Rushing down the stairs of your house you were very excited to tell your husband about some seasonal traditions, just to burst open the lab door to inform him about the Holidays.

Though you were very excited about Christmas and just holidays in general albedo sempt more interested in his current experiment, you didn't mind though you knew what it meant to him. But he should also have a little Christmas cheer!

"Let's make hot choco,I swear it won't get in the way of your work!"

"Well, you kind of already are since you bursted into my lab."

"But bedo..."

"I'm kidding, we should have some cocoa powder in the pantry."

"See,I knew you had some Christmas spirit in you!"

Dragging along albedo from the lab to the kitchen, jeez he knew you were passionate about certain holidays but never knew you would literally drag him to the kitchen, it was worth it though he loved seeing you so happy and jumpy. Although your unaware of it albedo would do near to anything simply to make you smile.

"Ok ok, were here now you can stop dragging me."

As you slured your apology as you rushed to find the cocoa powder, maybe here? No that's seasoning or maybe in the fridge, hm you seem to have no luck. Where could it be?

"I can't find it, are you sure we have some left?"

"Yes I'm certain we have some left,have you looked in the pantry?"

"Ooh, well now I see it thanks bedo!"

Grabbing the kettle and pouring in some water from the kitchen sink, you glanced onto photo hanging up on the fridge, it's you and

Albedo from when you went out for ice skating last year. He looks so pretty right here, well he looks pretty all the time but he looks extra pretty here!

"Dear the kettle is overflowing, you might want to turn off the pipe."

Albedo doesn't second guess your answer and puts the kettle on the burner, and he feels a strange warmth but not from the kettle it's from your hands, guess he was a little distracted too huh?

"This is nice, we should do some more stuff like this, don't you say dear?

You nod in agreement, feeling as if your mouth couldn't open due to the sweetest predicament you two were in and albedo's sweet voice that could just melt your heart to bits.

He was surprised by your timing, it's normally either you come an hour early or an hour late.What could have caused your sudden change in time management skills?

Your only motivation to come here was to make hot chocolate, really? I mean don’t get him wrong it’s very cute but only if you could come on time to his office every day, wouldn’t that be nice?

“So you didn’t come here to see me? How rude of you, my dearest!”

As Kaeya said the words in a mocking manner while fielding with his watch, he could see annoyance arising on your face. It was a bit humorous if he was being honest watching your cheeks get all puffy over one sentence. As much he found it cute you were kinda annoyed due to the sheer amount of time this man picked fun at you, still, you knew it was all in good manner.

“ Kaeyaaa is that a yes or a no because I wanna’ do this now!”

“I'm just joking lovely you know that, let’s go make some right now.”

Rolling out of his chair giving a soft smile, how much prettier could his man get? You always have been amazed by how loving and caring your husband could be at times, other times? Other times this man was an absolute menace, a jerk at that but no matter what he's feeling he'll always be your husband, now isn't that sweet?

"It's common for people to stare at me but my own lover of 4 years? You really are infatuated with me aren't you love?"

The sheer embarrassment was enough to make you turn into the hallway hoping that Kaeya wouldn't follow but something told you that wasn't the case, maybe it was the familiar footsteps or his chuckling which ever one it was he sure was not planning on letting his one up.

"Aw don't run away now sweetheart,what happened to us making hot chocolate?"

Although you bricked like a married couple,which you were, it was never serious. Just one more thing to love about him huh? His charms really do work.

Albedo

 ▸🧼 absolutely amazed by your enhanced sense, he asks questions about it all this time. Did you inherit it? Were you just born with it? Was it something you acquired overtime? He just wants all the answers! (And maybe it is a little excuse to talk to you a bit more)

▸🧼 He worries about you when got out on commission, because of your enhanced feelings pain would feel way worse and he really just doesn't want you to push yourself that hard.

The question wasn't out of the blue, especially from Bedo, but the time was a bit off. You both were supposed to be on a trip just to hang out. I guess this is what bedo views as hanging out.

"Hm, well generally speaking I can feel stuff through walls, rocks or even people so that's really cool, the bad thing is thought high fives hurt a bit "

"does this also mean that simple forms of contact are more intimate for you?" 

" oh, well yeah I guess you could put it like that!"

He stared at you for quite a while almost as I'd he was looking for something to ask you.

"Can I hug you then?"

"Sure you can!"

His sudden figure holding himself around you with a comforting warmth, you wonder why all of a sudden he was being so intimate for a second, maybe a new experiment?

"Aw is this a new experiment of yours?"

Albedo's words were cut off by the feeling of your lips lingering on his, he was hoping for a good outcome but this is much better than anything he could have imagined.

