Lunch: coffee ( iced cap 65Cal)
Smallest dinner I can get ( either a soup or entree)
- heaps of water
- no snacks
Exercise in the morning

Went from not fasting at all to Fasting for 16 hours slay
Bruh this is so real
i hate how consistently working out actually makes a difference
Finally back home ( thank goodness) now time to fast so hard! I’ve got some rules for myself
- no caffeinated drinks (apart from my one/ two coffees in the morning and some peppermint tea I have at night)
- drink a f***k tone of water everyday
- one meal a day plus a protein bar
- work out 1 or even 2 times a day
- don’t eat past dinner ( kind of forced to have it lolz)
- no snacking and strictly protein based foods for dinner

Idk why but I keep touching my stomach randomly for comfort to feel if I still am skinny enough 🤨😭
