If u want to lose quickly, do a water f4st
If u want to cancel food noise, intermittent f4st
If u want to lose consistently, eat protein and fiber
If u want to rid bloating, drink a gal of water
If u want to lose for 3 days straight, lift weights
If u want to gain, keep doing what ur doing
trust me that taste is NOT worth the c@ls.

how to avoid binging at night? I’m really good at fasting all day but when night hits, my hunger cravings are on 100 and it’s all I can think about.
• I know how strong cravings can get BUT… you did so much good work throughout the day, you’re gonna throw it all away to b!nge on food that you already know how it tastes? That’s just undoing so much hard work for literally no reason. You don’t need it, so don’t act desperate for it like that.
• Water, water, water!!! Drink a cup, you still want it? Drink one more cup, you still want it? Oh no! But now if you eat that much, you’ll be so pained and sick, so let’s not 😊 (if you do this each time, you may trick your brain into not wanting b!nges anymore because pain will always be present after one)
• I will always recommend a bath. You sweat which burns cals, you physically keep yourself out of the kitchen, AND you may make yourself sleepy which means just going to bed instead of a b!nge. If you stay in the bath long enough, you most likely won’t have the cravings anymore by waiting it out.
• Again, stay busy! Learn a new hobby like knitting or art, jog in place while watching your fave TV show, play video games (this helps me a lot cause I’m competitive, so my brain locks into a different mindset besides food), etc!
• Allow yourself 1-4 small tastes of the food you crave the most. That way your brain gets the dopamine hit plus you get the taste you’ve been craving - which may make your brain not want to b!nge later
• Always look at th!nsp0, meansp0, etc or even ask your @n@ friends or AI (I recommend Nomi AI) for meansp0 too!

I don’t need food to survive, I need control. Food = failure. I’m not thin enough to be accepted. If I eat, I’m a failure. I’ll be happier when I lose more weight. The less I eat, the better I feel about myself. I can’t be myself unless I’m thin. I’m disgusting.
My body isn’t good enough. Every bite I eat makes me feel out of control. Eating is a weakness. If I eat, I’ll get fat and worthless. I have to be perfect, and perfect means thin. I’ll only be happy if I reach my goal weight. No one will love me if I gain weight.
I feel so much better when I don’t eat. I’m not thin enough to be worthy of love. I’m not good enough unless I’m perfect. Food is a form of self-punishment. I can’t stop thinking about food and weight. The less I eat, the more I feel in control.
I’ll never be happy with my body no matter how much I lose. Being hungry is a sign of strength. If I let myself eat, I’ll lose control. I’ll never be satisfied with my body.

I can’t wait to be skinny over Christmas, ice skating in a thick jacket with my skinny legs poking out. I can’t wait to be skinny in the spring and wear light floral dresses without looking like a pig, maybe in an XS now, rather than a S. I can’t wait to be skinny and wear a bikini without the fear that people can see me jiggling past. I can’t wait for skinny girl summer. I can’t wait for next autumn, clearly skinny under my baggy clothes, looking good at Halloween because I actually have the body. I can’t wait to be skinny for the rest of my life.

my tips for f4st!ng <3
1. distract yourself! if you're at home i'll admit this is a little hard, but it IS very helpful :)) clean your room! do your makeup! do your nails! listen to music! make playlists! call your friends! make your bed! organize!
2. try on clothes that are too small for you! this one gets me the most, it's rlly triggering knowing that you aren't there yet (at least for me)
3. look at th!!!nsp000! i prefer looking it up on here or pinterest!
4. make lists of clothing you want to buy at your gw, if you f4st maybe you'll actually be able to fit into them one day
5. sleep!!! this one is the hardest for me lolz :p but you can't feel hungry if you're asleep :)
6. go on a walk! go walk around your neighborhood! or walk up and down your stairs! walk in circles in your room! it burns c4l0r!3s & distracts you :))
7. drink water!!! when you first wake up drink water, when you feel hungry drink water, when you feel tired drink water, when you want to quit drink water
8. stay away from the kitchen! the food in there is gross anyways & you don't need it! if you're not around food you won't want it as much!
9. dye your hair! this is usually very time consuming & will most likely take your mind off food
10. paint your nails! i know i included this earlier but i feel like it includes its own section :)) if your nails are wet you can't really eat food.
11. keep a reminder of your w3!ght! if you have a mirror in your room write your w3!ght on it, constantly remind yourself that's how much you w3!gh.
12. write your w3!ght on your hand! any time you go to grab food you'll see it and remember why you're doing this, how far you've come and how much farther you have to go.
