CONTRAST

Allow me to explain this drawing a little. Although it's a pretty simple drawing, it has a lot of meaning to me. There is symbolism in it. This is how I see Aziraphale and Crowley at the beginning.

On one side we have Aziraphale. A pure being, an Angel, who is tilted completely towards his the light of God, the "Heaven side". And yet he doesn't look at it, he looks a little towards us, humans. He has compassion for us, he cares, more than he should. He is also not smiling at all. Yes he is an angel, he knows they are the good guys, but why killing so many people? Why banishing Adam and Eve for an apple? He trusts God, but doesn't understand.

On the other side we have Crowley, in the Shadow, in God's (and Aziraphale's) shadow. He is a demon, who is not welcome in the light. He doesn't look at his own side either, his all body is actually a little tilted towards us. Hell is ok but he likes humans more, he like earth, he is fond of us. He doesn't care much about his side, although he definetely doesn't care about Heaven either. And he is smiling because he likes the gray area he is in.

Am I ready for a full month of Good Omens fanarts? HELL YEAH!!!

I don't know if I'll be able to do a fanart a day, following the props we have, but I going to upload as much Good Omens as I can.

I never finish drawing (especially DTIYS), like I said, but there is little miracle of my own. I worked on beautiful and very touching pict by @hayamiyuu (look on Intstagram please!) because I like, everybody like, rainy romantic and I fell in love with these amazing colors and lighting! They are an image of love in its purest form for me.

This is pure joy! Draw Michael for first time, hope I didn’t mess up him, because he deserves all love of the world. ...look at this eyes wrinkles please, look, you could lost in them.

I had NO IDEA what awaited me after first sight of this. I fell in love with every character, every shot and duck and I started the biggest seeking after book in my language (never happen, never translated, but found in similar language from '97 after 2 months), reading, rewatching, discovering amazing artists and writers, rewatching, rewatching, and finally I was forced to read in English (never do before) script book and wonderful fanfics.  Today, I read stories in English every day. Every day I read comics, every day I find new fanart and every day my heart is filled with love of this two idiots. Thank you, Terry and Neil. Thanks to everyone of the warmest fandom in the world, you are great.

The whole world is filled with love of these two. I love them, I love this fanart, I love this fandom and love Neil, Terry, Michael, David and GO crew. I think I am quite sappy, but happy.

Happy (belated) Anniversary to Good Omens. 31 years to the fandom, 2 years since the tv show that made us fall in love all over again

(I’m not late - i didn’t watch the Good Omens mini-series until after the Stanley Cup celebrations where over, so my 1year annie for the TV show isn’t until June 16th XD )

I still need a frame for the middle piece, but until then, here y’all go
