person/activity/commitment give you energy or drain it? only say yes to energy-givers (this one changed my life omg)

the alignment test: ask yourself "does this move me closer to or further from my dream life?" be brutally honest!!

the joy metric: if it doesn't bring you joy or lead to joy, why are you doing it?? (unless it's like… taxes or something lol)

✧ how to let go of the distractions ✧

this is the hardest part tbh. because we get attached to things even when they're not serving us! here's what's helping me:

remember that saying no to something is saying yes to your dream life

start with the easiest distractions first (for me it was unfollowing accounts that made me feel bad)

create little rituals around letting go (i write things down and then burn the paper)

remind yourself that outgrowing things is part of becoming

be gentle with yourself when you slip back into old patterns (we all do it!!)

i had to let go of a friendship a few months that was taking so much energy, and it was really hard but also?? i suddenly had all this space to focus on things that actually matter to me.

✧ your dream life alignment practice ✧

here's a little daily practice i've been doing:

morning: set an intention to notice what aligns and what distracts

throughout the day: when making choices, ask "dream life or distraction?"

evening: celebrate the aligned choices you made + gently note the distractions

it's not being perfect!! it's becoming more conscious of our choices. because every tiny decision is either building your dream life or… not.

i've been doing this for about three weeks now and i already feel so much clearer and more focused. like i'm finally moving in one direction instead of being pulled in a million different ones.

remember: you deserve your dream life. and it starts with choosing it, over and over, in all the tiny moments.

question from mindy:

what's one distraction you're ready to let go of? and one aligned action you're ready to take? (feel free to send me a message in my inbox, or just reblog answering this question.)

xoxo, mindy 🤍

How I Deal with Anxiety Without Turning to Comfort Food

by Soleau Club

How I Deal With Anxiety Without Turning To Comfort Food
How I Deal With Anxiety Without Turning To Comfort Food

Sometimes when anxiety hits, the first instinct isn’t exactly “let me go journal and meditate.” It’s more like: Where’s the bread? Or why did I just DoorDash $42 of sushi I didn’t even finish?

If you’ve ever used snacks as a self-soothing tool, you’re not alone. You’re human. But I had to gently ask myself: “Is this actually comfort… or just distraction in disguise?”

And that’s where the glow-up began.

Here’s how I stopped eating my feelings—and started feeling them instead, without spiraling.

Step 1: I Learned to Pause Before the Pantry

You know that moment where your brain goes “I NEED something crunchy/salty/sweet or I will literally combust”? That’s your cue. Not to eat—but to pause.

Now, I ask myself:

Am I actually hungry?

Or am I just stressed, bored, sad, overstimulated, under-touched, or in need of a break?

This 10-second check-in changed everything. It created space between the trigger and my reaction—which, let’s be honest, used to be kettle chips.

Step 2: I Made My Coping Kit Hot-Girl Approved

I realized if I was gonna stop reaching for food, I needed new tools—like, now.

So I made a list of “safe swaps” that actually soothe me when I’m spiraling:

Ice rolling my face (oddly grounding + depuffs my emotions)

Stretching with incense and soft music (try Sade or Erykah Badu)

Calling my “safe person” (you know who yours is)

Coloring, journaling, or painting my nails

Magnesium mocktails or herbal teas—warm liquids work wonders

The key? Make your comfort intentional, not impulsive. And make it cute.

Step 3: I Stopped Demonizing My Cravings

Let’s get one thing clear: there’s nothing wrong with wanting comfort food. The issue is when it becomes our only tool.

I started to lovingly ask:

“If my cravings had a voice, what would they be trying to say?”

Sometimes the message was: “You’re tired.” “You’re overstimulated.” “You need a nap, not nachos.” “You’re holding too much.”

This shifted everything. I could give my body what it really needed, not just a dopamine hit.

Step 4: I Started Regulating My Nervous System Like It Was My Job

Anxiety isn’t a mindset thing. It’s a nervous system thing. And that girl? She needs safety.

So now, my daily rituals are nervous system gold:

Breathwork: Just 3 minutes of box breathing calms my whole system.

Cold showers or cold face dips: Yes, it sounds aggressive. Yes, it works.

Barefoot walks on grass or sand: Grounding. Literally.

Soft movement: Think stretching, yoga, Pilates, or walking with music that makes me feel like the main character.

These aren’t just wellness trends—they’re medicine.

