A quick doodle that became a sort of self portrait. It’s been awhile since I’ve updated my profile picture, so I figured why not?
Done in Photoshop
Poster design I made! This is a major shift from the art style I have been making, but I am super proud of this one!
My first post on here! I really enjoy digital painting, and will post more in the coming weeks.
But, we’re still showing Bioware that we will support them by buying the game? I’m sorry, I’m not trying to argue! I just don’t understand the logic here. What difference does it make to send a message by preordering vs buying it? I think pirating is the only way to obtain a copy & send a message to Bioware. But I doubt that will be possible for a quite awhile.
How does a pre-order support the people who were laid off? Aren’t we still giving Bioware $$ by buying the game at all?
The original purpose of the pre order was to guarantee a physical copy. Now it is to show ceo's that you'll give them money regardless of how they treat their crew or how good the product they made is
Your money doesn’t go to the devs, they’ve already been paid
A poster I made for a client weeks ago for a school musical! I edited the movie’s typeface to something more retro, & subdued the psychadelic 1970’s color palette. But I tried to keep the original zany tone of the story. I also had to keep that iconic purple!
Gold foil Christmas card design!
Gotta figure out some way to combat the quarantine depression. This is a dairy and gluten free Victoria sandwich cake! Link to recipe is below:
Hey look, another emotional piece of fan art! I guess this year is bringing out the soft side in me. Anyway, I finished playing the game, Nier:Automata, recently and I wanted to create something that was sort of a thank you to my fellow players? If you’ve played it, you should know the scene I’m referencing. Basically, I wanted to say that this game had me all over the place emotionally, and I may not know who you are, but I know I couldn’t have made it that far in the game without you! Oh, and for the record, I did say yes in the end. May we all continue to say yes, despite it all. :) <3
Regarding the actual game, I’m not going to post spoilers here, but if you have not played it, consider this my whole hearted recommendation. Not a lot of games can make me sob like a little bitch emotional like that. I heard the game had a complex and interesting storyline, but I thought it was going to mostly be another story about the futility of war and robots gradually developing and learning about emotions. And it was about those things! But it’s really about so much more. The game’s layout and progression is a bit mind boggling. It also took me longer than I care to admit to notice the significance regarding the characters’ names. (Engels sits outside an abandoned factory. How did I miss that one?!) And yes, the game did make me pull out my philosophy books to try and remember what I’d read in them. Overall, Nier is a very thoughtful experience (and emotional AS HELL, but this is an anime game, so no surprises there). It’s certainly more than I expected from a game where I played as a thicc gothic anime waifu and tiny boyfriend.
