repeat each 2-3 times ❤️
I’m starting this and going to try my hardest to continue this for the next 10 weeks. I’m starting today (August 18, 2019) and will do this workout everyday after school. I will eat only dinner (and maybe a small lowkey snack if I feel faint). so today i went shopping with my friends, and managed to only panic in the dressing room once. then we ate at cheesecake factory :/ i had 420 cal pot stickers and a few bites of other people’s cheesecakes. then we ate boba, which was around 100 cal. my friends gave me some cheez it’s to snack on but not too many, maybe around 10.
i feel like a ginormous whale in my new clothes, i just want to look dainty in them :/

I don't think many people get it, but
if you join the "ana community" you are already in. Yes, the goal is to lose weight, but there is actually a reason you do this the unhealthy way. Ever thought that if you ate healthily instead of starving or binging or purging you would be thinner by now? Yea. Can't give it up now can you? Cause there is a problem within you that you probably aren't ready to face or are tired of facing. Either way you don't know how to cope anymore so you focus on food. That one constant that is always there when shit goes downhill. Can't get out because you are way too deep in.