Step 5: I Wrote My Own “Comfort Menu”

One night, I literally sat down and wrote out:

“What can I do instead of stress eating that actually makes me feel safe, soft, and seen?”

Now I keep this list in my Notes app. Here’s what’s on it:

Watch my fave comfort show (hello, Sex and the City reruns)

Do a face mask and play chill French cafĂŠ music

Voice note a friend and be honest

Sit outside in the sun and do absolutely nothing

Your list will be different. That’s the point. It’s yours.

And remember:

Anxiety is not a character flaw. And turning to food for comfort doesn’t make you weak. But once I realized that true comfort feels nourishing, not numbing—I stopped letting snacks hold me hostage.

Now, when the stress hits? I know how to ride the wave without raiding the fridge.

And babe, so can you.

Follow @soleauclub for more soft wellness, slow beauty, and chill-girl fitness that fits your real life. Less grind. More glow.

How to Pull Yourself Together in 24 Hours: The Emergency Glow-Up Guide

by Soleau Club

How To Pull Yourself Together In 24 Hours: The Emergency Glow-Up Guide
How To Pull Yourself Together In 24 Hours: The Emergency Glow-Up Guide

There are two types of hot girls in this world: the ones who never fall apart, and the ones who know exactly how to pull it back together like nothing ever happened. This is for the second group. Because sometimes life hits—breakup, burnout, big meeting, bad lighting—and you’ve got 24 hours to go from why me to watch me.

Here’s the Emergency Glow-Up Protocol: zero fluff, full effect.

Step 1: Hydrate Like You’re Training for the Victoria’s Secret Comeback Show

First things first—internal cleanup.

Chug water with electrolytes (we like LMNT, coconut water, or bougie mineral drops).

Add a green juice or chlorophyll water. Optional but it makes you feel like Gwyneth.

Avoid sugar and dairy today. This isn’t a moral thing—it’s a puffiness thing.

You’re flushing. You’re cleansing. You’re already glowing from the inside out.

Step 2: Scrub Off Yesterday (Literally)

Your shower today? It’s a transformation chamber.

Dry brush before you hop in.

Double exfoliate: first a scrub, then an AHA body wash. You’ll feel brand new.

Hair mask + scalp massage while you shave your legs like you’re in a slow-mo movie montage.

End with a freezing cold rinse. It’s rude, but effective.

Step out of that shower like a rebranded celebrity.

Step 3: Skin So Good You Don’t Need the Filter

It’s not about looking “done”—it’s about looking expensive.

Ice your face. Trust me. Wrap cubes in a washcloth or use those trendy frozen face rollers.

Do a sheet mask while you sip tea like you’re too famous to be stressed.

Layer your skincare like a dewy parfait: mist → serum → moisturizer → oil → SPF (if it’s daytime).

Don’t forget a bit of highlighter on your collarbones. Yes, you are that girl.

Step 4: Outfit That Screams ‘I Have My Life Together’ (Even If You Don’t)

We’re dressing for the plot twist.

Choose something structured but effortless—think clean lines, neutral tones, crisp vibes.

Add jewelry that clinks and perfume that lingers. Bonus points for sunglasses indoors.

If all else fails: slicked-back bun, oversized blazer, and a lip gloss that means business.

You don’t look like you’re trying. You look like you just are.

Step 5: The 10-Minute Mental Reset That Changes Everything

You’re not just glowing—you’re recalibrated.

Journal one page, even if it’s just “WTF is going on.”

Do breathwork or a 10-min meditation on YouTube (search: “high vibe reset”).

Listen to one song that makes you feel like you’re walking into your villain origin story.

Because your energy is the outfit.

Step 6: The Bare Minimum Beauty Boost

You don’t need a full beat—just a few power moves.

Concealer, cream blush, brows, and lip liner.

Curl your lashes and set your face with mist so dewy it looks illegal.

Hair? Either fresh blowout or intentional “I didn’t try” bun. There’s no in-between today.

Step 7: Nourish, But Make It Chic

Your meals need to support the glow-up, not sabotage it.

Breakfast: protein smoothie with healthy fats and a greens powder.

Lunch: salmon, avocado, and a huge hydrating salad.

Dinner: something warm, grounding, and light.

Snacks? Think berries, dark chocolate, and magnesium mocktails.

Eat like you love yourself—even if you’re just pretending for now.

