For anyone who is struggling with their mental health and/or self care, I found a great app that can help! Finch has helped me a lot these past weeks with taking the time to calm down, understand what I'm feeling and how I can deal with it. Also the app is shaped like you're taking care of a pet, but in reality it's about yourself and I find that really motivating.

If you want a place to write down your feelings and get to know what they mean, Finch is a great place to start :)

No matter what kind you dont experience, you deserve peace. You deserve kindness. You deserve joy.

You deserve to not have every alloro in a 20 mile radius "um actually"ing you every time you express distaste for something romantic.

Being loveless isnt a bad thing, and i hope you find peace in yourself 💚

One thing really worth working on is not to let one bad thing that happened during an otherwise positive day ruin it, or letting a negative comment dominate your thoughts when you’ve mostly received praise. We focus so much on the negative that we let it completely dominate our minds, feeling guilty and ashamed even when there are so many better things to focus on. Let’s not let a mean comment, someone passing judgment, a bad thing happening to ruin our entire day and to crush the way we feel about ourselves.
