そろそろ新しいロボの設計を始めようかと考える。

上部パネルを開けてみた

original robot  GABU_miZ の頭部組み立てを再現してみました。

3ｄ print 部品は形状を整えて、糸引きを綺麗にするくらいで、

そのまま組み付けています。

頭部部品の裏側、プリントが乱れていますが、

見えない所なので気にしない、気にしない。

最後の画像は電池蓋を開けて、電池の確認をしている場面です。

FDM Printerの特性で積層が目立つ所も多々有りますが、

素材と積層時間のバランス良い今のプリンタを気に入って使っています。

original robot  GABU シリーズ,RONDOも基本このような感じで、

3ｄ print 部品 で作成しています。

I tried reproducing the head assembly of original robot GABU_miZ. 3d print The parts are arranged to shape and clean up stringing, It is assembled as it is. The back side of the head part, the print is disturbed, I do not care because it is an invisible place, do not mind. The last image is a scene where you open the battery lid and check the batteries. There are many places where lamination is conspicuous due to the characteristics of FDM Printer, I like my 3d printer that is well-balanced in material and lamination time. Original robot GABU series, RONDO also basically Like this, It is made with 3d print parts.

To develop Original robot GUBU, I made this number of prototypes with only the frame.