Step 8: Nighttime Reset So Tomorrow You Wake Up Radiant

Your nighttime routine is a closing ceremony.

Magnesium, ashwagandha, or whatever adaptogen makes you feel like a calm billionaire.

A hot bath if possible. A hot shower if not. Clean sheets, candles, main character lighting.

Put your phone on Do Not Disturb. You’re busy becoming your favorite version of you.

You don’t need a whole week. You need one focused day, a little discipline, and the belief that you can come back stronger, softer, hotter than ever.

Crisis who?

How I Fight My Messy Girl Nature🧼🧹🧺

How I Fight My Messy Girl Nature🧼🧹🧺

All my life I’ve had to learn to be organized. While I’m not dirty I tend to just set things down and create piles all over my room. I typically have a good idea where everything is until the mess becomes overwhelming and I begin losing things. So I’ve had to really put in work to keep my space neat to prevent my environment from causing me anxiety. Here is all my tips I use on the daily.

Daily 5 things.

Everyday I try and put away five things that were misplaced.

I even put it in my habit tracker so I always remember.

While this doesn’t make my room spotless when I keep up with it consistently my room is way cleaner.

It also helps build the habit of cleaning as you go. Once I started doing this habit my tendency to leave clothes on the floor and shoes everywhere decreased significantly.

2 Weekly 15 minute clean

I choose to do them on Fridays and Sundays as a way of wrapping up a week and then starting fresh.

I set a timer and then clean as fast as possible.

While 15 doesn’t sound like a lot it leaves my room pretty clean and usually I build up enough momentum to finish the clean even after the timer goes off.

Fighting the piles

How I fight my tendency to making piles is with baskets and easy organization .

I never will put my makeup away properly in the morning in a really organized container so instead I have a bin for makeup and a bin for brushes. I am perfectly fine digging through (I don’t have that many products) and it looks cleaner than me just leaving it all over my vanity.

I also have a bin for my papers/mail that I just make sure to go through every now and again.

Shoes.

Shoes are probably my worst habit because I tend to just kick them off and go.

So I gave myself a wrack but I also give myself 3 pairs of shoes that can be off the wrack.

Those are my daily tennis shoes, my house slippers, and my shower shoes. I use these everyday and putting them on the wrack will never happen consistently so I don’t fit it and instead I just gave myself an area to kick the off.

Not the cleanest but at least it’s in one area. And three pairs of shoes on the floor is a lot less than 10.

Laundry

Laundry is also very hard for me because it just takes so long and anything that takes up a lot of my time annoys me.

So whenever I do laundry I make myself a to-do list and try and complete it before laundry gets done.

Sometimes it’s homework, sometimes it’s cleaning.

If I am on a break or just a little more burnt out then usual I’ll take the time and play the sims because that also takes a long time lol.

I also have made it a rule that anytime laundry gets done it has to be folded immediately. Part of this involved getting rid of the laundry chair(iykyk) so there was no where for the laundry to go but in the closet.

Anyway that’s all I have for now. These have really helped me and my tornado tendencies be a lot more tidy especially while at college in a much smaller room that I share.

Things my therapist used to have me do that just make sense

Stare right into my reflection in the mirror 30 minutes straight no make up no clothes just me. If I look away once I restart the timer. With the intention of seeing yourself, she said

Write a letter to one person every day. Letters I will never send. As in pen and paper and a letter, not less than 1000 words. In whatever language, but 1000 words. Not characters. Words.

"Explain to me how this is a problem? / Take me to the part where this is your problem"

Write 10 things I hated about myself that day and then explain what is so bad about them without making it about how others will perceive it like- how is this a problem for ME?

Talk to water. You know how water is life / water is healing? Pour water in a glass and the tell it whatever and drink. Like speaking life into yourself. So like- I am X I am Y and then drink it.

Ask me 'what's the weather in your head today' and now I describe my feelings to people in weather terms and they just -,-

5 things you can see four you can hear three you can touch two you can smell one you can taste every time i was getting too lost in my head for grounding. I still do it, 10/10 would recommend

'Outside your head is that an issue?'

Fire me even though I was the one paying because 'at this point it's just dependency'.

'I can't take you seriously if you don't take yourself seriously'

The Wellness Girl’s Guide to Not Hating the Gym

The Wellness Girl’s Guide To Not Hating The Gym
The Wellness Girl’s Guide To Not Hating The Gym

Forget what your ex said. Forget what TikTok bro science said.

