If he says that he's cramping, remind him to take painkillers. I often forget that they exist while on my period, so just suggesting them helps.

Always keep a heating pad handy. It helps with intense cramps.

If he's feeling disphoric about it, make up a fun story about him being a warrior and getting injured in battle. My bf does this everytime and it makes me feel so much better to think of it that way.

There are gonna be times when all he wants are cuddles, but there are also gonna be times where he doesn't wanna be touched. Always make sure you ask first.

Carry an extra jacket somewhere on you incase he bleeds through his jeans.

If he accidentally bleeds on something of your like your sheets, make sure he knows that you understand and are not angry with him.
