Because the Truman Show had products and brands wanting to collaborate, do you think there have been some brands that failed? Like what if a big brand went through all the effort to get the product onto the Truman Show, just for Truman to hate it?
That had to be some type of gamble for the brand, right?
Like yeah you can get the brand advertised by the actors and across the town of SeaHaven, but there's also a risk that Truman will express disgust or hate towards it.
Watching S10 EP4 of TWD and I love the small interaction between Eugene and Luke at like 33:10. They’re with a small group discussing about the whisperers and that Rachel had called for some backup. And Eugene normally references shit that no one actually knows or pays attention to his extended responses. So I absolutely loved Eugene’s reaction to Luke acknowledging his reference to the “illustrious cockroach family.”
Writing a fanfic but making it REALLY obvious that you don't like a character.
In Season 1, Episode 2, when Lee, Mark and Kenny encounter David, Travis and Ben in the woods, Lee can cut off David’s leg or Mark shoots Travis by accident. When David loses his leg, Mark and Travis approach to look at him and Travis turns away to puke and then Ben has a look and just looks uncomfortable. But in Episode 4, if Ben is the only one to go with Lee, he’ll faint whilst Lee cuts off his arm.
Which is it?
I'm writing Captain Boomerang in my Suicide Squad story and I'm literally struggling with his dialogue.
He's SO Australian.
And that's coming from a literal Australian.
I've been actively trying to avoid spoilers, but a tiktok clip was just a little too fast for me and it showed me a few seconds of the changes prologue of Until Dawn and even the smallest changes are making me so fucking happy. They finally changed Beth's robotic; "Where's my sister going?" line into one that actually sounds genuinely normal.
Recently I’ve been playing Animal Crossing New Horizons. I got it for Christmas and took a long pause before I started again last month and I’ve been hunting for my dream villagers. And right now I’m hunting for Benjamin, a lazy dog villager. I’m trying to find him because of the name, his appearance and I haven’t had a dog villager, ever. Also he reminds me of Ben Paul.
Just watched Scream VI and I loved it!
I’m not gonna talk about everything, I just wanted to write my thought process for significant moments.
When Bailey told Sam that Kirby hadn’t worked at the FBI for months, I was like, “Oh shit, maybe Kirby really is ghostface”.
Because everytime I saw a fan theory of Kirby being the killer, I immediately dismissed them. It would make literal ZERO sense for Kirby to be the killer, because she would literally have no logical motive.
But as soon as I saw the double ghostface attack on Chad, along with the in sync knife swipe, I was kind of hoping it would be Stu AND Kirby. The brief moment between Kirby and Mindy, mentioning Stu’s supposed death really made me hope Matthew Lillard had returned.
Again, it made no sense for Kirby to be the killer, but I was really starting to hope it was her. What we got in the end was good too though.
Also really glad you could actually trust the love interest in this film, “Cute guy” is so nice together with Sam. She deserves a sane boyfriend.
Chad and Tara are suuuuuuper cute together. I’ve seen some comments about the trailer, talking about Chad and Tara possibly getting together where they didn’t like it. I think I saw some talking about how Tara and Wes should’ve gotten together. But I love them together, so glad he lived.
When I first watched scream (2022), I was able to guess the ghostfaces correctly. (Amber and Richie’s ‘first’ meeting in the hospital made it super obvious). I never guessed Quinn cause she was ‘dead’. Everyone making Ethan out to be the killer was so funny, I never really thought of him actually being the killer. I was sort of suspicious of Bailey though. When he was crying about Quinn in the alley way, I kinda thought it was an underreaction. I mean, both of your kids are dead. My thoughts during this scene were, “What if he’s just pretending?”
Also, while Bailey, Ethan and Quinn were doing their monologue, the majority of the time I was thinking, “Would this count as three ghostfaces or two?”
Logically, it’d only be two, because Ethan and Quinn actually did the killings and were wearing the costumes.
Quick edit: Really glad they mentioned all the ghostfaces. Especially when Kirby was looking at Jill’s outfit.
Matt will be able to make it back to the lodge around the same time as Emily, which means he will be THERE when everything goes down in the safe zone!
Jessica will be there with Mike in the asylum, which could potentially mean that she's able to get back to the lodge WITH Mike.
Basically, I can't stop thinking about the fact that Jessica and Matt get more screen time in the new Until Dawn remake.
(when will they drop a release date already!?)
TW = teacher and student relationships, p*dophilia, SA and yandere simulator.
I’m not the biggest fan of Yandere Simulator nor do I support the creator. The whole concept is weird and the game features weird things that clearly fetishize anime/Japanese school girls and that thought is even creepier when you realise that Yandere Simulator was created by a man in his 30s. I have the game downloaded currently so I can attempt the Alphabet Killer Challenge.
Weak brag: I got up to Daku Atsu but the game glitched because he ran out of school and didn’t give me a game over.
But I wanted to talk about Mida Rana. I saw a post stating that Mida Rana was not a p*dophile or a sl*t. While yes, Mida Rana would not be considered a p*do because Taro is 18 years old which is considered an adult in Japan. But that doesn’t make her relationship with Taro or her students appropriate.
Context:
Mida Rana is a teacher (high authority) at Akademi High and she is in her late 20s.
Taro Yamada is a student (low authority) at Akademi High and he is 18 years old.
This, right here is called statutory r*pe and crime. If you shorten the context to their occupations; Teacher and Student. Making it completely illegal. It’s basically illegal anywhere you look. Teachers face jail time for shit like this. It’s disgusting. And it’s the same with the nurse (completely forgot her name).
And about the sl*t comments. You look at her clothing and look me right in the eyes and tell me her outfit is appropriate for a highschool.