You’re not at the gym to punish your body. You’re there to romance it.

Working out is not about shrinking yourself. It’s about stepping into your hot, strong, glowy energy. Period.

So if you're currently in your “I’ll just do Pilates at home and pray for results” era, babe... this one's for you.

Step 1: Rewire Your Gym Mindset with Main Character Energy

You’re not dragging yourself to the gym. You’re showing up like the main character in a glow-up montage.

Instead of saying “I have to work out,” start saying:

“I get to move my body like a woman who lives in St. Barth’s.”

“I’m not working out—I’m becoming art.”

“This is my pre-beach-date body sculpting ritual, not bootcamp.”

You're not surviving the gym, you're curating your next level self.

Step 2: Dress Like You’re Filming a Workout Collab with Alo Yoga

Hot girl rule: If you look cute, you’ll want to move cute.

Throw out the old sorority T-shirt. We’re going matching set, lip gloss, slick bun, and a tiny tote bag energy. Add a spritz of fragrance mist and watch your entire vibe shift.

Try this:

Matching seamless set (neutrals or pastels only)

Gold jewelry you can sweat in

Tinted SPF and lip balm with shine

Cute headphones that double as a vibe

When you look like the gym is your runway, the workouts hit different.

Step 3: Romanticize the Workout Like You Romanticize Your Matcha

Don’t just go to the gym—create an experience.

Curate a playlist called “Walking Away From My Ex Energy”

Stretch like you're in a moody French film

Do your glute bridges like you’re prepping for yacht season

Take slo-mo mirror selfies, sip water like it’s prosecco, and remind yourself: this is your show

Step 4: Find Your Hot Girl Movement

Spoiler: not every wellness girly loves lifting heavy or running miles—and that’s valid.

What matters is that it feels fun, feminine, and flowy AF.

Try these gym-friendly glow-up workouts:

Pilates with ankle weights (builds long, lean lines + that snatched waist vibe)

Cable machine glute days (booty pump without gym bro energy)

Incline walking on the treadmill while watching “Selling Sunset” (10/10 vibes)

Dance-based cardio for your main character moment

Stretching + breathwork in a corner like a zen heiress

This isn’t about what burns the most calories—it’s about what you’ll actually show up for.

Step 5: Post-Workout Glow Ritual = Non-Negotiable

You didn’t suffer through 45 minutes of sweaty goddess energy just to go home and scroll TikTok.

Make your post-workout feel like a spa day:

Shower with eucalyptus steam or a luxe body wash

Moisturize with shimmer oil or body butter that smells like your dream vacation

Ice roll your face, gua sha, or sip a collagen smoothie

Tell your reflection, “We crushed it, angel. You’re glowing.”

Here's the Wellness Girl Manifesto for Loving the Gym:

Workout = worship, not punishment

Looking hot makes you feel hot. Dress accordingly.

Music is your motivator, not reps. Build a vibe.

Move in ways that make your body feel expensive.

Romanticize recovery like a skincare commercial.

You don’t have to be a “gym girl” to feel strong, sexy, and powerful in your body. You just need a new mindset, a fire playlist, and a wellness-first glow-up strategy that feels so you.

The Glow-Up Is a Lifestyle: 10 Ways to Elevate Your Everyday

by Soleau Club

The Glow-Up Is A Lifestyle: 10 Ways To Elevate Your Everyday
The Glow-Up Is A Lifestyle: 10 Ways To Elevate Your Everyday

If you're still thinking of a glow-up as a one-time thing, let's shift that energy. The glow-up is a lifestyle, not a crash course. It's how you pour your water, speak to yourself, and curate your entire damn aura. Here's how I subtly (but dramatically) elevate my everyday to keep it soft, hot, and high-vibe.

I start romanticizing boring moments

Folding laundry becomes a reset ritual when Sade is playing and there’s lavender mist in the air. I’m not "cleaning the kitchen" — I’m clearing space for my next manifestation.

I treat my body like it’s my best friend, not a project

I’m not punishing her with workouts or starving her. I move her with joy. I feed her with care. I rest her with luxury. She’s my ride-or-die, so I act like it.

I say no without guilt

Overbooked = overwhelmed = out of alignment. I’ve started turning things down that don’t feel like a full-body yes. If it doesn’t light me up or calm me down, it’s a no.

