Crafting a Life You’re Obsessed With (No Manifesting Required)
by Soleau Club / www.soleauclub.com
We all love a good vision board moment, but let’s be honest—no amount of sage or Pinterest quotes is going to replace actual effort. Manifesting is cute, but crafting a life you’re genuinely obsessed with? That takes moves, not mood boards.
This isn’t about “waiting for alignment” or “raising your vibration”—this is about designing a life that makes you excited to wake up, look hot, make money, and not spiral every time something doesn’t go your way.
Here’s how I built a lifestyle that feels like a luxury product—without faking it for Instagram or pretending meditation fixed everything.
You don’t need a 5-year plan—you need to know what lights you up right now. What do you keep daydreaming about when your mind wanders? What’s the version of you that feels so magnetic it’s lowkey intimidating? That’s your blueprint. Not some vague “dream life” concept with no soul behind it.
What do the little pieces of your day say about you? Your coffee ritual, your phone wallpaper, your Google Calendar—it all matters. A hot life is built from hot micro-decisions. Romanticize your systems, not just your skincare routine.
Who are you following? What are you listening to? What’s on in the background when you cook? That stuff is programming your brain whether you realize it or not. If you want to live a luxe, confident, energized life, you better be consuming energy that actually reflects that. Delete, mute, unfollow. Zero guilt.
I don’t do things just because the internet said so. I walk because it clears my mind. I journal because it calms my nervous system. I strength train because I like looking toned in backless tops. Every habit I keep adds value to my life—not pressure. That’s the new standard.
Productivity culture tried to convince us that if it doesn’t “scale,” it’s not worth doing. Boring. I started dancing around my room again. Taking myself on flirty solo dates. Baking banana bread I have no intention of eating all at once. The joy is the glow-up.
You’re not behind. You’re not late. You’re not supposed to have it all figured out. You’re building. And when you approach your life like a creative project—not a checklist—it gets way more exciting (and honestly, way more successful).
You don’t need to visualize yourself in a silk robe on a balcony sipping green juice in Paris. You need to build a life where your Tuesday morning feels almost that good. That’s real abundance.

Your Life’s Not Boring—You’re Just on Your Phone Too Much
If you’ve been feeling glued to your phone—especially apps like TikTok and Instagram—you’re not alone. So many of us are stuck in this loop, and it can seriously mess with our energy, motivation, and overall health.
One thing I’ve struggled most with lately is comparison. Feeling like what I do just isn’t... enough. If you’ve felt that too, this post is for us both. A little reminder that:
✨ You are enough, just as you are. ✨ You’ve survived every hard day, and your inner child and I are so proud of you. Don't ever forget how far you've come as a person! If all you did was make your bed and hydrate today, that's a win worth celebrating. You're doing just fine, and you'll do all that you wish to on your own divine timing.
And yes, your life isn’t boring. You might just be too distracted to see how beautiful it really is. So instead of escaping it, let’s try to romanticize it!
Wake up a little earlier. It doesn’t have to be 5 AM (unless that’s your thing). Even an hour earlier can give you quiet time to get things done without distractions.
Take an "everything shower." These are pretty meditative for me in a way. I like to imagine the water washing off all my stress and stagnant energy I may have accumulated throughout the day. Like a reset button!
Make a breakfast you’d actually get out of bed early for. Pancakes? Fruit? Whatever makes your inner child happy.
Play jazz or soft instrumentals while doing everyday activities. Instant cozy vibes.
Read outside. Sitting on your porch or even by a window gives you that vitamin D and a fresh perspective.
Find a screen-less hobby you enjoy. Try crochet, painting, poetry, LEGO kits, pottery, etc. Block-building kits are my fave—they’re so fun and satisfying. Just remember to take breaks and stretch!
Re-watch something comforting or start something new. That show you keep skipping past might become your next obsession.
Connect. If you’ve been stuck in your room all day, talk to someone. Call a friend, hug your pet, or chat with family. A quick convo with my mom always boosts my mood!
Learn something new! When was the last time you went out of your way to explore something you didn’t already know? (and nope, school doesn’t count.) Take a moment to find a subject you’ve never looked into or dive deeper into one you already know a little about. Pick up on a new language, study an unfamiliar culture, or even try learning a random skill just for fun. Expanding your mind keeps life feeling fresh and exciting.
Travel (if you can). I can't stress this one enough!! Even just getting out of town for a single 24 hours can give you a whole new perspective. A change of scenery does wonders, especially when life feels repetitive. It doesn't have to be far, either. You can travel to the next city over and explore what it's like there!
Remember: Social media is NOT real life. That influencer who’s always partying in Miami with a closet full of designer bags? You’re seeing their highlight reel, not the full picture. Some even goes as far as faking luxury lifestyles for the views. Don’t compare your behind-the-scenes to someone else’s curated feed. At the end of the day, it's all for the aesthetics/entertainment.
