My name is Golden, and welcome to my Tumblr page! I've been meaning to make one for a while, but I just couldn't find the motivation to until now. Based off of the dogboy/catboy drawing that @ajoure made a while ago. He's a stinky bastard man whose mood switches up like Nintendo.

Okay, I know that this is extremely self-indulgent (it's not even an OC, that’s literally just me [basically if I was in Nimona]), but I can't help myself. I am only a man, after all.

So, this is Golden Tungstentouch (he doesn't have a last name outside of AUs and just as a persona, but everyone in the movie has a cool last name, so I made one for this version of him) and he was a guard.

He wasn't as strong or as agile as his boyfriends, so he didn't get properly knighted by the queen, but he didn't mind; it's a lot of pressure anyhow. When the queen promoted Ballister and his “sword” started acting up, Golden made the split-second decision to jump in front of the queen and save her from the blast. However, it was all in vain as she died, and he also got injured severely. Because of his injury, he couldn't see well out of his left eye, so he was demoted to simply watch over the Director.

In this universe, Ambrosius unofficially broke up with Ballister (he still very much loves him, but what’re you supposed to do when one of your boyfriends blasts at the other and nearly kills him??) and stayed with Golden, but Golden still considered himself to be in the polyamorous relationship with Bal; he knew that the “assassination” was an accident. When he first met Nimona and Essenal (my OC), he wasn't at all discriminative; he thought their ability to transform into different people and animals was cool.

After the events of the movie, Ambrosius gets back together with Ballister and they all live happily ever after with two shapeshifting “children” (Nimona and Essenal).

Little random fun fact about this version of my persona; Todd is terrified of him because of the one time he got really angry and made a large dent in his locker (Todd was watching the whole time), so he uses that fear to his advantage to scare Todd away from Ballister.

Since you’ve made headcanon redesigns for the Smiling Critters, will you make ones for the Nightamre Critters as well? Possibly with a Nightmare counterpart for Bucky?

I will, yes! I'm actually working on them "right now" (I say "right now" as in slowly. I get distracted by so many things), so they should come out soon.

I'm not too sure what a Nightmare counterpart for Bucky would be, so I'm gonna have to think about that. Probably a fox! We'll see!

Spencer Reid, questions 1-3

Ah, one of my favorite profilers and characters of all time. 🥰🥰

1) Why do you like or dislike this character?

To be honest, there are a number of reasons why I like Spencer, as with any character, such of which being attraction, relatability, and realism. I find that the occasional goofy nature Matthew brings to the character endears me, and it shows how Spencer isn't so serious. He's also kind to his loved ones, but he has trouble expressing his feelings, like me. I relate to him heavily that it's concerning. I'm also a sucker for nerds, so that's why he's my favorite.

2) What's your favorite canon thing about this character?

There's a lot of things I love about Spencer, but something in particular I love is the fact that his favorite holiday is Halloween (at least... I think that's canon??). I, too, love Halloween, and I think it would be fun decorating his apartment together. 🥰🥰

3) What's your least favorite canon thing about this character?

Honestly, this is more about his interactions with other characters than him specifically; I absolutely hate how he's always ignored or interrupted whenever he goes on a tangent, especially when it's about something he likes like Star Trek or Doctor Who. I myself hate getting interrupted, and it absolutely breaks my heart when characters do the same to Spencer and how he reacts (AND DO NOT GET ME STARTED ON JJ. I LIKE HER, BUT HOLY FUCKING SHIT—).
