Ideas For Using Witchcraft Affirmations.

Affirmations for witches could be written down in your journal, on your vision board, in your grimoire/book of shadows, or placed somewhere you can see them, e.g. your bedroom wall. Read and repeat them to yourself, and pick out the ones that stand out the most for you. Think about your identity, who you are and who you want to become. It’s your life, you can be whoever you want to be. Focus on your emotions, and feel what you’re saying. Looking in the mirror while you say them is a powerful way to start!

Alright so first, your abilities in witchcraft do not determine you to be more or less worthy to work with, worship, and learn from Demons. All you need to start is respect for them, and a desire to learn from them. It is true that certain demons may not want to interact with you until you have developed your abilities more, and some may hold off on working with you until you have learned how to worship with devotion and respect. Some demons that have been said to be good for beginners include Stolas, Azazel, Lucifer, Satan, and Dantallion. That said, I would suggest perhaps purchasing some reading material written by S. Connoly. You can find her work by searching her name online. A good beginners guide is The Complete Book of Demonolatry, which discusses how demons came to be known as demons, how to connect with demons, making offerings, doing rituals, and a lot more. You may be able to find a PDF if you look hard enough. I also happen to have a PDF of her book on the Goetic demons that I can send to you if you’d like to message me.

Just remember that the most important part of making a connection with any deity is to be respectful.

As for the Pendulum reading:

Seere has not been reaching out to you, but he would be comfortable with forming a relationship with you and working with you. He is associated with Cedar incense, the element Air, and Willow trees. I additionally associate him with Jasmine and other air aligned herbs and crystals. A good offerings may include burning cedar incence, and placing willow tree leaves and small branches on an altar for him. Bune would eventually like to work with you and believes that it would be benefiical, but he wants you to first learn about demonolatry and to learn about your own gifts in witchcraft before making that connection. He wants you to know yourself and to have a degree of confidence in your interactions, essentially.

Satan has stated that he does in fact want you to contact and worship him. He feels that he can offer you a secure spiritual home, in a sense, and that you could learn a lot through him. In my experience, Satan will give you the empowerment you’ve been seeking. He will guide you with love and care, but not to the point of causing your growth to stagnate. He is associated with the Sun, and good offerings may include insence such as Frankincense, Oud, Patchouli, and Sandalwood, hot tea of a flavor you might associate with him, and burning a black candle. Lilith certainly does seek to interact with you. She feels that she can help liberate aspects of yourself that you have been closed off to. Things that you might be denying yourself that could help you feel a greater sense of freedom and love and confidence for yourself. I haven’t personally interacted with her, but she seems to be commonly associated with Jasmine, Dragon’s Blood, Frankincense, Sandalwood, Lotus, Rose, Mugwort, and Chocolate. A good offering might include a chocolatey food on an offering plate, homemade would be escpecially personal, burning rose insence, and perhaps a handwritten note stating your desire to interact with and learn from her. Although it seems as though there’s a demon you may not have considered who wants to interact. Amy, AKA Avnas, is very keen on interacting with you. I couldn’t derive a reason, as it was stated that it’s a personal matter related to you. I would frankly suggest reaching out to Amy as soon as you’re able. Magick for the Blind and Aphantasic

Aphantasia:

When an individual is unable to produce mental images.

Aphantasics conceive of ideas, stories, and other thoughts in a non- or sub-visual way.

When the average person is told to imagine a chair, they “see” a chair in their mind’s eye. Also known as visualization.

Aphantasics are incapable of doing this.

This is not a disorder, merely a variation in cognition. It also exists on a spectrum.

Blindness:

Those who have been blind from birth typically do not perceive of their world in a visual way.

There is at least one notable exception.

Because of this, most people who have been blind their whole lives are also incapable of visualizing.

Magick and meditation often reference visualizations as a starting point. Therein lies the problem.

As someone who is rather close to the aphantasic end of the cognition spectrum, this has been quite frustrating and significantly impeded my own spiritual growth.

But I believe my fellow aphantasic magick practitioners along with blind magick practitioners can still do powerful things even without the power of visualization.

Here is what I’ve learned so far:

Throw out the word visualization. Throw it out forever. If you’re like me, it’s not for you.

Substitute your own cognitive process. In my case, I have a strong sense of spatial/mechanical thought. Do what works for you.

Trust your intuition. You know what you need to do. Just relax.

Accept your gift. You can conceive of the world in a way many people can’t. Your magick is so so So important. Because you’ll catch what others might miss.

I hope this is helpful for someone out there. I know I can’t be the only borderline aphantasic witch.
