Impromptu workout at the playground. Did pull ups and dips, then got in some hanging knee raises, one leg step ups and sprints. July 27th 2015 in Denver, CO
Did 225 for 2 sets of 3 Reps and did 230 for 3 reps on the decline bench. Used the Hammer Machine for Incline and did 145 on each side for 6 reps. Most ever on all 3.

Post chest workout, Monday August 19th. Did 65lb dumbbell presses for 18-20 reps, Hammer Machine(upper and lower) 15-18 reps, incline flies machine 130lbs 15 reps, chest press machine 80lbs 25 reps. #exhausted #pumped #bodybuilding #worldgym
Spider Sit Ups with a 30 lb medicine ball on my legs. Held for 1 minute then did 3 more reps of 40 seconds.
