rocky's breath was shaking, along with his hands and every other part of his body. usually when he felt like this, he'd be in the heat of a fight. his eyes dart from place to place, making it hard for him to focus on the lights blaring in his face or how he should place his feet.

feels a lot like that now, in his childhood church with you by his side. his eyes are darting from your face to your dress. and he sure enough wasn't focusing on the large industrial lights suspended from the ceiling, his feet weight shifting from foot to foot. after the priest announces you two man and wife, rocky turns to you, hesitantly lifting your viel.

"do i just--? okay." his hands shake and he sighs, finally seeing your face. your eyes meet, and the first day you two met flashes into your mind. how stupidly loud rocky bounded around the pet shop, like a kid in a candy store. picking two turtles, a bowl, some marbles for the bottom, food and a mountain for decoration. he got rid of the mountain, though. turtles kept falling off of it and what not.

you meet his lips with a small peck. its simple, like it always is. when you re-open your eyes, rocky's eyes are still closed, but hes smiling. he opens his eyes too, and his smile goes from a small half-one to a full grown smile, teeth and all.

rocky carried you all the way home, in through the door, a laid you on the bed. his eyes were so soft, so adoring of you. his wife. his woman. he leans down over you, pressing his weight to you until you can almost feel his heart ready to thump out of his chest. the brunette closes his eyes and connects your lips. this isn't your little peck, though. it's a full on makeout, and it makes you feel like fireworks are going off around your head.

you wrap your arms around his head, pulling him up into the bed more, and he complies with you. he's whispering little "i love you"s as he kisses your brown skin. chin, your neck, and down to the cleavage of your wedding dress, and then slips his hands to unclasp it.
