After a months worth of postponing I’m gonna start making these again

After making my previous animation I wanted to make more so here’s another one for you

Ceroba throughout the years

Very happy with how this turned out!

The one on the far right is her around Kanakos age, likely a bit younger

The middle is her as a teenager, a bit older than Clover

And the left is her original sprite.

I was working on asks, but then i thought "human cerojin" and had to drop EVERYTHING

But idk if Chujin... looks like Chujin??? 😭😭 Maybe its cuz i didnt give him the round ahh glasses. I also draw his hair wayy fluffier than it is in canon, so- idk, the purple streaks were necessary

I AM very proud of Ceroba tho. My girl 🦊

Her orange hair is iconic, and i didnt have the heart to get rid of it, so i gave her dyed hair! Star probably helped her.

Theyd probably be more recognizable in their canon outfits. I'll probably draw them again sometime.

So...in Justice Prevails, Toriel is swapped with Dalv, right?

And maybe Asgore is swapped with Martlet...?

Ill answer both questions!

In my first post for this au, me saying "most" was not just referring to background characters!

Asgore is one of the verry few characters to remain in his original role! There are quite a few reasons for this. One of them being that Cerobas admiration and respect for him in Justice Prevails directly contradicts her disdain for him in canon.

Thats mostly a funny reason. There are more serious ones ill post about soon.

Martlet being swapped with Asgore does sound like an interesting concept tho. I wonder how thatd play out!

Ive made sprites for all the main cast in JP, but Ceroba, Martlet, and Orions are definitely my favorites. Cerobas one of the only characters who got a full sheet! (along with Starlo and Clover)

This was the first sprite i ever made/edited, and also the first sprite animation i ever did (shortly after finishing his sheet, so please excuse any mistakes lol

This comic makes the roles a bit more obvious

Their friendship is sooo important to me, i love them sm

Now that Chord got adopted by the Ketsukane, can we have Clover getting adopted too? on a more serious note how does things go after that, especially if later when Clover comes around does Chujin start his legacy.

It was definitely a littttle shocking for Clover to walk into Oasis Valley, only to see one of the missing humans in the middle of town. Chord is ecstatic to see another human, and immediately begins introducing himself and Kanako to them. Kanako is also VERY excited to see another human.

Chord would probably start arguing with Martlet, calling her plan to take Clover to Asgore "dumb," since Asgore would kill Clover, and insisting they stay with him in Oasis Valley. Martlet would be against that, wanting Clover to go home, and Kanako would run to grab Ceroba to deescalate the situation.

Ceroba would offer Clover a place to stay while they figure out what to do, and Chujin would come home from work to see an extra human in his house.

He'd be hesitant, but willing to let Clover stay, since in this universe, he and Chord talked it out and he was able to see from their perspective, instead of having to come to his own conclusions about why Chord killed so many monsters. And since Clover hasnt gained any EXP, he'd be more trusting of them.

Hed have no interest in taking Clovers soul, as he hasnt even considered the possibility of turning regular monsters into boss monsters.

Ceroba would introduce Clover to Starlo, and he'd be thrilled to see another human, especially one whos dressed like a cowboy. Its worth noting that Chord and Starlo are very close, and Chord likes dressing up in cowboy wear. But hes definitely closer with his parents.

Clover and Starlo, however, are like two peas in a pod. Theyd grow close incredibly quickly, and Clover would end up making the decision to live with the Ketsukanes.

Clover would quickly begin to see Ceroba, Chujin, and Starlo as parents, and Chord and Kanako as siblings. This is definitely one of the best outcomes Clover could've gotten, as they still become deputy of the Wild East (without any fighting, since Chujin and Chord would reign Starlo in), and get to live happily with their new parents and siblings.

Ceroba hasnt appeared yet in this au, so here she is! She loves Chord and Clover as much as she loves Kanako.

Chord and Clover both grew up with crappy moms, so Cerobas kindness shocks them. They pretend they're embarrassed, but Ceroba can see right through them.

And if people are interested, ill make a post about Floweys reaction to all of this!

I was listening to a Trial by Fury remix and the urge to draw this hit me harder than uhh... uhhhhh.... uhhhhhhhhh

This scene makes me sad every time i think about it. Ceroba lost the last person she truly had left, her dearest friend since childhood. Hurts 😭 Im so goddamn happy True Pacifist is canon because Ceroba deserved a happy ending.

