Finally back home ( thank goodness) now time to fast so hard! I’ve got some rules for myself

- no caffeinated drinks (apart from my one/ two coffees in the morning and some peppermint tea I have at night)

- drink a f***k tone of water everyday

- one meal a day plus a protein bar

- work out 1 or even 2 times a day

- don’t eat past dinner ( kind of forced to have it lolz)

- no snacking and strictly protein based foods for dinner

Let’s kill it lolz

gonna binge tonight because 1. I’m on my period and 2. I’m going to be restricting myself for the next 22 days or so.

Let’s start a water diet! My weight atm is 114lbs my goal is 100lbs (I’ll only be doing this fast for a good week, let’s hope I can stick to it!)

Let’s see if I can reach it by Sunday with his water diet!