I drink my water like I’m getting paid for it

Hydration is a personality trait. I have one bottle for bed, one for my car, one that looks cute in Instagram pics — and I rotate through them like they're part of my identity.

I curate my surroundings like they’re part of my nervous system

Everything around me either adds to my peace or disrupts it. I choose candles, playlists, lighting, textures, and colors that feel like me. That is self-respect.

I move slowly on purpose

Walking slower. Eating slower. Answering slower. When I stopped rushing, I started glowing. Slow = sensual = regulated = powerful.

I take social media breaks before I get bitter

If I’m doom scrolling and comparing, I log out. If my vibe is off, I don’t keep feeding it content. I detox like I detox sugar — regularly and unapologetically.

I spend money like it’s energy

If it’s not aligned, calming, inspiring, or luxurious in some way… I’m not buying it. Wealth starts with how you invest your attention, your time, and yes — your dollars.

I prioritize joy over aesthetics

Some days the vibe isn’t a green smoothie in a silk robe — it’s eating popcorn in mismatched pajamas while watching early 2000s rom-coms. That counts. That heals.

I act like my dream life already exists (because it does)

I’m not waiting to “glow up.” I’m embodying it. I wear the perfume now. I eat the nourishing food now. I take care of myself now. And suddenly, I’m already her.

Follow @soleauclub for more soft glam wellness, ritual-coded glow-ups, and hot girl elevation that lasts all year.

Self worth vs Empathy for yourself.

Both self worth and empathy for yourself are important to your mental and physical health. But what is the difference between the two?

Self Worth - Defined

Self worth is understanding your importance as a person. Understanding that you can accept and give love, and knowing your values.

Self Empathy - Defined

Empathy for yourself is slightly different and can be absent when self worth is present. Having empathy for yourself is setting boundaries with you. This includes making promises to yourself and following through with them (ex. I will exercise for an hour… and then actually doing it) and listening to your body and brain when they are communicating (an example of this would be hunger/thirst signals).

How do these feelings work together?

Self worth is a great foundation!! Knowing what you deserve and how you should be treated is meeting your basic needs. Practicing empathy for others is easy, but practicing empathy for yourself will help you build routine and increase productivity. If it’s a statement you wouldn’t say to a friend, don’t say it to yourself, and turn the positive beliefs about your worth into positive actions that reflect how you feel. <3

guide to becoming unrecognizable in 3 months ✉️

Guide To Becoming Unrecognizable In 3 Months ✉️
Guide To Becoming Unrecognizable In 3 Months ✉️
Guide To Becoming Unrecognizable In 3 Months ✉️

𐙚 do you desire to have clear and healthy skin? what about having the perfect morning and evening routine? we all want THE glow up. doing 75 hard challenges, cutting out toxic people, deleting our social medias, finding new workout routines.. the type of glow up where even you don't recognize you. so, here's a helpful guide with tips and tricks to becoming unrecognizable in the next 3 months :

༘⋆ healthy skin starts from within -

i. eat what's good for your gut, not what tastes good to your mouth. prioritize gut health by cutting out constant grease and sugar, drink lemon water and herbal teas. include skin loving nutrients in your meals: blueberries, almonds, spinach, cucumbers. 🍋

ii. try out a healthy skin juice recipe. the ultimate juicing recipe for glowy skin includes oranges, pineapple, ginger, and carrots. green juices are amazing as well! aim to have a juice every day or every other morning. 🍊

iii. let go of stress. stress and holding in any suffocating emotions can cause the stress to show in your skin. dark eyes, breakouts, wrinkles. i recommend keeping a cozy small journal to keep around you at all times to write out any heavy emotions. not attaching and letting it go = no stress = good skin. 🍒

༘⋆ invest in yourself and personal growth -

i. pick up a new book to read. SELF HELP BOOKS ARE A MUST! reading books give you a new perspective and are always better than doom scrolling. some of the best self help books i've read that changed my life are good vibes good life by vex king, the power of positive self-talk by kim fredrickson, and your faith is your fortune by neville goddard. 📖

ii. have a soft hobby. becoming unrecognizable means changing up what you do and what you engage in. what you absorb becomes you. having a soft hobby such as painting or knitting can make you more creative. reading next to candle light or writing while having a cup of tea daily can help soften your heart and calm your emotions. pick up a new hobby to become a new you. 💌

iii. love yourself more. i am a firm believer that self-love is the key to unlocking your best self. by loving yourself, you refuse to let yourself settle for anything less from others and yourself! loving yourself more means getting rid of old patterns, doing what's best for you, setting goals and achieving them. making yourself proud. say affirmations, have slow showers, buy yourself flowers. remember that you are human and this is also your first time at life. do what makes your spirit happy!

