Step 1: I Pick My Non-negotiables First

How I Plan My Week to Fit in Pilates, Money Moves, and Friend Dates

How I Plan My Week To Fit In Pilates, Money Moves, And Friend Dates
How I Plan My Week To Fit In Pilates, Money Moves, And Friend Dates

Let’s be real—if it’s not in my calendar, it’s not happening. Between trying to stay fit, flirt with my goals, and not ghost my friends, I had to figure out how to actually plan a week that lets me be the boss, the beauty, and the balanced goddess I want to be. Spoiler: it’s not about doing more. It’s about doing it cuter, calmer, and way more strategically.

Here’s the ritual that keeps me toned, rich(ish), and socially fulfilled—without spiraling.

Step 1: I pick my non-negotiables first

Pilates, journaling, and one friend date per week go in my calendar before the meetings, the errands, or the random “can you hop on a call?” texts. If it’s part of the hot girl vision, it gets protected like it’s a standing date with my future self.

Step 2: Monday is for money and movement

I treat Mondays like a soft launch into the week. I always book a Pilates class to move stagnant weekend energy and do a full money check-in: look at accounts, set my financial intentions, follow up on invoices, romanticize my budget. I even light a candle while I do it—because wealth energy is sacred.

Step 3: Midweek is for momentum

Tuesday–Thursday is where I let myself grind… gently. I stack my “power moves” in this window: content creation, strategy planning, client meetings, etc. These are the days I’ll sometimes do two-a-day movement (a walk + a class) and eat meals that are high-protein and high-vibe. Basically, I become the CEO of my own energy.

Step 4: Fridays are social or sensual (or both)

I block off Friday evenings for friendship or flirtation. Whether it’s a date, a girls’ dinner, or a solo evening with my foam roller and a face mask, I make it a vibe. Hot girls don’t let the week end in burnout.

Step 5: Sundays are sacred

I don’t care if I’m hungover, in love, or in a deep-clean frenzy—Sunday mornings are for the reset. I map my week, grocery shop, do a lymphatic drainage routine, and reflect on what worked (and what didn’t). It’s not a chore, it’s a ceremony.

My secret weapon? Theme days.

Money Mondays

Wellness Wednesdays

Flirt Fridays

Self-care Sundays

Not every week is perfect, but this flow gives me structure without strangling my spontaneity. I stay active, abundant, and adored—without sacrificing my sanity.

guide to becoming unrecognizable in 3 months ✉️

Guide To Becoming Unrecognizable In 3 Months ✉️
Guide To Becoming Unrecognizable In 3 Months ✉️
Guide To Becoming Unrecognizable In 3 Months ✉️

𐙚 do you desire to have clear and healthy skin? what about having the perfect morning and evening routine? we all want THE glow up. doing 75 hard challenges, cutting out toxic people, deleting our social medias, finding new workout routines.. the type of glow up where even you don't recognize you. so, here's a helpful guide with tips and tricks to becoming unrecognizable in the next 3 months :

༘⋆ healthy skin starts from within -

i. eat what's good for your gut, not what tastes good to your mouth. prioritize gut health by cutting out constant grease and sugar, drink lemon water and herbal teas. include skin loving nutrients in your meals: blueberries, almonds, spinach, cucumbers. 🍋

ii. try out a healthy skin juice recipe. the ultimate juicing recipe for glowy skin includes oranges, pineapple, ginger, and carrots. green juices are amazing as well! aim to have a juice every day or every other morning. 🍊

iii. let go of stress. stress and holding in any suffocating emotions can cause the stress to show in your skin. dark eyes, breakouts, wrinkles. i recommend keeping a cozy small journal to keep around you at all times to write out any heavy emotions. not attaching and letting it go = no stress = good skin. 🍒

