I'm trying to find out what it is but I have no idea how to word it out, so I was wondering if other adhd folks feel this sensation in your brain PYSICALLY on some days, it's not painful or anything it just felt different. Like your brain is being held differently by your body.
And you can tell from this through your senses somehow that this means you can work. You can do anything you put your mind into, and you can do it, and you don't have to deal with executive dysfunction shit like it never existed! And it felt good. it felt god damn good.
So yeah my question is what the hell is it I want to know more about it!!

there should be a podcast of the actual podcast of only murderers in the building, like I would listen to that religiously.
ADHD is having a day all to yourself with no work, chores or responsibilities and you tell yourself you'll work on your latest chapter of your WIP. It's midnight and you still haven't gotten anything done.
The Council of Elder Tubbies
i hate it when people speak for me, most of the time its not even that close to what's in my mind with the words they spits out. BUt i also fucking hate it when someone finally asked me why and letting me speak cause only at that moment I can't reply because out of nowhere i forgot everything even to how i'm feeling. now they really gonna think i am just a doodoo wind head the fuck
babe. be real with me. if i were a plain little rock on a beach would you pick me up and turn me over in your hand and marvel over how wonderfully ordinary i am. like really take the time to ponder how there isn't necessarily anything special about me but that the very deed of choosing me out of countless other rocks raises me to a precious, almost sacred level of irreplaceability that is only accessible through the act of being seen and loved?
