who else could it have been? like so genuinely. this is the guy who pulled us through when we should’ve been beaten. when our best player, best defenseman by a mile, went down, he stepped up and took the minutes, shouldered the burden. he gave us a chance to not fall apart when we had every right to. his work was invisible until he was pulled onto the international stage because of yet another Big Guy being out. he’s just been quietly excellent for months and months after quietly studying under miro for years. i just…thomas harley you make us so fucking proud.
