- Lost one parent to the whole death mushroom incident and the other parent to the average bullshittery of life as a weak mage. Orphaned completely at age 11.

- Living in Mastema means you don’t have to pay rent

- If she’d been given time to practice her magic she would have been able to learn how to cover others with it as well

- The armor she wears under her big ass hoodie is weighted.

- Would love the chance to try devil training (would fail for not having a proper devil attitude)

- Gets crushes easily but they’re never serious

- She and Ton have mid to long range weapon user solidarity

- Could have easily survived the rain apocalypse with her defense magic

- Isn’t fully aware of it but as far as the elites are concerned she’s one of them in all but title. (She needed to hone her skills a bit more and have gone on more missions with them before they made it official)

- By sorcerer standards the elites quite literally adopted Natsuki as a little sister

- Becomes Partners with Ton because they gel very well. A good big brother/little sister team.

- Wants to be strong. Doesn’t slack on physical training even after her magic awakens. Makes it a goal to be strong enough able to bench press every one of the elites one day. Asks Nikaido to train her.

-Her eyes are darker than the void, all pupil all the way down. Likely needs glasses but doesn’t know it since she can see pretty ok. (She’d see even BETTER with glasses)

Finished my recreation of Spell 131, I wanted to put love and attention into it and I'm pleased with how it came out. The shading was grueling and I still have a million things to nitpick and fix.

I really fell in love with the world and characters of this series, particularly the relationship between Nikaido and Kaiman (Ai/Aikawa/whoever). Absolutely something I wish I could experience for the first time again.

obviously this is a joke bc canon is a sandbox and everyone is free to interpret it as they will

HOWEVER

i refuse to believe that these scenes are unrelated

It could possibly be that he doesn't care about his face anymore because he knows about his past now, except...

This is after all the stuff about Ai and Aikawa is revealed. he knows who he was in the past, he just doesn't remember yet.

it's only after he gets Ai, Aikawa, and Kai's memories that he's like, yeah, I don't need my face fixed. up until then he's still pretty adamant about getting his face back, even though he knows who he used to be

if it was just about knowing who he was in the past and accepting who he is in the present, i think there would more of an indication that he's okay with keeping the lizard face even before he gets the others' memories

Kaiman suddenly being okay with keeping his face doesn't feel like acceptance to me, but avoidance. It seems to me more like he's trying to keep some degree of separation between himself and Kai, or even between himself and Hole, since Kaiman was the one that was influenced the least by Hole. Keeping his face is a measure of control and distance between him and the stuff he does n o t want to deal with. bc lets be honest, there's no way Kai's memories aren't traumatizing as hell. we saw how Aikawa reacted (straight up just avoided dealing with it for as long as possible) there's no reason to think Kaiman wouldn't react in a similar way. keeping his face is a great way to maintain that separation and avoid dealing with the fallout of Kai's actions
