Breakfast: black coffee

Lunch: coffee ( iced cap 65Cal)

Smallest dinner I can get ( either a soup or entree)

- heaps of water

- no snacks

Exercise in the morning

(P.s I wanna cry I’ve let myself go too much and I wanna disappear)