Be gentle with yourself. You're doing better than you think, angel. xo, Kay 🪽
Your boundaries, schedules, discipline, habits and routines = your life’s outcome. They are everything!
guide to becoming unrecognizable in 3 months ✉️
𐙚 do you desire to have clear and healthy skin? what about having the perfect morning and evening routine? we all want THE glow up. doing 75 hard challenges, cutting out toxic people, deleting our social medias, finding new workout routines.. the type of glow up where even you don't recognize you. so, here's a helpful guide with tips and tricks to becoming unrecognizable in the next 3 months :
༘⋆ healthy skin starts from within -
i. eat what's good for your gut, not what tastes good to your mouth. prioritize gut health by cutting out constant grease and sugar, drink lemon water and herbal teas. include skin loving nutrients in your meals: blueberries, almonds, spinach, cucumbers. 🍋
ii. try out a healthy skin juice recipe. the ultimate juicing recipe for glowy skin includes oranges, pineapple, ginger, and carrots. green juices are amazing as well! aim to have a juice every day or every other morning. 🍊
iii. let go of stress. stress and holding in any suffocating emotions can cause the stress to show in your skin. dark eyes, breakouts, wrinkles. i recommend keeping a cozy small journal to keep around you at all times to write out any heavy emotions. not attaching and letting it go = no stress = good skin. 🍒
༘⋆ invest in yourself and personal growth -
i. pick up a new book to read. SELF HELP BOOKS ARE A MUST! reading books give you a new perspective and are always better than doom scrolling. some of the best self help books i've read that changed my life are good vibes good life by vex king, the power of positive self-talk by kim fredrickson, and your faith is your fortune by neville goddard. 📖
ii. have a soft hobby. becoming unrecognizable means changing up what you do and what you engage in. what you absorb becomes you. having a soft hobby such as painting or knitting can make you more creative. reading next to candle light or writing while having a cup of tea daily can help soften your heart and calm your emotions. pick up a new hobby to become a new you. 💌
iii. love yourself more. i am a firm believer that self-love is the key to unlocking your best self. by loving yourself, you refuse to let yourself settle for anything less from others and yourself! loving yourself more means getting rid of old patterns, doing what's best for you, setting goals and achieving them. making yourself proud. say affirmations, have slow showers, buy yourself flowers. remember that you are human and this is also your first time at life. do what makes your spirit happy!
༘⋆ "becoming the best me" routines -
i. having a morning routine is important. the perfect morning routine sets the foundation for each day. a calm morning routine can include: no screen time, pray & meditate, make the bed, skincare & brush teeth, drink water & eat breakfast, journal, and take vitamins. how you start your day sets the tone for how your day will go. 💐
ii. create a skincare routine. to become unrecognizable, include skincare practices like icing your face, practice gua sha, have hyaluronic acid and niacinamide in your products, and dry brush your skin before showering. facial products from youth to people and tatcha are the best. glowy yet healthy skin is a must and will help you feel good too. make sure to stay moisturized! 🫧
iii. before bed i will. simple night habits allow for a peaceful rest. having a before bed routine creates a smooth mind and a cozy atmosphere. create a "before bed i will" list and include habits like putting your phone away, laying out clothes for the next day, pampering yourself, and reading 1 chapter of a good book. 🌖
iv. work towards your dream body. one of the best ways to become unrecognizable is exercising! getting and being active feels amazing. do morning yoga poses, have an afternoon wall pilates session, make time for at least 45min- 1 hour at the gym, or even do at home workouts with dumbbells. 🎀
𐙚 becoming unrecognizable won't happen overnight but as long as you're consistent and persist, you'll see results sooner than later. best of luck to becoming the best you!

the concept of 'glowing up,' is a popular one. a simple idea that you can change yourself, and be more attractive. and now i can't pretend that the idea of 3 month, 2 months and 1 week glow ups haven't motivated me. of course, there's some truth in drinking 2 litres of water and sleeping 8 hours, that brings a change to your life. but i want to focus on something bigger, more than just simply appearance. i want to turn my life around and be me again. so this is my plan for the 6 month project.
whilst i'm sure that success is possible without absolute direction, i'm not willing to risk my chances. therefore the first good step to any project, is to establish the goals or what i want by the end of these 6 months.
to make everything absolutely organized i split all my goals into 7 areas:
physical health (this refers to diet, sleep, exercise)
image (skincare, haircare, style, makeup, etc.)
finances/current career
future career (networking, becoming a linkedin warrior, etc.)
hobbies
intelligence (any sort of learning, or hobbies that push me further)
mental health (coping mechanisms, general wellbeing, managing stress)
this step, i'd argue is the most time consuming. for every goal, i did a bit of research to fully understand how i could achieve it. for example, for the 'physical health' goals, i researched how to sleep better and how to eat a more balanced diet. or for 'image,' i researched skincare and different styles to figure out which one fits me. although, this can be done in extreme detail, i've tried to not use this step as a tool to procrastinate actually getting started
to make sure that i stayed on track with all my goals, and due to the sheer amount of steps/goals i made a timeline. as to not overwhelm myself, i decided on picking up around 4/5 habits everyday, cutting out 3 negative things and doing one off changes (mostly to appearance) once a week.
with nothing else left to plan or prepare, simply start.
