Reminder that it really doesn’t matter what ways you’re marginalized, if you’re not black you’re just as capable of anti blackness as white cishet people. No amount of “but I’m gay!”, “but I’m trans!”, or “but I’m not white!” changes that.

And being neurodiverse/disabled isn’t an excuse for anti blackness either.

do you find it weird when a rp only features white / multi-racial (specifically lighter-skinned) fcs in the cast?

i was gonna wait until tomorrow, but here it goes: castiel deserved better. he deserved a spot in that finale. a physical spot. a chance to see him at peace. even if he wasn’t with dean. just a moment to see him happy in the “Heaven he deserved.” two mentions in the finale episode for one of the MAIN characters is not satisfactory. it’s lazy storytelling. and cowardly.

it literally doesn’t make any sense. family became MORE than these two brothers over the seasons. it became MORE than their relationship. i’m sorry. it just did. and ALL of that beautiful work j2 did in the barn scene was ruined by that ending. sorry.

ALSO. WHAT THE HELL IS THE POINT OF CAS’ BIG SPEECH ABOUT LOVE AND HAPPINESS IN 15x18 IF WE DON’T GET DEAN’S RESPONSE??? SO WE HINT AND JOKE AT THEIR RELATIONSHIP SINCE S4, BUT NEVER FOLLOW THROUGH??? WHAT WAS THE REASON? HOMOPHOBIA??? GIVE ME A FUCKING BREAK, CW. FOR FFS.

somebody in that room should’ve said IT’S BEEN OVER A DECADE. MAKE THE HUNTER AND THE ANGEL CANON, YOU COWARDS.

it’s infuriating. every scene. every word. every theme. and for what? THAT ‘bros4life/super-het/we mention the angel twice’ ending?

your director, orson hobbs, waits beside them. his gaze pierces. his eyes unpeel you slowly, searching for every hairline fracture, every wisp of a flaw. he enjoys the art of tearing apart and remaking people. later, you think, he will pull you aside and rip you to shreds. perfection, he says, demands cruel management.

what you don’t know, what no one knows, is that there is no “later” for orson hobbs. by night’s end, he will be tangled in a shakespearean plot of his own. no one, not even police, will be able to discern the full story; but when his body is found the next morning, there can be no question that he was murdered.

murdered, perhaps, by the very students he worked so hard to teach.