༘⋆ invest in yourself and personal growth -

i. pick up a new book to read. SELF HELP BOOKS ARE A MUST! reading books give you a new perspective and are always better than doom scrolling. some of the best self help books i've read that changed my life are good vibes good life by vex king, the power of positive self-talk by kim fredrickson, and your faith is your fortune by neville goddard. 📖

ii. have a soft hobby. becoming unrecognizable means changing up what you do and what you engage in. what you absorb becomes you. having a soft hobby such as painting or knitting can make you more creative. reading next to candle light or writing while having a cup of tea daily can help soften your heart and calm your emotions. pick up a new hobby to become a new you. 💌

iii. love yourself more. i am a firm believer that self-love is the key to unlocking your best self. by loving yourself, you refuse to let yourself settle for anything less from others and yourself! loving yourself more means getting rid of old patterns, doing what's best for you, setting goals and achieving them. making yourself proud. say affirmations, have slow showers, buy yourself flowers. remember that you are human and this is also your first time at life. do what makes your spirit happy!

༘⋆ "becoming the best me" routines -

i. having a morning routine is important. the perfect morning routine sets the foundation for each day. a calm morning routine can include: no screen time, pray & meditate, make the bed, skincare & brush teeth, drink water & eat breakfast, journal, and take vitamins. how you start your day sets the tone for how your day will go. 💐

ii. create a skincare routine. to become unrecognizable, include skincare practices like icing your face, practice gua sha, have hyaluronic acid and niacinamide in your products, and dry brush your skin before showering. facial products from youth to people and tatcha are the best. glowy yet healthy skin is a must and will help you feel good too. make sure to stay moisturized! 🫧

iii. before bed i will. simple night habits allow for a peaceful rest. having a before bed routine creates a smooth mind and a cozy atmosphere. create a "before bed i will" list and include habits like putting your phone away, laying out clothes for the next day, pampering yourself, and reading 1 chapter of a good book. 🌖

iv. work towards your dream body. one of the best ways to become unrecognizable is exercising! getting and being active feels amazing. do morning yoga poses, have an afternoon wall pilates session, make time for at least 45min- 1 hour at the gym, or even do at home workouts with dumbbells. 🎀

𐙚 becoming unrecognizable won't happen overnight but as long as you're consistent and persist, you'll see results sooner than later. best of luck to becoming the best you!

How I Fight My Messy Girl Nature🧼🧹🧺

How I Fight My Messy Girl Nature🧼🧹🧺

All my life I’ve had to learn to be organized. While I’m not dirty I tend to just set things down and create piles all over my room. I typically have a good idea where everything is until the mess becomes overwhelming and I begin losing things. So I’ve had to really put in work to keep my space neat to prevent my environment from causing me anxiety. Here is all my tips I use on the daily.

Daily 5 things.

Everyday I try and put away five things that were misplaced.

I even put it in my habit tracker so I always remember.

While this doesn’t make my room spotless when I keep up with it consistently my room is way cleaner.

It also helps build the habit of cleaning as you go. Once I started doing this habit my tendency to leave clothes on the floor and shoes everywhere decreased significantly.

2 Weekly 15 minute clean

I choose to do them on Fridays and Sundays as a way of wrapping up a week and then starting fresh.

I set a timer and then clean as fast as possible.

While 15 doesn’t sound like a lot it leaves my room pretty clean and usually I build up enough momentum to finish the clean even after the timer goes off.

Fighting the piles

How I fight my tendency to making piles is with baskets and easy organization .

I never will put my makeup away properly in the morning in a really organized container so instead I have a bin for makeup and a bin for brushes. I am perfectly fine digging through (I don’t have that many products) and it looks cleaner than me just leaving it all over my vanity.

I also have a bin for my papers/mail that I just make sure to go through every now and again.

Shoes.

Shoes are probably my worst habit because I tend to just kick them off and go.

So I gave myself a wrack but I also give myself 3 pairs of shoes that can be off the wrack.

Those are my daily tennis shoes, my house slippers, and my shower shoes. I use these everyday and putting them on the wrack will never happen consistently so I don’t fit it and instead I just gave myself an area to kick the off.

