this!! she looked young on purpose bc in the 1st season Ellie IS very young(14). also people forget that makeup/costume/etc are a part of the industry and they use it all the time to change the appearance of an actors age. Plus she shouldn’t look old, Ellie isn’t old either. Bella is an amazing actor and I’m super excited to see how they capture Ellie in season 2!!!

I loved David but my precious Philip deserved much more than the show gave him

kathryn and david getting more screentime than philip and trevor plus actual character arcs over 3 seasons while philip and trevor get single episode arcs is my villain origin story. no I don't care about kathryn's marriage issues. no I don't give a shit that david has anxiety now. this is the equivalent of devoting half of star trek's runtime to the hypothetical civilian spouses of kirk and spock. Hey just a general PSA from someone officially diagnosed and documented:

Now is not the time to seek out an autism diagnosis.

RFK's plans have been made very clear and any diagnosis you do get will get you put on this "national disease registry" they're proposing.

Trust me when I say I completely understand the need for accommodations and a better understanding of yourself, but if you have gone this long without being diagnosed, you will be better off waiting.

Furthermore, listen to and advocate for folks who are diagnosed, especially folks with higher support needs. They'll be the first ones targeted for whatever bullshit "experimental treatments" the government tries to push.