▸🧼 This man has tried to sneak up on you many times and failed, failed so hard. He could be in a whole different room and you'd still be able to sense his presences.

▸🧼 Brags about your skills to the other harbingers all the time, They probably have your name memorized by this point. They value your skills to be honest, they even tried to get you to join the harbingers at one point. Childe was so against the whole idea, talked you out of it even though you weren't going to take the position anyway.

It's been awhile, childe said he was going to be here soon and know you're sitting at the harbingers base with a mad man who experiments on kids, a sad widow who hates everything and a whiney purple haired brat.

"So your the ginger freaks spouse? I'm so sorry. A shame you have to live with that thing."

Ugh now the purple one is speaking could childe please hurry up with his mission. But I mean the man is waiting for a response, maybe he'll shut up if you give him one.

"Yes childe is my husband, and he's not as intolerable as you make him seem."

"Blinded by your so-called love I see? And here I thought you were a better one."

Better one? Thankfully you could sense childe was in the building, although it felt like something was off with his movements you ignored it.

Strangely enough all the harbingers started starting at you, is there something wrong? I mean yeah childe's standing behind you trying and emphasis on trying to scare you but this wasn't irregular behavior for him at all he tried to sneak up on you at least once a week, his efforts always went to waste though.

"Boo!"

Childe came from behind you now standing in front of you staring at him with a blank expression on your face and a rather disappointed look on his, his attempts to scare you were futile again I see.

"Aww why aren't you scared?"

"Childe I knew you were here since you stepped in the building."

"Did you all hear that? Isn't my lover so impressive!"

They all looked at you with a 'it's the third time this week, we get it your in love' type of look, but there was the purple one who looked as if he had something else to say.

Don't worry he'll eventually come around to the idea, just be a bit patient with him!

▸🧼 the amount of times his man has thrown bottles,books daggers, weapons basically anything in his vicinity at you is astonishing. He says "it's just to keep your skills sharp". You always catch them though, no worries! Also keeps track of how long it takes you to catch things.

You were sitting in your office wondering about how your were going to go about stealing the hydro archons vision not as if you could barge in the place and- 

You sensed an object coming your way, seeing as how the pointed object was thrown it was probably scaramouche. Looking up from your notes about the hydro archon swiftly grabbing the blade, why was your husband so adamant on throwing things at you was beyond you.

"that was 0.7% times slower than average, have you been slacking?"

"Its not that, somethings bothering me!"

"What a pitiful excuse…"

He stared at you waiting for an answer as to what was the matter, although your husband would not admit it verbally he would cease anything or person that dared to bother you and your workflow, you had to to admit it was pretty cute.

"The hydro archon, I still don't know how I'm going to go about retrieving it."

"Leave it to someone else, you got the dendro and pyro archons gnosis, the Tsaritsa needs to understand the concept of being overworked anyway."

"I'm fully aware of your skills, but there this thing called self preservation or are you dumb to grasp the concept?"

You simply gave no answer and rolled your eyes in annoyance, you truly did love the man but if he could be a little bit less suffocating with his overprotective personality that would be great. You'd have to admit it was pretty cute though.

"Why are you staring at me?"

As the words came from your mouth you could the the reddish tint on his face.he's blushing that's so cute, you have no idea how people could see him as ruthless he's just a little stubborn.

albedo who let’s you see him when he is at his most vulnerable, who let’s you see the frustration and fear when he thinks too much about the possibility of him destroying Mondstadt, the possibility of destroying you.

albedo who let’s you hold him and twirl a few strands of his ash blonde hair between your fingers as you whisper sweet nothings and affirmations to him that cause him to hold you just a tad bit tighter.

albedo who will let you take his hair and braid it for him in the late evenings or early mornings before he finishes a new experiment he’s been working on, or finishes papers he’s been writing for hours.

albedo who is so in love with you that he writes his own love poems in between tests and experiments. albedo who sometimes will read those love poems to you when you’re fast asleep, holding you close to his chest as he softly whispers each word with adoration in his eyes.

the same albedo that has tiny sketches and doodles of you on his notes and on many pages of his journal. occasionally showing ones he’s really fond of to you or sucrose, that’s not to say that he doesn’t love every single sketch he makes of you though because they’re all special in some way<33

the one and only albedo who’s chalk heart beats only for you. every little glance, softly spoken words or gentle touches from you that causes his artificial heart to beat a little faster as he thinks to himself ‘yes, this is what love feels like’

Albedo-

Although I think he'd be the one to take it most rationally, he'd still be over the edge because of your death.