Not the cleanest but at least it’s in one area. And three pairs of shoes on the floor is a lot less than 10.

Laundry

Laundry is also very hard for me because it just takes so long and anything that takes up a lot of my time annoys me.

So whenever I do laundry I make myself a to-do list and try and complete it before laundry gets done.

Sometimes it’s homework, sometimes it’s cleaning.

If I am on a break or just a little more burnt out then usual I’ll take the time and play the sims because that also takes a long time lol.

I also have made it a rule that anytime laundry gets done it has to be folded immediately. Part of this involved getting rid of the laundry chair(iykyk) so there was no where for the laundry to go but in the closet.

Anyway that’s all I have for now. These have really helped me and my tornado tendencies be a lot more tidy especially while at college in a much smaller room that I share.

Things my therapist used to have me do that just make sense

Stare right into my reflection in the mirror 30 minutes straight no make up no clothes just me. If I look away once I restart the timer. With the intention of seeing yourself, she said

Write a letter to one person every day. Letters I will never send. As in pen and paper and a letter, not less than 1000 words. In whatever language, but 1000 words. Not characters. Words.

"Explain to me how this is a problem? / Take me to the part where this is your problem"

Write 10 things I hated about myself that day and then explain what is so bad about them without making it about how others will perceive it like- how is this a problem for ME?

Talk to water. You know how water is life / water is healing? Pour water in a glass and the tell it whatever and drink. Like speaking life into yourself. So like- I am X I am Y and then drink it.

Ask me 'what's the weather in your head today' and now I describe my feelings to people in weather terms and they just -,-

5 things you can see four you can hear three you can touch two you can smell one you can taste every time i was getting too lost in my head for grounding. I still do it, 10/10 would recommend

'Outside your head is that an issue?'

Fire me even though I was the one paying because 'at this point it's just dependency'.

'I can't take you seriously if you don't take yourself seriously'

How to Prep Your Meals Like a Hot Girl (And Actually Stick to It)

by Soleau Club / www.soleauclub.com

How To Prep Your Meals Like A Hot Girl (And Actually Stick To It)
How To Prep Your Meals Like A Hot Girl (And Actually Stick To It)

Meal prepping sounds like a dream—until it becomes a nightmare of Tupperware, random ingredients, and not being able to tell the difference between your quinoa and your brown rice after a long week. But if you’re here, it’s because you know the secret to looking hot, feeling good, and living your best life is consistency—and that starts with what’s in your fridge. So, let’s break down how to prep your meals like the boss you are (and actually stick to it).

1. Keep It Simple, Babe

One of the biggest mistakes I see is trying to meal prep like you're about to enter a Michelin-star kitchen. Newsflash: You don’t need to be gourmet to eat well. Keeping it simple is key. Think protein, veggies, and grains. It’s easy to mix and match, and you won’t feel overwhelmed by 15 different ingredients.

Protein: Chicken, salmon, tofu, ground turkey, eggs—whatever floats your boat.

Veggies: Broccoli, kale, bell peppers, spinach—buy a few of your favorites and get creative.

Grains: Quinoa, rice, or sweet potatoes—these are your base.

If you stick to a few basic ingredients that you love, you’ll be able to rotate meals easily and always have something tasty (and hot girl-approved) waiting for you.

2. Invest in Quality Storage (Trust Me, It's Worth It)

Hot girls know the value of a good container—it's not just about looks, it’s about keeping your food fresh and your life organized. Invest in airtight, stackable containers that you can grab easily when you’re rushing out the door. Bonus points if they’re clear, so you can see what’s inside (no one has time for mystery meals).

Pro tip: Get a set of glass containers. They’re durable, microwave-safe, and won’t stain with your marinara sauce. Plus, they look way more Instagrammable than plastic containers.

