I’m pretty sure I’ve rec’d time travel fics before, esp favourite ones, so I’ll just list some of the more recent ones I’ve read and liked.

After an accident, Auror Harry Potter wakes up in the body of fourteen year old Nathan Ciro, a tormented Slytherin who recently tried to end his own life. His return to Hogwarts causes quite the stir through the staff and students, especially when they realise he is not the same boy as before.

He tries to keep his head down, but with the keen eyes of Tom Riddle hounding him through the halls, Harry finds himself unwillingly drawn into a dangerous game with an equally dangerous boy.

This began as a short ficlet written for this kink meme prompt: "No man ever steps in the same river twice, for it's not the same river and he's not the same man.' - Heraclitus

Post-X3 Charles, instead of transfering his consciousness to the coma guy, finds his mind back in the body of his younger self, right after Shaw's attack on the CIA compound, on their way to the mansion.

The thing: Charles' wants to fix what happened with Erik, but he can't bring himself to do it. He knows that this younger Erik can't be held responsible for his future self's actions, but, nonetheless, here is the man who will paralyze him, who will leave him on the beach, who will turn his sister into a merciless killer. Here is the man who will betray him in the worst way possible, by using him as a tool, a weapon, in his quest to kill all the humans.

So Charles blows cool and hot towards Erik, and Erik is left wondering where all the UST went and why Charles is suddenly so...emotionally distant, even when they're spending more time together than they used to.

I posted the first part as a chapter in my ficlet collection, but then the second part went beyond the ficlet stage, and so here we are.

Thinking eternally about how Kakashi is the first and ONLY authority figure in Itachi's LIFE who doesn't have an underlying agenda when interacting with him. Thinking about how Danzo literally put them on a team together because he thought that they were both heartless little tools that would work ruthlessly together but instead Itachi admired how Kakashi never said a rude word about ANY commrade no matter how horrid they were to him. Thinking about the like four months where Itachi is on team Ro and has a little bit of breathing room to maybe perhaps be comfortable in the presence of someone with any degree of control over him, something he hasn't had since he was. Literally four. Thinking about Kakashi being exactly 20 years old and has always been the baby of just about ever social group until he had two traumatized teenagers foisted upon his ANBU team and he just had to be normal about that. Thinking about how Kakashi just hoped that Anbu would 'become a place of pride' for Itachi, cause what else do you say to soften the blow of being an elite assassin at age 11? ETERNALLY thinking about how CANNONICALLY in anbu if someone is talking shit on Kakashi's name then Itachi (11) (creepy as all hell 0.0 ) (half your height and CAN kick your ass) will just give them the most bewildered look in the world and call them all mean jealous losers in his head. i vibe with ikea regulus so much (love that idea so much) but as a barista lemme just say regulus gives me major barista vibes. like he enjoys making drinks but also he wants to beat tf out certain customers. he also definitely complains about the music playing in cafe 24/7 and will hop on aux as soon as his boss leaves. he definitely drinks iced drinks all year round. and while some would say he drinks black iced coffee i would disagree. he definitely drinks iced lavender lattes with oat milk or cold brew with oat milk and vanilla.