༘⋆ "becoming the best me" routines -

i. having a morning routine is important. the perfect morning routine sets the foundation for each day. a calm morning routine can include: no screen time, pray & meditate, make the bed, skincare & brush teeth, drink water & eat breakfast, journal, and take vitamins. how you start your day sets the tone for how your day will go. 💐

ii. create a skincare routine. to become unrecognizable, include skincare practices like icing your face, practice gua sha, have hyaluronic acid and niacinamide in your products, and dry brush your skin before showering. facial products from youth to people and tatcha are the best. glowy yet healthy skin is a must and will help you feel good too. make sure to stay moisturized! 🫧

iii. before bed i will. simple night habits allow for a peaceful rest. having a before bed routine creates a smooth mind and a cozy atmosphere. create a "before bed i will" list and include habits like putting your phone away, laying out clothes for the next day, pampering yourself, and reading 1 chapter of a good book. 🌖

iv. work towards your dream body. one of the best ways to become unrecognizable is exercising! getting and being active feels amazing. do morning yoga poses, have an afternoon wall pilates session, make time for at least 45min- 1 hour at the gym, or even do at home workouts with dumbbells. 🎀

𐙚 becoming unrecognizable won't happen overnight but as long as you're consistent and persist, you'll see results sooner than later. best of luck to becoming the best you!

Tips On How To Get Your Life Together

make a list of your top priorities: Figure out what actually matters to you right now. This isn’t about what you should care about, but what truly takes up your energy—school, your health, building confidence, relationships, etc. Keep the list short (3–5 things max) so you can focus. ‎

create a morning and night routine: Routines give your brain structure. You don’t need a 10-step ritual—just something consistent. Morning = stretch, drink water, check your planner. Night = wash your face, no phone 30 mins before bed, quick journal. That alone is enough. ‎

check in with yourself and journal frequently: Journaling doesn’t mean writing novels. Just note how you feel, what’s bothering you, what went well, or what’s on your mind. Use prompts if you’re stuck. The point is to stay connected to yourself instead of spiraling in your head. ‎

start saving money: Even a small amount every week matters. Start tracking what you spend. Make a savings goal (emergency fund, a trip, new laptop). Try a rule like “save 10% of what I get” or “no impulse purchases until Sunday.” ‎

learn something new every day: It doesn’t have to be academic. Listen to a podcast, read one article, Google something random. Write down one interesting thing you learned to help you remember it—and to remind yourself that you’re growing. ‎

spend time with the people you love: Text them. Call them. Make plans, even if you’re busy. Shared time matters. It’s easy to get caught up in fixing yourself and forget that love and connection are part of being okay. ‎

keep track of your sleep, hydration, nutrition: Start observing how your body feels. Are you getting 7–8 hours of sleep? Drinking enough water (2L/day)? Eating regularly? You don’t have to go full fitness-tracker, but noticing patterns can help you feel way more in control. ‎

list down your stress triggers: What causes you anxiety, procrastination, or overwhelm? Write them down. Knowing your triggers helps you build systems around them. If social events drain you, plan alone time after. If deadlines stress you, start earlier. ‎

clean your room: Your environment reflects your mental state. Tidy up the space where you spend the most time. It doesn’t need to be perfect—just put things back in place, wipe down surfaces, and open a window. It shifts your mindset. ‎

practice gratitude and/or meditate: You don’t have to be spiritual. Just note what’s good. Try writing 3 small things you’re grateful for, or sitting quietly for 5 minutes. It helps your mind slow down and notice what’s okay, even on rough days. ‎

set boundaries: Say no when you need to. Don’t reply right away if you’re drained. Make rules for yourself about how much you give to others. Boundaries protect your energy—they’re not selfish, they’re necessary. ‎

declutter your phone, laptop, etc: Digital mess counts. Delete apps you don’t use, clear out your camera roll and downloads, organize folders. It helps reduce mental clutter and makes everything feel more intentional. ‎

plan 1 self care act every day: Something small, just for you. A walk, skincare, journaling, no-screen time, reading. Doesn’t have to be fancy or expensive—just consistent and kind to yourself.