I think im getting better at drawing backgrounds! It def isnt anything special, but improvement is still improvement :]]

Originally the drawing was going to be in my more detailed style, but im working on like 4 other drawings right now so this is the best you're getting 😭 I think it turned out well tho, so maybe this was the better decision.

Utyversary day uhhhhh... 6? Favorite boss fight!

Cerobas fight was SO fun. It was incredibly difficult, but it was fun! There was a solid month where i genuinely couldnt listen to "a mothers love" without getting emotional 💀

Im gonna be honest, i have mixed feelings about this one lmao. I do not draw backgrounds often (ever). I think its good enough tho.

Utyversary day 3! Favorite OST Track!

Nothing but the Truth raggh. Funny story, actually. The first time i played UTY was at a friends house, on their computer. And when i started playing Chujins tapes, Gasters Theme started playing 😭

For reasons beyond me, the friend in question switched the ost for Gasters Theme. I however, didnt even question it until i saw their reaction. They exited out of the game and fixed it, which meant i got to listen to this banger track ‼️

I have no idea if thats funny to anybody but me, but it makes me laugh when i think about it.

Uh oh! Some BOZO decided to play UNDERTALE and UNDERTALE YELLOW at the same time (Both games FUN value was 66) and now the timeline is F*CKED (By about one year; It wasn't that long till Frisk came along)

This is the Guide to UNDERTALE ROM LEAK, mostly a frame of reference for me and you regarding this AU born from a doodle and a dream. Those who just want to see the art with no context, feel free to click the top pic and swipe down or something.

A Tale of 2.5 Souls

Seems like whatever the reason Frisk went to the mountain, they ended up tailing Clover, where the game begins. Control between the 2 fallen children is split, meaning that both Frisk and Clover are free to express their quirks and personalities more.

Adding to that, NarraChara is also here, being visible to Frisk, Clover, AND the player due to more determination in the area. Frisk still has higher DT than Clover, so they're in charge of LOADing and SAVEing as well as playing leader.

Prepare For Trouble, Make It Double!

Now obviously the timeline can't really be UT or UTY if all major events need to be dealt with. The universe's solution? Now every Major Character (and perhaps minor ones) are paired up with their cross game counterparts. While encounters for each monster can be seperate, eventually they will cross paths with eachother and the fallen humans.

With each section of the Underground now longer with even paired area newly connected (More on how that works later), it'd feel like even 2 player characters can't make it easy. Fortunately for a certain route, you may get some help...

Kanako

To fill a void for a Certain Short Scientist, seems fate pulled a few strings, and brought a new friend back from near-death! If you don't kill any monsters during RUINS, Kanako will sense your pure hearts and join the party, acting as the Ralsei to this Diet Fun Gang.

With healing and shield magic, she'll make your journey a lot more manageble, at the cost of not being able to kill any monsters all the way until Asgore (She will still allow you to spare monsters by lowering health but if she senses a chance to kill she will block the attack and scold you for it.)

Being a much more attentive protector than the Skeleton, she'll accompany Frisk and Clover through the emotional highs and lows of their journey, and perhaps maybe...

You'll find out the true reason she's helping you.

Stronger Monsters

For the characters of the 2 timelines being destined to meet, it is also true that destiny will point into blocking your path. For the Major Battles at least, you'll have to fight both of them at the end of each paired areas. An example being meeting North Star in Wild East only for Starlo's betrayal being calling Undyne to hunt you during Waterfall.

Expect combo attacks, fused soul modes, and complex strategies when facing the duel bosses. Some might even compromise Kanako from assisting. No fight has the same solution as the UT and UTY fights (except maybe Papyrus and Martlet), so be prepared and stay determined!

So have fun while you can, won't you? It's not likely you will get these games together again. You wouldn't waste this once-in-a-while experience just to do something you'll regret.

You wouldn't waste it just to see what happens...

Do you have any thoughts about what Clover’s backstory might look like? Even if it’s just headcanons? I’ve been thinking about it lately

I’m responding to this some weeks late because I got super occupied but also just, had a lot of [and I mean A LOT] things to say about how I personally see Clover’s past.

Undertale Yellow makes me emotional, like super duper emotional so this kind of just extended into me thinking about how this all ties into True Pacifist’s story as a whole [and a pinch of Red & Yellow]. Clover is such a complex character despite how little we technically know about them, because the game shows us so many little details that make them interesting to me.
