I was on the part when Keiji show up. I started yelling and all and then Midori said rule violation. I thought why tho? and Midori said Keiji use Mishima’s collar. I was thinking of why not Shin collar... I mean he unlock his own collar. Keiji can just pick it up... and yeah I thought Keiji had both of Shin and Mishima’s collar when Midori said “you use it.”

In general, I want to talk more about episode “the terrible twosome”. After all, thanks to this episode, we were revealed many of Peri’s secret magical abilities that he can do WITHOUT a wand. So if someone needs it for a fanfic or comic, remember this episode.

??? Something I just noticed is that in this scene in Battle of the Dimmsonian, when Dev is wishing for the 'perfect cupcake' and Peri gets mad, Peri's wand glows purple instead of yellow when summoning the giant cupcake.

And it has to be intentional, because it's an animated show. Worth noting, too, that it was normal just seconds before:
