I’ve already stated that William isn’t one to react much. So when he does react, it’s either a little or a lot. Since he isn’t exactly physical anymore, his form can change. Sometimes he glitches as a result of becoming Glitchtrap for example.

His form also changes based on his emotions sometimes. Hence the picture. He is very powerful in this form, he can bend reality to his will, similar to Mono from Little Nightmares 2.
