Kiru is kneeling on the floor in front of a zombified Keiko, clutching onto her hand, Kiru's other hand is holding her by the waist and Keiko's other hand grasping Kiru's shoulder. Kiru is looking downcast and conflicted, face pressed to her chest/abdomen areas, while Keiko is holding a far-off unfocused look. The pose like a sort of hug. They're both covered in blood and underneath them is more blood. The background is just a single solid color.
