my ma (og Lord Krishna stan I must have got it from her) went to Mathura Vrindavan 20yrs ago and said she was so underwhelmed and disappointed cos they didn't keep it clean at all and it was very unkempt and dirty.
now on Google maps everything looks so beautiful and well maintained Hare Krishna.
I wonder when I'll be able to go... it feels so climactic right now, like the final destination. like ik there is Dwarka and other sites but the Brajbhoomi is its own magic. I bet when I actually get to go ill feel ready. i bet I'll just be crying the entire time lmao 🥰
