After binging yesterday late in the evening, I’m finally starting the “to the bones” diet.
It was my fav one in the day and works soo well!

Someone asked me what I looked like before getting fat, so here’s a pic of me in my prime (at my lw which was 45kg)

throw all the food in the fridge away (i live alone so it's fcking easy)
watching f@t people eat (utube tiktok etc)
put a bit of pink salt himalaya in your water cup, one/two cup a day to help with dizziness (normal salt also okay)
i usually go to uni library to avoid eating, or somewhere with many people (i cant eat outside so it worked for me)
i usually search on tiktok about f@t people (like "0bese, f@t, chubby") and read those body shaming comments, so that i dont eat
think about the guilt after you eat, u can write it down and stick on the wall that nearest you
tie a thin thread around ur waist
use the ugliest picture of yourself as your phone wallpaper, or the pic of your biggest enemy (if you think she/he is your goal)
ruin your food (mix it up with dishwashing liquid, or spray perfume on it)
think about gaining weights
tapping method (like use ur middle finger and tap on your forehead, collarbone, chin, cheeks, nose, lips etc) whenever you feel like eating
scroll tumbler or tiktok about 4n4 and 3d
think about male gaze (i know it bullshit but i have daddy issues so yeh)
eat fruits (if you dont want to complete ⭐), i recommend cucumber, strawberry and apple, or chia pudding
listen those 4n4 3d songs
i think that's all, i used it and it all worked FOR ME, i usually ⭐ for 2 weeks and spend 2 days to eat (fruits, yogurt, chia pudding, chicken breasts) and repeat it again
and remember when you reach ur goal weight, DONT 3at normal again immediately, start with 200 cals a day and increase a little bit day by day
(honestly i hate myself for write those tips down, i never wish 3d on anyone, but i need to vent)
After three months and 10+kg I’ve decided to sit down in my one top and shorts… and this was my sign to lock tf in again.

I’ve decided to defeat the fatty in me by going on a 600ckal deficit for two weeks, and my MAIN GOAL is to aim for 50% protein intake
Protein diet once got me from 55kg to 45kg just in about a month, and I was toned af (I was literally getting complimented from random by passers every day)
Also, I’m doing a harsh gym challenge: every day for those two weeks I will go to the gym to get rid of the fat and build core muscles instead
Also, fasting for 16 hours every day is acquired
There’s also one more rule: only eating 1,5 hours before and after the gym workouts, since it’s the best for muscle gain and quick weight loss
I’m also planning to post my meals on here so I feel too ashamed to binge or not get those 50% of protein intake

Basically, I sadly failed my bonesp0 fucking diet. I held onto it for about 4 days, and everything was going great, until a friend of mine decided to FORCE me to eat pizza with her.
She wanted to eat pizza really bad at my place, so I was like “alright, sure, I’m gonna feed you girl”, but then when the pizza was ready she stared going onto me and told me that she won’t eat until I will eat a slice of pizza too, and since she was really hungry it would be MY fault that she wouldn’t eat.
I ended up eating the pizza and then eating around 2000 ckalories every day until Tuesday..
Literally so fucking embarrassing. Now I’m trying a 400ckal deficit.
