I scheduled a therapy session. I don't know what's wrong. I'm just tired of things being the way they are.

Consistency is not having 100% every single attempt, consistency is giving all you got every single attempt. Some days you might have 0.0001% to give. That’s okay! That doesn’t mean you won’t be successful. Consistency, success, healing, none of these processes are linear how we think they are.
Give it your best shot, that’s the most anyone can do. Maybe yesterday wasn’t your best day. That’s fine. At least you showed up. That’s the only thing we can ask of you.

Reflection:
Ok. I mid day shuffle yesterday, that's ok. Instead of working out with weights I did lots of walking while I fished. I am counting that as my work out. I got the laundry washed and dried. Still need to put it away. I'm feeling mentally better. I don't know how I fell into the pit despair last week or the week before. I do feel physically like I'm picking up a cold. I managed two workouts last week. I'm hopeful I can get three this week. It was fun going fishing yesterday, it has been a month since I got out there. Something about the water lapping and the repetitive motions has a calming effect.
I really a tired of being a student. I love learning but being a student is draining. Not even half done. I got to keep reminding myself why. The reason I want a masters is so, if I get laid off again I'll find a new job faster. The job pool is smaller for people with masters.
Plan:
Put away laundry,
Put away dishes,
Strength based work out,
Homework,
Fishing again, if all else complete.
Ok. Long time since I've posted.
I had some great weeks working out three times a week. Awesome!
Not so great with house work and even got behind in school work. But, I'm caught back up and trying to maintain again.
Let's see how this week goes.

Frequently I encounter non Native folks who tell me they think reservations are some form of reparatoins to Natives from the US government. I even had someone close to me tell me they thought reservations were places to “reserve” our cultures.
Where I’m from (South Dakota) reservations were concentration camps where they sent us to die after they stole and colonized all of the land every US citizen occupies. In the early SD Rez days our ppl had to get permission from district agents (white settler men) to get food, fix our homes, or even leave our community to travel to another community on our Rez to visit relatives. We couldn’t hunt cuz they killed millions of our buffalo. If we didn’t get permission from the white settler agent we couldn’t eat, fix our homes or visit relatives because we would be violating US law & could be arrested. Also our cultures & ceremonies were illegal under US law until the Indian Religious Freedom Act in 1978.
So plz educate the ppl you love and care abt because everyone in the USA is living in an illegal settler colony, Indigenous ppl survived their genocide & we’re her to say these settlers never gave af abt us & never will.
