Why do you hate the usage of AI in OC's?

genuine question, what do you (OC creators) hate about the usage of AI in making OC's? Do you hate ANY use of it at all? or just the OC's that are fully or mostly generated by the AI after someone asked it to make a 'Cool edgy vampire guy who loves victorian stuff'?

People using subtle hints instead of being direct makes things very hard for autistic people.

In some cases, it's understandable to do that. If you have trauma from being punished for being direct, then you have no moral obligation to sacrifice your own feeling of safety. This often happens when a woman is uncomfortable with a man and has had experiences in which being direct has made a man violent. Autistic people could even be afraid to be direct, because they've likely been bullied and abused for it constantly.

But if you're an authority figure, you have no excuse to use subtle hints. If you expect something to be done a specific way and failing to meet the expectations will cause you to punish them, then you damn well better be clear about what you're expecting and why you're expecting it.

pretend to be your character and play some personality quizzes

from MBTI, Enneagram to “What colour am i” and silly quizzes

interview your character

or Pinterest board

daydream about them

or imagine scenarios

assign three things that remind you of them, for example, A is the day and B is the night so when A falls, B rises and they are hardly together

imagine them having tumblr. what would they blog about?

make incorrect quotes about them

and most importantly, enjoy

"Aro/Ace person gets given a love potion" story but instead of them being immune or whatever, it DOES work, and they realize IMMEDIATELY that they've been fed a love potion because this feeling is so wrong and foreign but everyone keeps laughing off the idea of it being a love potion because "they were probably just a late bloomer" or "no, you just finally found the right person!" and it's just a horror story about how no one believes them even though they know, they KNOW this isn't right and they can't stand it.