So it really was coming to an end, well obviously your death was inevitable, so why, why does it still hurt knowing his morning with you is at end. This was calculated from the start he knew he was aware that you couldn't stay with him forever, then why does he want you to. A horrible outcome yet such a lovely journey. But at least it was with you, right?

It still hurts after all this time with you, his thinking was illogical, something he doesn't do unless he's with you.

He tries his best to put the pieces back together, bring you back to him but no nothing works. His hard work went to shit, if he couldn't do the simple task of feeling your comforting embrace then how was he supposed to do anything? Everything hurts alchemy hurts, talking hurts, eating hurts, existing hurts it all hurts so much, but he still moves on at least kind of right? He brushes off his feelings and tries to get over your pacing but the more he pushes it out the harder it comes back, why can't you just leave him alone?

Xiao-

One of the least rational goes back to how he was before he met you. If not worse, way worse.

How could you leave him like this after all you've done with him, you leave? It doesn't matter if it wasn't your choice he still wanted you there. You were the only thing that kept him at bay, but I guess the reason his karmic debt didn't affect you was because it would strike only once but harder than ever. But this was his fault.

 How could he even think straight, you were all that was on his mind, pushing to overwork himself sleepless nights, weeks, years but xiao was used to this nothing really changed, did it? Except for figures that appeared randomly throughout his room, it wouldn't be a bother he's seen worse, just if they didn't remind him of you. If they didn't speak like you did to him, if they didn't look at him with the same look you had towards him.

Maybe if he just didn't talk to you that day, maybe if you weren't in lieyu maybe, just maybe it would hurt this much.

Kazuha-

Again, really again? How long was this going to go on for, because he can’t take this anymore? Was it him, he was the problem right, he had to be. Nothing else was wrong; it was him, his fault, all his fault, and his fault alone.

Changing nearly everything about him, down to the way he speaks, the way he dresses, even the way he sees himself. But nothing was working, no one would love him the way you did. Was it his fault? Was he not worthy enough to be around you forever? That's right, that's the only reason he wasn't with you right now, he knows he's not deserving of your praise, your love, or even your mere presence but he still vied for you. But like the wind, everything must fly away and leave rather whether you desire that outcome or not.

Yes, this wouldn’t find any reason to not tell you. I mean what is he going to do just hide blood bags from you forever? You’re bound to find out sooner or later so he sees no point in keeping it from you.

Although he’s quite aware blood tastes better straight from the source he’d rather drink mediocre blood than harass a random stranger, has artificial blood it doesn’t taste the best but it doesn’t really matter seeing as he drinks to live and not to taste, well I mean that is until he meets you.

Doesn’t mind drinking from blood bags he’s been doing it for most of his life, Bedo honestly doesn’t have that much of a preference but if on the rare occasion he had to choose his favorite blood type would be A positive like I said he doesn’t really mind any blood type but he’d rather not drink B positive, and he really does not understand the whole hype around drinking rare blood types but does share the belief that blood tastes better from the source. He thinks drinking blood from the source is 9/10 immoral and rather disgusted from drinking from an animal

Quite the predicament he got himself into, he was hungry and the next blood supply was until next week. How could he have been so careless? But you were right there outside his office door maybe just one sip, no he can’t he’s better than this of course but then came a loud knock on the door with a familiar voice.

He would try and keep it from early on in the relationship, but would eventually tell once he knows for sure he can trust you with that information, don’t get me wrong it’s not that he doesn’t trust you it’s about how much you trust him.

Kidnapping, look ok I know it sounds bad but this man just absolutely despises blood bags. he‘s so picky with his blood too like if you are not dressed a certain way or your blood doesn’t flow through your veins like he wants he would not even consider drinking from you if he was starving to death.

You would think he would be stuck up about it and only drink AB negative, but no he’s just picky there’s a difference! His favorite blood type is b negative but he absolutely can not stand RH negative and like albedo does not understand the hype around ab negative. Speaking about what he likes drinking from, he shares the popular belief that blood tastes better from the source, disgusted by blood bags and even more disgusted about drinking from an animal

Your husband was no stranger to having to get up at 3 in the morning to do something he really would rather not do you knew this, but this specific pattern of getting out of bed only when in sept like you were asleep was extremely irregular even for childe. I mean who just gets up in the middle of the night then comes back 2 hours later. Well, you were about to find out, it's not as if you didn't trust your husband or something it's that you wanted him to trust you with whatever he’s hiding from you.

So you were going to do the obvious thing and catch him in the act, and well the man was caught red-handed, to say the least, no like literally there’s blood on his hands and his mouth what the fuck.

