DRAWING EVERY ALIEN STAGE CHARACTER YIPPEE (not the side characters I'm sorry acorn fans)
Here's Luka:
And.. Hyuna.. sorta.. kinda.. (I messed it up a lot and I'll probably redo it later)
Some close ups:
AND SUA!!!
Next, I'll be drawing Mizi to accompany her girlfriend, so stay tuned! look at those cuties kdkajdkwjsjdwjbr
im bored and currently hyperfixated on both alnst and tma so why not assign the alien stage main cast fears they would be avatars of.
spoilers for alien stage up to round 7 + the magnus archives up to 111 (I am only on mag 192, please don't spoil the ending of tma for me i beg of you ;-;)
also I got this idea from looking through the yourfaveisanavatar blog so credits to them
Mizi is difficult but I believe she could be an avatar of the slaughter. I mean, she was driven by her mental state into attacking Luka in round 5. According to the wiki, the slaughter manifests as people driven mad by slaughter. Mizi kinda has been if you think about it. Idk, Mizi was hard.
Sua seems like an avatar of the lonely to me. She doesn't really speak with anyone except Mizi, social isolation i guess. I feel like I also remember hearing people say the lonely can come across as people who seem sorta... blank. Sua is like that in a way? Hard to explain. Idk, I'm struggling with Sua despite being a Sua fan just because we don't know a ton about her. ;-;
Ivan is an avatar of the corruption. I know, hear me out, because corruption is usually bugs and mold and stuff... but corruption can also manifest as unhealthy love and companionship. His unhealthy love and attachment to Till is a big part of Ivan's character, making me think he could be an avatar of the corruption.
Till is an avatar of the desolation to me. I know he hasn't particularly been portrayed with any fire, yeah, but the desolation also manifests as destruction of potential. Round two, anyone? I mean.. he quite literally destroyed the potential of his opponent, not allowing them a chance.
Luka is an avatar of the spiral and no one can change my mind. Luka has manipulated Mizi and Till, he messes with their head, making them question reality. See Sua and Ivan, the people they've lost. That's the whole point of the spiral, a mindfuck. Feeling like your mind is lying to you. Seeing shit. So I think Luka could easily be a spiral avatar.
Hyuna is an avatar of the hunt, maybe? I'm not too sure for her ngl. She doesn't really classify as any of the avatars.
Anyways thank you for coming to my autistic rant ted talk.
everybody get naked ‼️
I don’t think I’m ever going to recover from how Hyuna died by FRIENDLY FIRE
she’s spent so long, worked so hard in the resistance. They are her family. And she has to die by THEIR hands, not the system she was fighting against.
because Luka was always her weakness
drawing the cuties b4 one of them dies tomorrow <3333

Gesture study I used as an excuse to draw Hyuna before watching Wiege
Alien stage headcanons (because I love them all and they deserved better)
• Mizi fell in love at first sight, Sua was curious at first sight
• Till's first thought when he met Ivan for the first time was: "I didn't know prince's existed"
• Ivan's was: "Nom"
• When Till isn't pining over Mizi, him and Sua are actually really good friends and will either shit on Ivan or just hang out whenever they meet
• Ivan and Mizi are best friends and are together a lot much to the chagrin of Till and Sua
• This is also how Till and Sua got close
• Hyuna had a very small crush on another Anakt kid before Luka came, but it was quickly replaced when she layed eyes on the twink and was like: "Nevermind him, I want this one"
• Hyunwoo had similar thoughts but more hyper and platonically
•Hyunwoo felt the vibes whenever the three hung out and would try to act as both of their wing mans
Now onto the sad headcanons! (Hey just because I love them doesn't mean I won't make them suffer)
• After Sua died, Mizi taught herself to fall asleep very quickly and for longer because her dreams were the only place they could meet each other
• Till never had time to mourn Ivan (because he was up against Luka almost immediately after) but he threw up in the break room after seeing a specific shade of red
• Hyuna never could bring herself to stop loving Luka, but she lived and died angry
• Till's last 7 minutes weren't just filled with Mizi, they were also filled with Sua and Ivan
• Hyunwoo never would've blamed anyone
NO NO NO NO NOOOOO 😭😭😭 HYUNA NOOOOOOOO
SOMEBODY SEDATTEEE MEEEEEEEE 😭
"are you okay you've been listening to wiege for a month" well other than the fact that my beautiful gorgeous wife died on february 14th right infront of my eyes with a beautifully haunting lullaby and that there could've been another world where she's happy, yes i am!
Ongoz... 😭😭😭 alien stage is killing me!!!
That too on this day!!!
I was rewatching it again again and Luka's child-like innocent smile when he sees hyuna is killing me.
Like you can't tell thats the face of a manipulator.
And the side by side comparison
Oh gosh. Im dying...
Ughhhhh!!! And the fact they were married in another universe!!! Nahhhhh im pulling a dazai! I swear! 😭😭
Just look!