3. Plan Your Week, Then Prep for It

To keep the meal prep vibe smooth and easy, plan your week first. Are you going to be extra busy one day? Maybe prep a bigger portion of your favorite salad or stir-fry. Are you going out on the weekend? Plan your meals around that so you’re not scrambling to cook the night before.

A simple plan for the week can be as easy as:

Monday/Wednesday/Friday: Salad bowls with grilled chicken, avocado, and quinoa

Tuesday/Thursday: Stir fry with tofu, veggies, and brown rice

Snack: Pre-portioned hummus cups, protein bars, or fruit

Planning ahead means you won’t have to think about what to eat at the end of a long day—and we all know, decision fatigue is real.

4. Make It Fun with Flavor & Spices

Nothing gets boring faster than bland meals. Hot girls don’t do bland, and neither should you. Spice things up with a range of herbs, spices, and sauces that can turn your meal into a masterpiece.

Herbs: Fresh cilantro, parsley, thyme, basil. They’re easy to add and totally elevate a meal.

Spices: Cumin, smoked paprika, turmeric, chili flakes. A little spice goes a long way.

Sauces: Make a batch of your favorite sauce—think tahini dressing, spicy mayo, or balsamic glaze—and drizzle it over your meals for an instant flavor upgrade.

By mixing up your spices and condiments, you’ll make each meal feel new and exciting, even if it’s the 4th time eating it in a week.

5. Prep for Busy Days (And Don’t Forget Snacks)

The key to sticking to your meal prep routine is being prepared for those days when you’re too tired or busy to cook. That’s where snacks come in, and trust me, having your go-to snack stash will save your life.

Healthy snacks: Think pre-portioned bags of almonds, protein bars, yogurt, or even pre-chopped veggies with hummus.

Meal components: Have cooked protein and grains ready to go so that on crazy days, all you need to do is assemble. Mix-and-match bowls are your friend here.

Hot girls never let themselves get hangry. Prep for your busy days, and you’ll never fall victim to fast food again.

6. Get Comfortable with Batch Cooking

Batch cooking doesn’t mean cooking for hours on end. Instead, cook a big batch of something versatile (like grilled chicken or roasted sweet potatoes) that you can use in different meals throughout the week.

Roast veggies: Roasting a big batch of veggies (sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, zucchini) means you’ve got a flavorful side dish or base for bowls that’s ready to go.

Grill protein: Grill or bake a large portion of protein and store it in your fridge for easy additions to salads, bowls, or wraps.

Batch cooking means you’re saving time and energy, which makes sticking to your meal prep routine way easier. And trust, once you get into the groove of it, you’ll feel like a wellness queen.

7. Make It a Ritual, Not a Chore

If meal prepping feels like a chore, you won’t stick with it. Hot girls don’t do things they hate. Instead, turn meal prep into a relaxing, fun ritual.

Put on a podcast or your favorite playlist: Set the mood while chopping veggies and grilling chicken. You’re not just cooking, you’re curating your wellness.

Get creative: Experiment with new recipes, sauces, and combinations that make your meals feel more like a treat than a task.

Meal prep doesn’t have to be boring—it’s your chance to take control of your week and fuel your body like the goddess you are.

8. Don’t Beat Yourself Up

Sometimes, life happens. Maybe you forgot to prep one week, or you get too busy and skip a meal. That’s okay. The key to sticking with it is not letting one missed meal prep session throw you off completely. Take it as a learning moment, reset, and come back stronger the next week.

Perfection isn’t the goal—consistency is. So, be kind to yourself and just keep showing up for your wellness.

So...

Meal prep doesn’t have to be a daunting task. With a little planning, some quality containers, and a pinch of spice, you’ll have your meals ready to fuel you through your busy days. The secret is to keep it simple, make it enjoyable, and never stress over a little imperfection.

