Hello everyone, it’s finally here!
Welcome to the 2021 holiday gift exchange! Like in years past, the idea of this gift exchange is to meet new people in the fandom and surprise someone with a gift for the holidays! When you enter this exchange you will be anonymously paired with another person, and someone will be paired with you.
The idea is to message them on anon to get to know what they like and then create art, fic, edits, whatever you can think of that would be a good holiday gift and then post it on the assigned day, tagging your person! The person assigned to you will do the same, so everyone makes a gift, and receives a gift!
Please fill out this optional form to hopefully make your pairing more compatible (This is COMPLETELY OPTIONAL, you do NOT need to fill it out to enter the exchange!
Also! There is a new question this year- for those of you that participated last year, there is an option to have your answers from last year used again for this year, no need to refill out the entire form, though you are able to if you want!)
A full explanation of the event:
1. Reblog this post or fill out the form by Midnight CST Wednesday, December 8th
2. Assignments will go out December 10th
3. Deliver your present either to their submit box, by tagging them, or some other way by January 10th (Due to the success of Grimmtober it was decided to push the deadline back into January to avoid any burn out!)
4. Use the time in between to get to know your person (on anon to keep the surprise!) and create your gift. Be creative and have fun!
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out! This experience should be fun and inclusive for everyone and hopefully bring the fandom together!
Happy Holidays!

This is an October based prompt event where every day a new prompt will be posted and it’s encouraged to make art/fic/ other fanworks around that days prompt.
Tomorrow the prompt list for the whole month of October will be going up so everyone can begin to think about what they might want to create!
Everyday of October a new prompt will be listed here so please check back!
There is absolutely no pressure to do every prompt. By all means, please pick whatever ones speak to you! Every prompt is short and open to whatever you might interpret it as, so have fun! Also, there is no pressure to complete a prompt on that given day. Feel free to go back to previous days, it’s no worries!
Please tag #grimmtober or @ this blog and your work will be reblogged here! Also feel free to spread this to other platforms, the more the merrier!
Finally, this is a joint effort between myself ( @thegrimmsisters ) and @curls-cat who has been amazing in creating this with me and who continues to do the Most for this fandom. Thanks again Curls!!
I did these a while ago, but here are some more TSG character doodles, this time from books 4 and 5!
Redraw of The Kiss scene from The Sisters Grimm book 3, but make it a little more ✨romantic✨
I’ve been doodling character designs as I’m re-reading The Sisters Grimm, here are the ones I did for books 1-3!
“If we fly out over the river, they won’t be able to follow,” Sabrina said.
“Oh, we’re going over the river all right, but not to save you from the rabbits!” Puck cried. “We’re going over because you questioned my villainy.”
Sabrina looked up into his face. “You wouldn’t dare!”
“That’s another thing you shouldn’t question!”

“It’s just a mirror,” her sister argued.
“It can’t hurt to take a look,” Puck said, and trotted over to it.
Sabrina followed Daphne, and together they studied their reflections.
“I think I see something,” Puck said.
‘What? What is it?” Sabrina said.
“A booger. It’s in your nose.” The boy laughed so hard he snorted, but then he saw Sabrina staring and stopped abruptly.

yea I know almost everyone agrees that an animated series would be the format for a sisters grimm adaptation but like. sisters grimm musical
yes i’m aware the sisters grimm fandom is Very Small, yes i still want a sisters grimm cartoon, what about it
anyways here are my designs for this crew of kids
Hello The sisters Grimm nation little town
After all this years I'm finally able to put into words what I think is wrong with epilogues
1. It's already been said by someone here, but I agree 100%. TSG was never exclusively PuckBrina story. So making epilogues that cover only their future is really lame. What about Daphne, Red, Canis, Relda, Snow and Charming, Jake? How Ferryport Landing and Fairie changed?
2. But even if epilogues HAD to be about PuckBrina, their relationship just wasn't written well. The main theme of PuckBrina (arguably) is maturing. It's clear with Puck, but he also helps Sabrina mature, especially in later books. But almost every action in epilogues seems childish.
Epilogue 1: The only thing I like about it is that Sabrina tries to move on from Puck. But why get married if you still hope for your crush to ruin your wedding? And Puck disappearing for 5 years (as far as I remember there never even was a reason)? And then interrupting the wedding? So fucking mature. I just feel bad for Bradley. He wasn't even treated seriously by the book.
Epilogue 2: Hooray! We're not telling our kids about everafters and Grimms! Because it went so fucking well fo Sabrina and Daphne! Again, maybe they had reasons, but as is it's just repeating Henry and Veronica's mistake while knowing EXACTLY what results may be.
Epilogues make it seem like Puck and Sabrina never went through all this development throughout books and drew no fucking conclusions after everything they went through. And MB could write anything as an epilogue, but for whatever reason he chose this 😐
I didn't draw in like forever, but I really wanted to draw Puck in the moment of banishment
Bonus: middle aged PuckBrina, but I kinda gave up midway through
I was talking to my grandma when she mentioned her neighbor named Mr. Canis, and the mini 10year old Sisters Grimm fangirl in me, LOST it.