And please lets not forget about the others too!😭😭 they look so happy!! Like sua with a phone interacting cheerfully with others going to cafes anf all , mizi (i think) sports, till an art student and ivan hanging out with others. 😢 my poor babies... I can't...
And when hyuna said 'you were alwayd my one and oly weakness. That's why i resented you'...nah i literally cried.
Anyways mizi looks like about to pull something
She had enough.
and when i say hyuna has a rolled up promotional luka poster under her bed just like luka has her wanted posters then what
luka's love for hyuna being the strongest aspect in his life which motivated him to be stronger and survive + hyuna's love for luka being the one and only weakness she has which caused her to die
i love how it cuts to luka on stage in this scene. both of them trying to survive and struggling to do so. fighting in their own battles.
this is what ACTUALLY happened in wiege ok yeah
Sketches/ redraws i gave up on
..... him .....
Once upon a time in a very VERY distant multiverse, Luka and his very alive wife Hyuna got to visit a theme park called Phoenix Wonderland. "Wow Hyuna my lovely alive wife, thank you for using your seven figure salary to pay for this awesome date!" "Of course, my beautiful alive husband. Hey, look over there! There's a troupe performing!" As they approached the humble stage, a purple haired perform
..... me .....
er stretched his arms above his head in celebration before lifting the microphone to his lips. He screeched, and the audience went wild.
See, the performers were well known, a group referred to as Wonderlands X Showtime. While the ringleader and circusmaster of their troupe was a man with or*nge hair called Tsukasa, the most well-known and "simped" over member was the one currently occupying the stage. Rui Kamishiro.
Luka looked back at Hyuna, his beautiful and very much alive wife, and started to cry. Tears rolling down his pink and fresh and ALIVE cheeks, he gasped out, "I'm sorry, my sweet beautiful lovely alive wife, I'm leaving you…!"
Luka ran up the stairs leading to the stage without looking back, into Rui's waiting arms. "My love, beautiful, never possibly dying Rui Kamishiro… Marry me!" He cried out, dropping to one knee and holding up a ring made from the tears of Till and Ivan.
"This is the ring known the Amulet of Doomed Yaoi, please, wear it!"
..... him again .....
Rui Kamishiro, flabbergasted, simply blurted out; "No… but sir, I… I'm a minor!" He then proceeded to die on the spot. Hyuna, her jaw practically on the floor, quickly composed herself. "My twink husband, Luka…" Luka, traumatized; "My lovely alive wife…" "Its okay, Luka. I always knew you were gay. Take the Amulet of Doomed Yaoi and find your true love!" "Oh, Hyuna, thank you! I'd knew you'd understand!" "EVERYBODY GET DOWN!" The security officer, who had just arrived on the scene, yelled right before arresting Luka on the spot.
Many days later, in the courthouse;
im ok im ok im ok im ok noim not crying youre crying im ok its ok everything is fine AUAAUUGGHHGHGG SNSSNRNDJDJSSK
Shiny bald head 👩🦲✨
Alnst art dump
A bunch of mumbo jumbo here
That day, Luka was clinging to a troubled Hyuna while Hyun Woo tried to make him let go. Luka is either sweating heavily or crying here (unusually expressive and emotive for him) as he adamantly refuses to release her.
Hyun Woo is deeply upset and loses his patience. He resorts to violence.
In the ensuing scuffle between the two, Hyun Woo's head made lethal impact with a rock.
His death wasn't intentional — the rock was embedded in the ground.
(If the point was that Luka purposefully killed him, the rock would've been loose to imply it's a weapon he used to bash Hyun Woo's head with.)
Luka doesn't even seem to register or care about Hyun Woo's state. He's singlehandedly focused on the joy of being able to return to Hyuna now that no one is stopping him.
This is the main reason Hyuna resents him — he doesn't even acknowledge Hyun Woo's death and what happened.
Can she blame someone who doesn't know? Can she forgive someone who doesn't understand? She can only resent him.
"It's you who's in the wrong."
"Bet you had no idea."
— All-In
Now the question is why was Hyun Woo so upset? That's not the expression of an ordinary day-to-day conflict.
The answer:
Luka changed his behavior at some point. Specifically, this point.
Before this, Luka was aloof and unemotive. He cared about the two of course ("Your life is mine" (/matter of fact)) in his own way, but it's a drastic difference from the tunnel vision he gets later on where just the sight of Hyuna brings him an overjoyed smile regardless of circumstances.
This moment with Hyuna is the changing point for him. His controlling friendship (likely towards both Hyuna and Hyun Woo) and his entire world, is consumed by an unhealthily anxious love for Hyuna.
This abrupt development catches her off guard and she isn't sure how to react. She's certainly not okay with it.
