you and vinnie were best friends... kinda. it was weird. he liked you and you liked him, flirty comments were made back and forth, but you both knew neither of you could commit to a relationship. and apparently you weren’t willing to try.

“vinnie! how much longer are you gonna be? it feels like you’ve been streaming for hours!” you whined.

you were promised food 30 minutes ago and yet there he was, eyes still glued to his pc.

“y/n just give me like, 10 minutes and then i promise we can go for food.” you sighed and flopped onto his bed, knowing it would likely be around another 30 minutes, not 10.

why don’t you just go without him i hear you ask. well, you like him. meaning you’d rather wait until he’s done to come with you than have to go alone, even if he is taking a lot longer than he said.

the 10 minutes had passed and there wasn’t a single sign of moving from the boy. debating whether or not you should just go without him, you decided to try one last time.

“it’s been 10- oh wait, no 12 minutes and you’re still fucking on the game vin! i’m really hungry and you promised to buy me mcdonalds!“ upon hearing the sudden outburst from his best friend, vinnie told chat he’d be back in a few minutes, muted his mic and moved out of frame.

“y/n. reggie has just joined and i told him i’d play a game with him and that’s it. that’s all i’m asking for, one game.” he smirked down at you and as you went to just leave, he said something that made your body go completely numb. “if you’re good, i’ll let you have sex with me.” then, he brushed past you like nothing was said.

now who were you to refuse an offer like that. even though you were 99% sure he was joking, you felt inclined to stay and find out. the comment had definitely made goosebumps rise on your skin and without another word, you sat on the edge of his bed and patiently waited for him to finish.