You nod your head in agreement with the statement he just made. His teeth submerging into your skin as if he’d tasted nothing better in his whole life, blood trickling down your throat. A sweet mixture of pleasure and pain, it was a long night, yeah let’s leave it at that.

Yep, 100x yep this man can’t stand keeping secrets from you and he also doesn’t see the point in not telling you if he’s going to spend the rest of his life with you, you need to know every secret about him.

⥽🏮How does he get blood?

Beido buys blood from him, he was a bit suspicious about the morals of how this blood was acquired but she assures him that everything was consensual. He thinks it tastes fine and would rather drink it than accidentally harm someone He’s picky but the type he likes isn’t rare so it’s not much of a problem.

Picky but not anywhere near to as childe, if you give him something he doesn’t like he’ll normally just wait for beido to buy sum’ more but if he needs it he’ll drink it. His favorite blood type is o positive which is great for him since its the most common one-time beido offered to for him to drink her blood and that is how he found out he really dislikes A negative quite immoral to just drink from random humans especially when it’s not consensual and he just can’t stand the taste of animal blood.

Knowing that Kazuha was a vampire wasn’t a big deal for you, stirring the pot of food wondering about what even has changed, oh right the most that changed is probably just your cooking habits but besides from that everything was the same. While you stroll down your stairs checking over if you're missing anything due to your forgetful memory, it really was a pain in the ass sometimes do you know how many trips back you had to take because you forgot something, because of that albedo developed a habit of coming with you on certain trips. well, no time to waste, sliding open the car door and taking a seat.

Asideing the married couple bickering you two had just gone through, you stepped out of the car looking over the list but you feel something dripping on your head a liquid like substance falling on your head.

Walsting over to the grocery store albedo hands you his umbrella, you didn’t say anything just giving him a soft smile in appreciation, times like this were wonderful love without interruption is such a blissful feeling and you were even more ecstatic about the fact that you were doing this with him. The clashing and rolling of the carts didn’t bother you at all it was a familiar sound Mabey even a comforting one, was it, or maybe everything like a daydream, when bedo, ’s around.

“Now that we’re here do you have the list?”

“Mhm just like you said!”

“Lovely.”

A long 34 minutes of asking albedo if you could get stuff but who was he to deny you and honestly he doesn’t mind doing this with you, maybe he even likes doing arbitrary things with you, albedo loving something other than Klee and science now that was unheard of! I mean until he met you, who knew the scientist would be in love with such random domestic activity certainly not him, but yet still these small moments with you meant everything to him.

Walking back over to the self-serve cashier machine laying out all the stuff you bought which to a while since you had quite a bit of stuff in your cart.

Looking at the alarmingly large number on the screen you lifted your hand to grab some stuff from the shopping cart.

A fell a sudden pressure on your wrist stops you from picking up any more items.

After those words, you heard a beep and a robotic voice.

“Well, it’s not like we can reverse it now how about I drive you back now.”

‘We’re leaving already? But the air feels so cool!”

Walking back over into the rain with bags and finally settling into the car. a peaceful drive home even though you and albedo go back and forth it was never serious, just another thing to love about him. The street light flashing buy as you pace by the night sky has never looked better you see things start to slow down as the street become more familiar oh you were home!

Both stepping out of the car albedo offered to help you with packing out the stuff seeing as to the sheer amount of them. carrying on with some nice meaningless conversations that you still valued all because they were with him, and he thought the same about albedo was not the talkative time talking with you was something he quite enjoyed.

“Ok that's about it, I hope you got everything you wanted”

“I did, thank you bedo I couldn’t express it enough.”

“A thank will be fine, ill be on my way now get some sleep ok [name].”

“You to albedo! By the way.”

He stopped in his tracks herring your words, a bit brought back by you holding his face so dearly and closely bringing him in for a kiss

• So now that he has you to take good care of him and his health, he wants to help you out preparing good dishes, even if you tell him it’s fine and that you can do it on your own.

(Genshin Impact - Angst)

The cold wind blew your hair as you sat down in the grass, leaning your back to the stone while humming.

"The weather is kind of clear today, don't you think?" You asked, glancing at your side.

Albedo smiles at you, nodding as he take a look on the sky too. Your eyes soften as you saw him smiling. His teal eyes looking directly at the sky. His rosy lips, smiling and enjoying the moment. It makes you smile too.

"How can you be this pretty and cute at the same time?" You asked, which he returned with a smug smile.

You chuckled. "Come on, stop that smile. You do know how well it fits you, don't you?"