Hyun Woo was worked up that day because ever since then, Luka has started to become obsessively clingy towards his sister and this is likely just the most recent in a series of incidents where he refused to let Hyuna go despite her wishes (Hyuna is looking at Luka as she raises her hand with a troubled face).
It's possible there's jealousy here feeling like Luka's trying to monopolize his sister, but I think it's more likely he was angry on Hyuna's behalf due to Vivimeng's repeated emphasis on how he has a strong sense of justice.
He also may have heard about Luka attempting to force himself on Hyuna and was agitated by the need to protect his sister and get him away from her.
Lastly, Wiege makes it clear that Hyun Woo and Luka both considered each other friends.
Luka's pov — The camera is low because he's looking up at them as the smallest one.
Luka's drawing — He's standing between the siblings and holding both of their hands.
I underestimated just how much HyunA resents Luka, but this just makes her all the more interesting to me, it was still Luka she couldn't forgive for what he did, she admits she couldn't forgive herself for still loving him despite that, but "saving" him wasn't mercy or compassion, no not really. It was her revenge. HyunA's death is objectively a sacrifice, but it is how it would affect Luka that truly shows her hand.
She was aware of him, the way he loved her. making him face a reality that would essentially be crueler than death for someone so devoted to her, and making him live with those consequences, giving him back the burdens he gave her by taking away the one person he cares about most, leaving him lost to find his own answer Is just.. I love it she's fucking crazy guys this is my diva
Hyuna's revenge is threefold.
First — she knows her death would hurt Luka more than his own ever would.
Luka, who does not value his own body at all, smiles at the fact that he won even though he is thoroughly injured.
— Round 5 Commentary, Artbook
Heperu has long since trained Luka's fear of death out of him. It's implied that he's been put through the sensation of dying again and again until he overcame it.
At this point he isn't even phased by a gun to his head, only acknowledging it for a second in Wiege when it physically stops his forward step, before turning away uncaringly to look at what's more important to him — Hyuna.
Second — her final request asks him, requires him, to live.
Luka, live with love.
Embrace the pain, the frailty and the moments so unbearably shameful.
Forgive yourself…
Again and again, endlessly.
Because everything… begins from there.
Luka no longer has an easy out. Because oh death would be the easy way out. Living is the true challenge.
And to do what Hyuna asked of him?
Despite being subjected to the cruelest, harshest training known in Alnst since childhood, this will be the hardest thing he'll ever do.
By leaving him with those words, Hyuna has left him with no choice but to honor her final request, continue to live on without her, and be haunted by the gaping hole of her absence thereon.
This is even more harsh when you consider Hyuna has been Luka's coping mechanism this entire time, and she mercilessly stripped that away from him. Which leads us to:
Third — with her death, Hyuna is forcing Luka to confront everything he's been avoiding.
Luka was only able to walk away so easily (figuratively and literally) because he was escaping reality through Hyuna.
I resented you so.
I had to keep moving forward in every moment...
In comparison Hyuna was never able to accept what happened. She had to grapple with her pain, her loss, and her inability to come to terms with it in her every waking moment.
By dying right in front of him, Hyuna is forcing his eyes open to the reality he wasn't facing when he made her his entire world.
Luka made her his chosen savior, but what can he do when she's the one dying?
He now has to confront not only her death, but Hyun Woo's, and everyone else's. All of the horrific deaths he had witnessed, all of the ones he had a hand in.
But Hyuna also left him the answer within her last words — words that serve as both his condemnation and his salvation.
They're one last puzzle to solve, and if he manages to find his answer, Luka will be able to save himself.
She left him the answer, the words he needs, because even to the very end Hyuna cares deeply for that small child.
Hyuna truly chose to carry out her revenge in the cruelest... and gentlest way possible.
This time...
I'll be your new puzzle to solve.
So don't rush, and take your time to figure it out.
I don't know how long it'll take...
But I hope you find your own answer.
CIGARETTE BREAK
› reference / source
So from now on, instead of Alien Stage Fridays, we will have Alien Stage Wednesdays.... because all of the recent Alnst posts were published on Wednesday [ except of the announcement for the new Sua song that was published on Thursday for some unknown reason ].... unexpected change but I like it 💙
PS: Also the new Ivan's cover of Wiege will drop on 7th of May which, surprisingly, it's also Wednesday 😆
For me, Hyuna loves Luka the same way as a mother or an older sister who loves her child or younger brother. That's why it's just impossible for her to truly hate Luka. Especially when she knows from first hand that Luka is literally a child in an adult body who lacks empathy and emotional understanding due to the environment he was raised in. This is the reason why I find these pictures so sad:
....really, how can he hate him? It's like saying that Io - Till's mother could hate her own child... A true devoted mother or big sister, who knows what means to love, can't hate her own child or younger brother. ❤️
That's Hyuna's weakness. The pure love which she feels towards this lost child, although knowing with all her heart that these feelings are not acceptable because Luka is the reason for the loss of her only family - Hyunwoo.
