Managed 12,135 steps today! Haven’t exactly had a great day calorie-wise since we ate out for lunch (again 😫), but at least I’ve done a decent amount of exercise to burn at least a little bit of that food..

My main problem is definitely boredom. I crave food so much when I’m bored… it’s still easier when my boyfriend isn’t around though
That’s my plan now he’s back home. Just to only eat when I actually have to because he’s around (should be just one meal a day, dinner). Obviously means I’ll have to eat normally on Saturdays and Sundays because they’re his days off… but I at least that’s only two days a week. I should still lose a decent amount of weight decently fast since I’ll only be eating one meal a day most of the week
