"Trust issues" Tagging with Kane and Xpac pt.1
Tagging with Kane and Xpac seemed to be the right decision but what happens if your partners thinks that you'll betray them in a match against your best friend Edge and The Brood?

Tagging with Kane and Xpac was one of the best decisions you have ever made. They don't make you feel like a burden or just their little cheerleader like your former Tag Team. No they made you feel like you belong. But today was different, Xpac was a little bit less carefree and Kane was nearly hostile. But no matter how many times you asked what was wrong you received no answer.
"Guys please tell me what's wrong? Maybe I can help or try to change it?" God you felt pathetic nearly begging them for an answer. It was silent for a few moments.
"It's you." You? What did you do?
"Xpac, I don't know what you're talking about. What did I do wrong?" The frustration was clear in your voice.
Xpac looked at you. "It's not what you've done but about the things you probably will do!" His tongue was sharp and the words laced with venom. That wasn't the Pac you knew.
"What I'm about to do? I don't understand!" Kane moved closer towards Xpac at your enraged tone, as if he wanted to protect him. His eyes never leaving your figure and ready to strike any moment.
"Oh you don't know?! Let me tell you! We're about to have a match against your best friend and his brood. You'll probably betraying us to join them!" Xpac nearly screamed at you while taking a step closer towards you.
You stepped back, hurt evident on your face. How could they think like that? You've never done anything even remotely close to that. Damn you didn't even think about it.
The silence was heavy in the locker room, no one said anything for a good minute.
"You really think that huh?" Your voice was quiet but angry nonetheless. "Alright! I guess you won't need me as ringside then." And with that you stormed out of the room, not looking back even once.
You didn't care if you ran into anyone or anything you just wanted to get the hell out of the building, away from your tag team and their trust issues and hurtful words, away from their angry looks and voices. You were close to the emergency exit when you ran into a someone, ready to leave you didn't even spare a glance at the person but a strong hand held your wrist.
"Hey, what's wrong? Why such a haste?" You knew that voice, you would recognise it anywhere. Edge. The last person you wanted to see right now.
"It's doesn't matter, you've got a match coming up." With that you pulled your hand from his grip ready to leave.
"You got one as well, so we've got this. Tell me what's wrong, you're my best friend. I want to help you." His voice was soft and full of concern. You turned to look at him, tears already glistening in your eyes.
"It's the match. They think that I'll joining you and the brood." Your voice was shaky and if you said more it would probably break. Edge noticed as well and pulled you into a hug.
"They're idiots if they really think you will betray them for me. Like damit you may be my best friend but you're loyal as I don't know what." He was angry, you could tell that but he wasn't angry at you.
"If you want to you can stay in our locker room till everything is done and we'll get pizza afterwards?" Edge really was the best best friend you could ever wish for.
"Thank you but I just want to go home. This is too much for me right now. I've done nothing to them and they make me feel miserable." You were defeated and just wanted some peace and quiet and maybe your favourite movie and some ice cream.
Edge looked at you with a mischievous grin.
"Or maybe you'll take revenge? How bout this. You come out with Christian, Gangrel and me, act like you've betrayed them and then in the right moment you take a steel chair and knock out whoever is in the ring with them. " That definitely sounded like a plan. Thinking for a moment you nodded.
Time for payback.