No-Excuses Movement: How I Stay Active Even When I’m Over It

by Soleau Club / www.soleauclub.com

No-Excuses Movement: How I Stay Active Even When I’m Over It
No-Excuses Movement: How I Stay Active Even When I’m Over It

Let’s be honest—sometimes the motivation just isn’t there. Not every day is a “woke up at sunrise, green juice in hand, ready to do Pilates” kind of day. Some days I’m tired, bloated, PMS-ing, emotionally drained, or just deeply uninterested in doing anything beyond rotating between my bed and the couch.

And yet... I still move. Not because I’m obsessed with burning calories, but because I know movement is medicine. It lifts my mood, de-puffs my body, clears my brain fog, and reminds me I’m that girl—even when I don’t feel like it.

Here’s how I stay active with zero excuses, even when I’m over it:

I Lower the Bar (On Purpose)

On low-energy days, the key is doing something. Not a 45-minute workout. Not a 10k run. Just something. I don’t aim for perfection—I aim for momentum. Five minutes counts. A stretch in bed counts. A grocery store walk? That’s cardio, babe.

What this looks like IRL: – 10-minute YouTube Pilates class while still in pajamas – Walk around the block with a matcha in hand – Dance to one song while getting ready – Legs up the wall while deep breathing = passive recovery queen

I Romanticize the Hell Out of It

No one wants to “grind” when they’re already exhausted. So instead, I make it feel cute. Movement becomes a vibe: I light a candle, put on a cute set, turn on a chill playlist, and suddenly I’m a Pilates princess in a wellness documentary—not someone dragging through a workout.

Tip: Stop calling it a “workout.” Call it movement, stretch time, dance therapy, or a hot girl walk.

I Have a Backup Routine for Low-Energy Days

This is my secret weapon. I have a go-to “bare minimum” routine that’s gentle, short, and still gives me that post-movement glow.

My personal fallback plan: – 5-minute stretch – 10-minute core circuit or glute bridges in bed – 15-minute walk outside with sunglasses on (main character mode)

That’s it. Enough to get my blood flowing and my head clear.

I Remember Why I Started

It’s not about chasing a certain body—it’s about becoming the most energized, magnetic, glowy version of myself. I move because I want to feel good in my skin, not because I’m punishing myself. On days I need motivation, I think about that post-movement glow. The clarity. The serotonin. The “I actually feel hot again” feeling.

I Make Movement a Lifestyle, Not a Chore

Once movement becomes part of your identity, it stops feeling negotiable. Like brushing your teeth, you just do it—because it keeps you feeling fresh and put together.

Some days it’s a Pilates sesh. Other days it’s walking in heels at the mall. It all counts. And it all adds up.

language learning guide

Language Learning Guide

Learning a language can be an excellent skill and hobby that can help you to understand a whole new world, from music and movies to traveling to a new country. Personally I'm learning french. Here is my guide to learning another language.

୨ৎ ditch duolingo and find a better app

This might be controversial, but duolingo really isn't helping you to learn your language of choice. They don't even reach you grammar, let alone culture, which is essential for understanding any language. I recommend Airlearn.

୨ৎ journal daily in your target language

simply writing about your day in the language that you want to learn is a great way to practice your target language and realize what vocabulary you are missing.

୨ৎ watch shows/movies in your target language

listening to people having realistic conversations in your target language is a perfect way to get better at it! you get to practice the language you want to learn and watch a show/movie that you like! its a win/win. If you are a beginner I recommend watching children’s shows. They are made for people who are new to whatever language they speak.

୨ৎ listen to music in your target language

listening to music is something that (if you’re like me), you do all the time. it’s a fantastic way to learn your target language without even realizing you’re doing it! (my playlist of french songs)

୨ৎ make the default language of your phone your target language

let’s face it, we’re all addicted to our phones. making it so that you can't read what’s on your phone without understanding your target language forces you to adapt.

୨ৎ read books in your target language

this is mostly for people who are less of beginners, but if you can understand enough of your target language to actually read a book, this is a fantastic way to boost your comprehension.

i can’t stress how important it is to know who you are as a person because people will literally try to project their insecurities + preconceived notions onto you.