He chuckled. His laugh echoing in your ears. It made your heart flutters and made the butterflies move inside your stomach. His eyes made you feel you're the luckiest person in the world...and you are. You have been the luckiest.

You trembled. Your lips started shaking as his figure slowly dissapear. A soft sob came out of your mouth as tears started streaming your eyes. It hurts. It really hurts. The once fluttering of heart has been change to the rough squeeze of pain. The butterflies has been replaced by a hollow feeling, emptiness.

You bit your lip as more loud sobs came out of your mouth. But your sobs are just uncontrollable, you're suffering. You've been suffering. But you're trying to make it. You really are. Heaven knows how hard for you it is. How you struggle every single time this day comes.

But how could you forget the pain in his eyes as you hold him close to you? How could you forget his own blood, slowly seeping out from his heart? How could you forget the way he touch and carresed your cheek as a last goodbye? How breathless he was, but still trying to utter your name every now and then, telling you he loves you.

How you tried to smile and calm him down by gently stroking his hair. How hard you bite the insides of your cheek to stop from crying. How you hold his hand to make him comfortable. You even sing him a lullaby. And his last words...his last words that you've been holding on.

"Y/n...I...promise, our next ending...would be a...better one...I love you...so much..."

You bit your lip as you glance at the stone you've been leaning on. His name engraved on it. You smiled sadly before looking at you wrist, staring at the yellow diamond tattoed on it before sighing and wiping off your tears.

'I still remember...third of December...'

It was a cold and breezy night in Dragonspine, the snowflakes falling from the sky, and the moonlight glimmering and glowing the area.

You were freezing, your hands were shivering while writing notes and your handwriting started looking sloppy. Just then, you felt someone drop something on your shoulders, causing you to jump slightly, before realizing it was Albedo's lab coat.

'Me in your sweater...'

"Won't you get cold?" You asked, pulling the coat closer to your figure so you can warm up. Albedo shakes his head, "I'm used to the cold, do not worry. Also, you look mesmerizing in my coat." He say as he walks away.

'You said it looked better on me than it did you'

You smiled and thanked him as you felt heat rising up to your cheeks Your heart was beating fast as you turned away, feeling flustered from this action-- which, helped warm you up.

'Only if you knew, how much I liked you.'

Present time...

You and Albedo walked around the streets in Mondstadt, lanterns and decorations hung up all around. You saw something that caught your eye and tugged on Albedo's hand.

"Hey, Albedo look! It's a crystalfl-"

You turn to look at Albedo, seeing him staring at some green haired person, to which you see was Sucrose. She was walking passed the both of you and going to Timeus and started talking to him.

'But I watched your eyes as she walks by...'

Albedo stared at the girl, admiring and looking at her up and down, you noticed his cheeks getting slightly red. You bit your lip, feeling your heart sting a little bit.

"Quite a sight for sore eyes." He mutters as you try and hold back your tears. He's always been observant of his surroundings, so it was natural for him to look at her. But, why did it hurt?

"Brighter than the blue sky," You try and stiffle a laugh. "She seems to have gotten you mesmerized, sir."

'While I die...'

"Mr. Albedo!" You snap out of your thoughts when you heard someone shout out his name. You saw Sucrose waving at him as he walked towards her, leaving you behind to stare at the scene. 

You felt tears piling in your eyes and you quickly walked away before someone could see you, hiding behind a building.

'Why would you ever kiss me...'

tears started to trickle down your face as you hugged your legs, burying your face into your knees. You could never compete with her. Was she better than you? Maybe, maybe she is. Maybe she is better than you.

'I'm not even half as pretty...'

She's just an assistant, right? But aren't you one too? So, why is she getting different treatment? He has never acted that way around you, he was just being polite to you, wasn't he?

He only needed you to help him with his experiments seeing the knowledge you know, but why did you fall for him? You were an assistant, nothing more. But maybe she was something more to him.

Your eyes were red from crying as you peaked your head out to see him wrapping his coat around her, which he also did with you.

'You gave her your sweater, it's just polyester.'

You couldn't take it, it hurt you. It hurt seeing that he obviously liked someone, that someone else being her.

But Sucrose has no fault in this, you can't blame her for making you feel this way. You were certain some people could hear you crying by now, but you didn't care.

"Y/N?" You hear a familiar voice as you looked up.

Kaeya...

You sniffled, rubbing your eyes as you panic and try to come up with an explanation. He kneeled down to you and gave you a hug, rubbing circles on your back. you couldn't take it anymore and let it all out, explaining to him everything as he stayed quiet and listened while giving you pats on the back.

"But he likes her better..." You muttered out,

"I wish I were her..."
