friend is coming over later today and she used to have an ed. every time we hang out we bake and eat something sweet, so i’ve been on a 24hr fast til she comes over. 16hrs in! we’re probably gonna go on a walk too, so i’m gonna try to burn at least 400cals.

one of my other big motivators to lose weight is to not feel so disgusting in summer. like not sweating so much, not being red in the face all the time, my thighs not touching, being a bit cold, feeling good in swimsuits and little tops.
Easter is over. Time to lock in again!