How I Plan My Week to Fit in Pilates, Money Moves, and Friend Dates
by Soleau Club
Let’s be real—if it’s not in my calendar, it’s not happening. Between trying to stay fit, flirt with my goals, and not ghost my friends, I had to figure out how to actually plan a week that lets me be the boss, the beauty, and the balanced goddess I want to be. Spoiler: it’s not about doing more. It’s about doing it cuter, calmer, and way more strategically.
Here’s the ritual that keeps me toned, rich(ish), and socially fulfilled—without spiraling.
Pilates, journaling, and one friend date per week go in my calendar before the meetings, the errands, or the random “can you hop on a call?” texts. If it’s part of the hot girl vision, it gets protected like it’s a standing date with my future self.
I treat Mondays like a soft launch into the week. I always book a Pilates class to move stagnant weekend energy and do a full money check-in: look at accounts, set my financial intentions, follow up on invoices, romanticize my budget. I even light a candle while I do it—because wealth energy is sacred.
Tuesday–Thursday is where I let myself grind… gently. I stack my “power moves” in this window: content creation, strategy planning, client meetings, etc. These are the days I’ll sometimes do two-a-day movement (a walk + a class) and eat meals that are high-protein and high-vibe. Basically, I become the CEO of my own energy.
I block off Friday evenings for friendship or flirtation. Whether it’s a date, a girls’ dinner, or a solo evening with my foam roller and a face mask, I make it a vibe. Hot girls don’t let the week end in burnout.
I don’t care if I’m hungover, in love, or in a deep-clean frenzy—Sunday mornings are for the reset. I map my week, grocery shop, do a lymphatic drainage routine, and reflect on what worked (and what didn’t). It’s not a chore, it’s a ceremony.
Money Mondays
Wellness Wednesdays
Flirt Fridays
Self-care Sundays
Not every week is perfect, but this flow gives me structure without strangling my spontaneity. I stay active, abundant, and adored—without sacrificing my sanity.

Let's talk about something real: societal stereotypes. From a young age, women are constantly told throughout our lives about who we're supposed to be. We're supposed to be quiet, agreeable, nurturing, and perfect. These stereotypes not only shape how others see us, but they also shape how we see ourselves. These stereotypes can create fixed mindset beliefs that limit our sense of identity and potential.
Think about it:
“I’m not good at math or science.”
“I shouldn’t be too ambitious or assertive.”
“I need to prioritize being liked over being heard.”
Sound familiar? These beliefs aren’t just harmless thoughts. They’re barriers. They tell us what we can’t do, who we shouldn’t be, and where we don’t belong. But here’s the truth: you are not defined by stereotypes.
Internalization: We absorb societal expectations and start believing they’re true.
Fear of Failure: Stereotypes make us afraid to step outside the box, so we avoid risks.
Imposter Syndrome: We doubt our abilities, feeling like we don’t deserve success.
Challenge the Narrative
Ask yourself: Who told me I can’t? Why do I believe that?
Replace limiting beliefs with empowering ones: “I am capable of learning and growing in any field I choose.”
Embrace a Growth Mindset
Believe that your abilities aren’t fixed. You can develop skills, overcome challenges, and redefine your identity.
Celebrate effort, not just results. Progress is progress, no matter how small. Even if it's 1%, it still counts towards the 100%.
Surround Yourself with Support
Find mentors, friends, and communities that uplift and inspire you. You can join communities on Tumblr or search for Discord servers you align with.
Share your goals and struggles with people who believe in your potential.
Redefine Success on Your Terms
Success doesn’t have to look like what society says it should. What matters is what you value. This is your life after all.
Do not be scared to take up space. Be bold. Be unapologetically yourself. Live in your authenticity. It is what makes you you.
Take Action, Even When It’s Scary
Start small. Apply for that opportunity, speak up in that meeting, or try something new.
Remember: Courage isn’t the absence of fear. It’s acting despite it.
Your potential is limitless, but it’s up to you to claim it. Reframe those beliefs, challenge the status quo, and step into the person you’re meant to be. The world needs your voice, your ideas, and your brilliance. Don’t let anyone (including yourself) tell you otherwise.
What’s one limiting belief you’re ready to let go of? Let’s cheer each other on in the comments! ✨
